Proposition 14 is Our Republic of Representative Government vs. Democracy with.....
The New Citizen's Redistricting Committee is working with the Mission of 1Man=1Vote in balancing the 58 County Districts for Assembly, Dept. of Equalization, and maybe more of the Federal offices if the bill goes through.
What really shows 'conspiracy theory' by this State and Federal Administration's violations of both the Declaration of Independence (Principles of America) and The Constitution is contained in this Proposition 14. It entirely takes away one man = one vote by redefining what 'candidate' means. This June 8th Primary enforces the existing determination of 'the candidate' for office that starts with 100% of voting America deciding on his/her candidate from each of the representative parties the voter's identified as important. Numbers of members are not in play during this process. Just the candidates. Next is the 'candidate's' relationship to political party with Definition of Political Party, and why The definition is intrinsic to the Declaration and Constitution ... and last results in the Republican form of government because the 'elected' member of local, county, State or Federal government becomes that Servant of,by,for the people aka "consent of the governed".
This so-called 'overhaul' of a 'voter's need for a voice in a Republic' is changing both the voice and the Republic! It is interesting that local, county, state, and federal candidates, EXCEPT the Executive Branch (Presidential race)are included in this continued nightmare of disrespect and disregard for our State named Proposition 14. Candidates no longer have to declare their integrity to American Principles which also means they do not have to declare support for God and The Bible He Uses To Teach All Humanity: "I am the Way, The Truth, and The Light. Whosoever believeth in me shall have Everlasting Life." He Is and individuals Do have Everlasting Life!
You know what happened to party --blatantly with the Democrats and Obama; but since Unions also= Democrats + Socialist. But, the traditional, non-socialistic, yes to spend and big government (not socialist big)Democratic Party can't disappear without the Republican Party disappearing right along...that way Progressive-Socialism with Islam (our President is a member) - the round table decisions, without integrity or religion or The Bible, will have a clear road to rule....the shining city on the hill will vanish!
Proposition 14 is from Socialism by changing how each unique individual, who is a citizen of his state and nation, Shall have his voice for his elected representative changed to a Number Only--best without party identification of ethics, philosophy, or method of governing with the Consent of the Voter(governed). Every Single Citizen - Natural or Naturalized - Elected to Any Office - employed in any Government Department, Bureau, or Commission - will Not be held to the Standard of the Republic's Representative Government which depends on integrity of Oath, God and The Bible that both the Declaration and Constitution Stand As The Belief and Integrity of Our United States of America. Majority Only Rues The Day Along With You Can Choose You're Own Truth!
Just the candidates from 11/10/10 forward -- the voting Americans choice shall be divided among how ever many, of what ever ethics or religious background including neither one or either one, but without the intrinsic value of Nature and Nature's God, endowed by our Creator with certain inalienable rights, "government instituted among men deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed" - From The Declaration of Principles** plus, From the Constitution which is the Only Document the Supreme Court Justices from the post 1931, can recognize because the Declaration with God and American Principles was undergoing 'forgetfulness' back then. (We will use for Prop. 14 purposes): We the people in order to form a more perfect union - between the individual/families to State to Federal relation of and by the people ......... .
This part takes and rewords to direct Prop. 14 to the importance of Justice - not Social Justice of Legal Plunder of "The Law" by Frederic Bastiat: "But, unfortunately, law by no means confines itself to its proper functions. And when it has exceeded its proper functions, it has not done so merely in some inconsequential and debatable matters. The law has gone further than this; it has acted in direct opposition to its own purpose. The law has been used to destroy its own objective: It has been applied to annihilating the justice that it was supposed to maintain; to limiting and destroying rights which its real purpose was to respect. The law has placed the collective force at the disposal of the unscrupulous who wish, without risk, to exploit the person, liberty, and property of others. Remember, Both Our Nation's Document and Protect Individuals from Human Nature via Not Being Specific Laws, but truthful generalizations of the behavior of government, man, power, and money-- not necessarily in that order. (Also, commerce and monopolies were more relevant in 1850 and are not to be construed to be a statement against 'business' or 'entrepreneurial' risks and rewards disparaged by the Progressive-Socialist racist).
Proposition 14 is a veiled, unconstitutional discrimination of one man = one vote worded for Article IV:2:1; Amendment IX, X in that voting is reserved for the citizens of the State, XIV in that the privilege to vote belongs to the individual and the State is forbidden to make any law "..which shall abridge the privileges.... Also XV and XIX deal with sex, race, color, or ...servitude- which can be concluded that no citizen of any State can be banned from voting when meeting the requirements of the state.
Actually the 100% open ballot for every voter2000Propostion is much more Constitutional than Prop. 14's so-called overhaul of preventing what-ever it is that it purports to prevent!! and given the Federal district Justices (per Jon Roland), the 2000 Proposition should have been appealed! But now, given what is on the plate this coming Tues. - at least have Proposition 14 Reviewed for Constitutionality. John Eastland probably or Mr. Roland or ....
American Voters: NO ON 14!
PS: I am well aware that "Declaration of Principles" irritates many readers; but I would like to point out that none of the Founders referred to the Declaration because their concern was How The Constitution Would Be Used or misused....AND They Won The War Against George III - They Won The Principles of Nature and Nature's God! That's why The Declaration of Independence is Now Renewing Itself - I believe - With The Founder's Blessings - That We The People/"consent of the Governed" Again ReAffirm All That Our Founder's Fought "And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm Reliance on the Protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor."(The Founder's Capital Letters - not mine!) They actually Did Give Their Lives, Fortunes and sacred Honor----and This 4th of July- Let US(A) sing - not a professional- not a band (although the service Bands are always welcome) not a group although they can join as Americans to sing along remember:
The First and Second verses of the Star Spangled Banner - it is an Excellent Choice because our Flag is much more than Wars it is also our Courage, Faith, in "..our flag was still there.."; the Last Verse of America the Beautiful; Onward Christian Soldiers; Holy, Holy, Holy Lord God Almighty; Eating Goober Peas; My Country Tis of Thee; It's a Grand Old Flag; the Service Hymns; Sousa's Marches as Marches and so many more each of you could add :-) --- So with all the sparklers, home rockets, (not shooting the the air because the bullet has to come down!)celebrations -- Lets lift our voices so the Hamas will hear US(A) and shoot safe fireworks (in more than 15 yrs of backyard celebrations - none went astray in our neighborhood and block parties were a lot of fun for everyone! Safety is not an issue for personal responsibility of Americans and is another example of Legal Plunder of personal rights aka Social Justice - although safety WithOut Trust is the WatchWord for the Progressive-Socialist. This round table-wind from the East-inconsistant problem of trust, can be countradicted by when each individual Socialist-Progressive Drives his Automobile to where-ever he wants to!!
