In the 1789, ratified Constitution, “I do solemnly swear (or affirm)[ - which this President should choose as he is not a Christian] that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” “ So help me God” was added by President Washington and has been, traditionally stated by the following Presidents — except this current one.  This statement, and the Oath of Office in Article VI, are the connecting of Declaration to Constitution; for OATH means “A solemn affirmation or declaration, made with an appeal to God for the truth of what is affirmed. The appeal to God in an oath, implies that the person imprecates his vengeance and renounces his favor if the declaration is false, or if the declaration is a promise, the person invokes the vengeance of God if he should fail to fulfill it. A false oath is called perjury.” and is stated before each-one-Person which comprises the “Whole of the Polity of the United States. .The Oath, as it is for “each-one Senator, Representative, Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers,..”,  is also to the people; And in

The Constitutional Principle: “In a constitutional republic, the constitution is the supreme law, superior to all other public acts, whether by officials or private citizens. Any statute, regulation, executive order, [Treaty], or court ruling which is inconsistent with that supreme law and not derived from it is unconstitutional and null and void from inception.”[4]; and

Nomination for President, in the Republican Party, did occur by process of systematic-elimination of the Candidates[2] via coercive, inanimate-object: money; by coercive, reward/ punishment, bargaining, by the dominating ‘Politics over Nation few men’; and by the infamous RINO-a.k.a AINO or those who performed the ‘Deeds’ against the Republic at all its equilateral triangle levels; by using the ignorance and absent and misinformation of We the People and by “Alinsky freezing”[3] every one of the lawless acts taken by this President from entering office in 2009 and within the State of California and many other States;

WHEREAS, The consequences of Socialist-Secular-anti-law, of this man’s usurping regime becoming an absolute dictator of life, liberty, absent pursuits for:  “...A Democracy in America, as a form of government[2], would therefore provide no protection for these rights. Under a Democracy, Man is considered to have only qualified privileges permitted by The Majority in control of government and revocable by it at any time. This spells Rule by Omnipotent Majority, with The Individual and The Minority as well as all minorities victimized at the pleasure of The Majority, ..”[1].

Have you noticed how rapidly, those Socialist-Secular, RINO-AINO’s have capitulated? Therefore, Deny the existence of those 102 men, women, and children of the Mayflower in 1620, 56 men in 1776, 55 men in 1789 and Every, single American from that day to this, while refusing to stand and support, in personal integrity before their own conscience and their own God, for the Founders and Both Documents They Wrote;

Violated in all Three Branches of government Federal and State levels. In the House, as Mr. Kingston, a committee whose mission is to be sure Bills are constitutional,  justifies spending of non-existent We the People’s property as earnings, rather than eliminating that expenditure since it would be absent from Articles and Amendments of the 1789 Constitution.

The House also refuses to list the Party Membership of its 435 Representatives, who sponsor or Co-Sponsor Bills, as members of “We the People” and their positions of accountability to We the People since they do act of, by, and for EACH-ONE-PERSON as members of the “Whole of the Polity”; And:

WHEREAS,  that ---AG-gun-runner’s killings of hundreds; ---the completely, unnecessary deaths, murder, by this current government of State Department Personnel in Benghazi; and ---the insult to every American of God and Nation First contained in the “Socialist collective collaboration of Executive Branch usurpation by total force with new, 122 office bureaucracy, with power and force to define, determine and provide all medical care to the collective-of acute, chronic, and healthy of all homo sapiens from conception through and after death; and all production and distribution of living and inanimate objects required for that care, — otherwise known as “Patient Protection and Affordable Act” written by fools for fools on behalf of power for force and slavery; will be “Alinsky Frozen” so they “disappear” and the Other kind of American.

Each of these Acts fostered and directed by this President are in direct violation of : “In a constitutional republic, the constitution is the Supreme Law, superior to all other public acts, whether by officials or private citizens. Any statute, regulation, executive order, Treaty or court ruling which is Inconsistent with that supreme law and Not Derived from it is Unconstitutional and Null And Void from inception.”.[4]

WHEREAS,  the more important question: DO YOU, AMERICANS OF OUR REPUBLIC, REALIZE THAT THE ONLY WAY LAWLESSNESS OF GOD AND OF OUR UNIQUE IN MANKIND’S HISTORY - NATION, will survive IS BY WE – EACH ONE PERSON -ASSEMBLED PERFORMING AND AS AN DECLARED-ORDER — NOT A GRIEVANCE,--
THAT BOTH OUR FOUNDING DOCUMENTS  “ARE THE SUPREME LAW, SUPERIOR TO ALL OTHER PUBLIC ACTS/DEEDS, WHETHER BY OFFICIALS OR PRIVATE CITIZENS. ANY STATUTE, REGULATION, TREATY/AGREEMENT WITH THE UNITED NATIONS, EXECUTIVE ORDER, COURT RULING,  ANY ARTICLE III JUDICIARY DEED/ADJUDICATION, WHICH IS INCONSISTENT AND NOT DERIVED FROM BOTH FOUNDING DOCUMENTS ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND NULL AND VOID FROM INCEPTION.?  And

This is never, never taught to any youth through the entire 14 years of State and Federal indoctrination disguised as education; nor is it part of Citizenship education:

 WHEREAS, The combinations of the Political Party’s  collective and greater number -the absolute rulers of the rhelm, in agreement with the Anti-law of God  and Nation, have produced what we currently experienced between 2006, 11/6/12, and our Posterity, unless we Take Action; And

unless the Minority of American “People” of Love of God and of Nation, more than self, Act/Deeds, We The People shall continue into the dark pit of God’s Planet in Hell.

Yes, our Nation with our “Religion and Morality” is another “When in the course of Human Events it becomes necessary for one people dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another.. ”. .

The only difference, and that is not completely different in terms of man’s evil to man, is the name:, – the President among them located in all aspects of Life Form on this Planet expressed in the all the above “Political Depravity”.  You know what? D eeds - P ee)!! BTW, the expressions “Deeds not words.” and “Political Depravity” are President Washington’s[13] who often described exactly what is demonstrated by the Political Depravity Party; and also demonstrates, in his Farewell Address, the timelessness of Truth in God’s word and in the words contained in both Founding Documents.

 WHEREAS, ---- This President’s person of  soul, like all homo sapiens’s and other animal species’ souls, are but  a grain of sand in God’s Universe which is not measurable at all, because ‘measure’ is for life on earth... not eternal life of our Soul with our Lord God.  Obama’s legacy of despair – will live on,... and affect his children and their children, as it will every member, on the planet, of PDP.

Unless We American’s of God and Nation stop PDP, the ‘deeds’ by this man, with his mentor and all national and international members of “The Political Depravity Parties”, have and will continue rule-in-darkness..

THEREFORE, the Command from The Right of each-Person comprising, Consent of the Governed and We the People is all elected and incumbent Representatives, Shall obey our Republic’s sacred rule of “The Majority must be strictly limited in power, and in the operation of government, for the protection of The Individuals God-given, unalienable rights proclaimed in the Declaration of Independence and, therefore, of the rights of The Minority--of all minorities.” specifically outlined below, but not limited to contained herein, for Evil is inculcated in every imaginable manner on the entire continuum of all right/wrong, good/bad and  impossible to list;

While “no religious Test shall ever be required, “Religion and Morality” as stated in President Washington’s Farewell Address Shall Be Adhered to: “Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism who should labor to subvert theses great pillars of human happiness, these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens...Let it simply be asked, where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths which Are The Instruments of Investigation in courts of justice?”![caps added]; intertwined with the 1828 definitions of the words ‘Religion[17]’ and ‘Morality [15]”

THEREFORE,  That, “..rule by majority vote is always subject to the "sacred principle" defined in President Jefferson's First Inaugural Address, quoted: "All, too, will bear in mind this sacred principle, that though the will of the majority is in all cases to prevail, that will to be rightful must be reasonable; that the minority possess their equal rights, which equal law must protect...”; And
“..this principle applies fundamentally, of course, in favor of a minority of one: The Individual. No majority, however great even all of the people but one Individual--may properly infringe, or possess the power to infringe, the rights of any minority, however small--even a minority of a lone Individual..”.; And

“..Self-government's system of rule by majority vote is based on necessity. Rule by majority vote is a necessary mechanic of any government of the popular type, featuring rule by the people through free, periodic elections ...”; But                                                                                            We the People-who happen to be Officials, elected or not, at any level of government, in presenting any form of Bill, Amendment, Proclamation, Executive Order, any violation of the Bridge,  named: “Declaration of Constitutional Principles”[4] between the contents of The Declaration and The Constitution, Both of which are Supreme Law of our Land; And...

...Is God's Gift to Each-one Fellow-Country-Person, a man, a woman, a child, as an imperative opportunity of their nation’s people, with the Laws of Both Founding Documents,  for any Nation who wishes to follow ‘Scripture’ as The Bible,  “Torah”, or “The Japanese “Buddha” which recognizes Soul - but does not call the Holy Ghost by his name in Christianity, but by Each-Person’s Act of Meditation and Art of Philosophy, achieves a synonymous; and work together, respecting each-nation’s sovereignty, in Religion and Morality of One Person, as alteration and abolishment of the current United Nations of Communism, as a right and duty to “..institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall see most likely to effect their Safety and happiness.” .

RESOLVE That,  Lawlessness,  abdication of “Religion and Morality”,  the Laws of our Both Founding Documents, and the Principles of our Nation shall Not Stand or be Recognized!.
