Because of the Truth of 'Obama Is Submissive To Islam, the following is also TRUE: 1) Grammar School children in Boston May attend a tour of an Islamic Mosque; but may not pray or recognize the roles of God and our founders in forming The United States of America with all this Nation represents, in its Flag and Pledge of Allegiance, to each student's Birth Right;
2) This President is following the previous President of the United States in ridding Afghanistan of 'radical Islam (this American Leader, remaining true to Islam and "Newspeak" forbids terms among which is radical)' by American Soldiers fighting, as The Declaration of Independence states "..and to assume among the Powers of the Earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect...". But, as The Commander-in-Chief, will not protect each, individual American Soldier's Right To Vote in the November 2, 2010 election! Meaning allowing late arrivals of Military Votes which includes DELAYING THE OUTCOMES OF ELECTIONS BY WHATEVER AMOUNT OF TIME REQUIRED TO HAVE EACH, SOLDIER'S VOTE COUNTED! This has not been performed for previous times of engagement; and is a gross act of Discrimination of America's finest, Not Allowed A Voice In Any Election, or because of late, not even given the regard of a count!! FDR depended on the absence of the military vote to get his SSAct passed among his other insults to America.
This President and his lemming Congress this summer, again prevented Soldier's votes to improve timeliness by stopping the Bill which would have added email and the computer, required for voting in many parts of the States, to be started For This Election, overseas on this Nov. 2, 2010. Stopped for the same reason as FDR; and except for 'Don't Tread On Me' Teapartiers, Constitutional Conservative Republicans in and out of elected office, Republicans and Angry Americans Regardless-Regardless(!) -- of party affiliation; votes to stop Obama and his lemmings this REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER!
3) 'REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER' every incumbent Democrat (D after his/her name) Is A Lemming For This President! In allowing The UnConstitutional*, 100% Americans must join "Patient Protection..."(except Union, Congress, Federal & State Employees or "Protected Class" of Americans); and the "American Stability.." in which Congress is subleasing its responsibilities to another Commission of this President in the Executive, One of the 3 Branches of Federal Government; to continue to enter private business which adds to the already Executive Branch ownership(no thanks to taxpayers): Chrysler Government sans We the People; College Loans sans private Loan Companies, but Utilizing Their Rates of Interest; and yet to be passed: trading carbon dioxide (the air we exhale) chips on the Stock Exchange. REMEMBER IN NOVEMBER, There were NO REPUBLICAN VOTES supporting this President with his 6% takeover of Medical Field; but several Republicans voted for financial stability**.
*Here Americans (18 and up), candidates-working-Naturalized citizens, who know and have learned Both The Declaration's Statements of Principle; and The Constitutions, fulfillment of the Promise of the Declaration; know full-well that learning the Principles and the Fulfillment of the principles in the Protection of the Individual from Government; That Learning of These Two Unique In The World Documents Begins In Grammar School, and continues throughout adult years until unable to speak in each, one American's Voting Voice!
That Obama's concept of providing health is wrong: Simply Because of Article IV:4 "The United States Shall Guarantee to every State in This Union a Republican Form of Government, and protect each of them against Invasion; ..." plus IV:2 The Citizens of Each State Shall Be Entitled to All Privileges and Immunities of Citizens in the Several States." In California's Constitution this same is located in Article I:7(b). Both are repeated in the 14th Amendment.
MOST IMPORTANT PRINCIPLE: BOTH DOCUMENTS ARE WRITTEN FOR EACH CITIZEN.
ATTORNEYS QUALIFY AS CITIZENS, BUT MAY NOT USE PRECEDENCE FOR PART OF THEIR ARGUMENTS IN OUR CONSTITUTION. WHEN THE STATES CHALLENGE THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT FOR VIOLATING THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND; DISTRICT COURTS HAVE NO BEARING. THE ARGUMENT MUST GO DIRECTLY TO THE SUPREME COURT. "..IN THOSE IN WHICH A STATE SHALL BE PARTY.."ARTICLE III:2:2.
** There is still learning needed for elected and candidates not only for Congress, but also Candidates for Any Elected Position in Government from Local, County, State and Federal levels, and including employees of every Department, Commission, Bureau which write the NON-reviewed Regulations for all laws and government actions at all levels of government.
