“The U.N. today is not all it should be.  Even so, it is a useful forum. It can still provide machinery for valuable conciliation among nations. But I want to see it come closer to achieving its real goals. It can do so, only when all of its members live up to the spirit of the Charter.  I have in mind, particularly, the Charter’s definition of “peace-loving” nations, and the obligations of membership. These include moral   [Is A Financial obligation] as well as financial obligations.

[The Charter has been re-written at least three times since 1964. The current one uses the word “Peace” 6 times, all in relation to war as the measure of peace.  Do I really have to say to you that peace is not always a ‘thing’ you see, hear, smell, taste, touch, any more than war which is primarily of “The Lord created man of the earth, and turned him into it againe. He gave them few dayes, and a short time, and power also over the things therein. He endued them with strength y themselves, and made them according to his image, and put the feare of man upon all flesh, and gave him dominion over beasts and foules.

The Consolidated and Further Continuing Appropriations Act, 2015 provides appropriations for most of the federal government through the end of FY2015 and continuing appropriations for the Department of Homeland through February 27, 2015.

The Act includes eleven of the twelve regular appropriations bills. Compared to FY2014 levels, the Act increases total funding for seven bills and decreases funding for four bills.

The Act increases total funding above FY2014 levels for:

“It decreases total funding below FY2014 levels for:

Commerce, Justice, Science and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2015;
Department of Defense Appropriations Act, 2015;
Financial Services and General Government Appropriations Act, 2015; and
Department of the Interior, Environment, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2015
The Act includes a continuing resolution that funds the Department of Homeland Security at current levels through February 27, 2015, or enactment of homeland security appropriations legislation.

It also includes Overseas Contingency Operations and emergency funding for activities related to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) and the spread of the Ebola virus.

In addition to providing appropriations, the Act includes provisions that:

The last two, conscience and will, was her Soul in intelligent-mind – who knew full well SOAP and 4R’s of classical learning, demonstrated throughout her participation in all the episodes - fact in evidence - that the IRS-government absent 1789 supreme Law of the Land - Oath of Office, was placing her in an untenable position, unless she performed some act to defend herself, not even covertly, because of the malice prepense of that IRS-government-official absent his promise/ Oath with God as witness that he would perform his job description with duty, honor, and service.
Callie didn’t tell anyone, including her friend and fiance’, what had occurred somewhere in series 2, of the events leading to her decision to protect herself – since going public, or openly to Detective Longwood would not solve – that problem of money - her incarcerated husband fraudulently misused in reporting taxes — i.e choosing mammon, dollars, in socialist rules of conduct -force, lie and steal are supreme to God, Truth in Trust and Promise. Callie didn’t use the inanimate-indifferent-object, gun for obvious beyond consideration of mind - reason; she used the inanimate-indifferent-object old cell phone recording of the “Interview by the administrative-police-state, IRS government official”.  So now, the old-cell phone recording becomes a very apparent right of Callie’s Constitutional Person to defend oneself from unconstitutional action of any government, including police official who with malice prepense shall practice “Extortion: n. The act of extorting; the act or practice of wresting any thing from a person by force, duress, menaces, authority, or by any undue exercise of power; illegal exaction; illegal compulsion to pay money, or to do some other act. Extortion is an offense punishable at common law.      1. Force or illegal compulsion by which any thing is taken from a person.”
Callie performed one other act taught by Jesus in Matt. 18, though probability of opinion in fact and evidence is 100% was not known but could be learned by every person in front and behind the camera, along with those of you who are of God and Nation First, including those of minority within Article III’s Judiciary: “If your brother sins against you, go and reprove him, as between you and him alone. If he listens to you, then you have won your brother over.”.
Callie’s experience as a RNCM-ER level gives her huge experience in the connections between the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God in knowledge, wisdom, truth because you cannot achieve “care” unless you are using your skills from both personal and professional life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness. She confronted him clearly in confirming the government-official’s purpose; and without any malice or anger, she may have felt because it is betrayal in coercion-extortion, but being a professional, — also knows, that part is useless in obtaining her own protection of right within Subjective feelings; her Objective professional wisdom in experience knows what displacement of opinion and emotions of personality represent .. and do not represent, always result in No Problem or Issue ever being recognized in Truth, solved, or heard for justice; Assessment and Plan absent any law resource except her own ‘right’ mind, will, conscience; then...when Callie presented the ‘truth in fact and evidence -trust, promise, Jesus goes on to instruct: ’ “>>but if he will not listen, take one or two others along with you, so that every case may be decided on the evidence of two or of three witnesses.  If he refuses to listen to them [IRS investigator of wrong-doing which allowed Callie to give the affidavit, professional role of police officer role of friend, also entrapped by his own understanding of truth, trust, promise violated] tell the church, or corporate persons of Oath / God is witness event truth, trust, promise of that “arbitrary-rules of conduct - force-human family;”.. and if he refuses to listen to the church treat him as a pagan or a taxgatherer, who at that time was in charge of Roman Regions in which he could and did use extortion, collusion, coercion, neglect, omission, commission, transgress any time he wanted without any accountability whatsoever, specifically  the affidavit meeting outcome.
Jesus continues “I tell you another thing: if two of you agree on earth about anything you pray for, it will be done for you by my Father in heave. For where two or three have gathered in my name, I AM THERE AMONG THEM.”   That is the argument in fact, evidence, proof for Oath of Office in Articles II and VI binding all Judges in the United State, Senators, House of Representatives, members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers, both of th United States and of the several States, including the administrative-police-state, paraphrasing Matthew 18, but not even aware of One Law within the other Two Laws of Declaration and Constitution, well known and understood by every American who did or did not go to public school, for many did not, connection in existence in life, liberty and pursuit of happiness. But in 1789 Ratified supreme Law of the Land, does not recognize collective-group-conformity to a specified-belief-persons, whether it involves matching-gender-with-one-becoming a member of the opposite gender - marriage by sex organ as a right for that collective group-conformity; or a 'guard with his automatic weapon declaring to a detective that he has no "jurisdiction in his nation" to protect and investigate God's #6 Commandment, "Thou shalt not kill" concomitant with man's criminal law which also states if a person takes the life, with malice prepense of another person, then the police must investigate, gather facts in evidence for truth because the trust and promise states that is job description of the police, and they in Promise of Oath -- have said in return, we won't use opinion, 100% devoid probability that any knowledge, wisdom, and/or truth without interference regardless of frontier - as if it were a truth in fact or evidence.
          That person remains a good, honest person; until the facts and evidence state he is not a good and honest person. The police are not responsible for the attorneys - defense and prosecution's ability to handle the facts and evidence given to them by the police, and for the defense 100% of all facts and evidence which has bearing in relevance/ cause to the case.
         1789 supreme Law of the Land is... because God is...and therefore is based on the protection of each-one-person in each one accused, unlawful event.  The man with his personal definition of "nation" is at liberty to have his nation, and those who join him -- as well as the arbitrary, humanist-rules of conduct-force with the great and sacred-vain-idol-god, bigger number/ collective-mass people forbidden information. Neither has  immunity, or privilege' to perpetrate their "opinions without interference regardless of frontier" as supreme over any One Person.

The falsehoods freedom of speech and everyone is above the law - result from the arbitrary, humanist-socialist rules of conduct -force because there is no person with any rights in rules of conduct force -- since there is no knowledge, wisdom, truth in trust for justice and therefore ignorance of jurisprudence of infringement on the right of all persons who have no physical or environmental characteristics because each-one's unique, Immortal-Soul/ mind/ heart/ conscience/ will/ courage and strength have no physical or environmental characteristics -- collectivism is not part of the One Law in the Laws of the Three Sacred Documents and their Principles:

The authority of an agent or official exists only for as long and to the extent that he exercises his legitimate powers properly, and he automatically ceases to be an agent or official if he exceeds his authority.

Only individual persons or corporate "persons" which are composed of individual persons may be the subject of legal process. Inanimate indifferent-objects and living indifferent-objects not capable of conducting their own defense in a court of law may not be parties to an action at law.  [Indifferent because goodness or wickedness is 100% dependent upon man.  A fingerprint cannot mount a defense in a court of law...and the assumption is the only time a part of the liberty of Person's Body is required is after being 'charged' with a crime, i.e officially accused of wickedness based in fact, evidence - truth in trust for justice]

A citizen not only has the duty to obey the law, but to help enforce it, within his ability, and to do what he can to prepare himself and others to do so.

No PERSON IS ABOVE THE 1789 supreme LAW OF THE LAND: “Any act performed by an agent of government which is unconstitutional is illegal, and while performing that act the person ceases to be an agent of government or to have any official status, regardless of what trappings of office or color of law he may project. It is also almost certainly a deprivation of the civil rights of someone, and therefore also a violation of one or more of the constitutional criminal laws against doing so.".
But in this current President's Anti-Republic under God Regime, anyone can have any opinion they want to have -- and there is no law because there is no God from which knowledge, wisdom, truth in trust and promise can occur.  This current President's  lie, deceit, collusion, coercion is directly arbitrary humanist-UDHR-rules of conduct force for power -- to make this "Public Enemy" look like a "Government Enemy against the socialist-atheist- arbitrary - police - authority state composed of collective people  composing the "Human Family" upon which "EveryBody owes duties to the community, upon which, alone, allow the full development of his personality" #29.1 UDHR with this current President the anti-Republic under God in sustaining-tandem by the NGO-UN's communist-socialist-humanist No God, No Truth, No Trust, No justice and No right --- No nation on this planet.
