Given the "Obama Socialist Regime of despotic Majority - absent the Laws of Both Founding Documents and supporting the UN Agenda 21 CO2/AB32/488 cities General Plans determined by Agenda 21's 8 CA State mandatory Step Plans-Fraud which is perpetrated throughout the cities within the 50 States, absent Congress and even knowledge of We the People or Consent of the governed; i.e. the overthrown of the Republic under God;

It is past time for the Religion and Morality of Representational government under Constitution with Oath of Office: "..Let it simply be asked, where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, IF THE SENSE OF RELIGIOUS OBLIGATION DESERT THE OATHS WHICH ARE THE INSTRUMENTS OF INVESTIGATION IN COURTS OF JUSTICE?"

The Establishment Republican Party is following the lead of the Obama-Alinsky groups by skin color, college attendance, culture minus the English Language of the government of, by and for the People -- naturalized citizens are denied education --- Sovereignty of Person Protected from government-over-man, as noted in just one of several areas of life, air, land, water, minerals, petroleum, nuclear and the future for our Posterity -- the next Frontier - God's Universe.

But first we have to fix this Planet and our Republic under God; for it is under attack at its very Soul...One Person and all minorities protected from a despotic Majority who has no intention of obedience to the Laws of Both Founding Documents; nor do the nominees to this man 'president''s Cabinet; for he is only a man -- not greater nor lesser than any Person; in our Republic.

A reason/reflecting, relating person might say "Isn't it about time, leaders throughout of 50 State's party, we pay attention to "Spirit is Supreme"; "Government-over-man is absent knowledge, wisdom and truth and the same is forbidden our Posterity in State and Federal indoctrination disguised as education and in ALL, with few exceptions, our Article III Judiciary; and our Article I Legislative is bowing in fear and subjugation to a majority of despotism (use 1828-dictionary.com to look this word up...you really need to...along with religion -- it is Not the same as Church); and so everyone gets sad at losing, when We the People ought to be exercising "When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariable the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty to throw off such Government....".

This is also true at our State Level: Tom Del Becarro is a Conservative, long before the Teaparty existed, and knows what love of God and Nation First..means. He understands dealing with party of 'Opinion without interference' with 'preconceived conclusions', absent the fact of our Republic under God is what is being overthrown; and it has absolutely nothing to do with Mitt, except he knows exactly what is, and what is not, going on. He stated it, beautifully and succinctly, as the first statement of his acceptance speech:  silence, waited for that huge audience to become quiet........."Freedom of Religion" silence....then followed with equally important statements of understanding.

Tom has received in-house, party opinion-without interference, degradation because of spending money on the Initiative to attempt to remove the egregious gerrymandering of our State Senate for the June 5th, top two vote getters regardless of political party affiliation stated by the candidate or voter (CA Constitution Article II:5(a)(b), election. The Initiative was approved for June 5th vote by the largest number of signatures in the history of the State; but Tom did use the Party's money for the purpose of the principles to protect the vote of the US Constitution Article IV:2 citizens of the State.  [Actually, I'm not sure if that's the origin; but know enough about the people involved to make an educated guess; but I might be wrong. Not about what Tom did; wrong about the reason there wasn't enough money at the State level.]

The opponent, Mike Brulte, is like Rince Preibus: first priority Money -- that comes under an inanimate object / Nature's Laws; for its only value derives from how man uses it; and right now, with or without Tom's spending, there isn't any money in CA for politics as donation to party, which is never verbalized within the hearing of anyone; --- except for the union administration's PAC dues with its guarantee of income because of usurpation from Taxpayers completely absent separate and equal station with both the Laws of Nature and Nature's God -- a union's administrator complete disregard for its members, unless they absolutely obey their bosses in the top-down, vertical form of governance of "do as I say and shut-up, or else".

There's a lot more about the Republican Party, but because it won't help the attacks against our Republic under God, the understanding the because our Laws are for One Person protected from government-over-man; the majority must give-up to the minor party which is the closest to the Laws of Both Founding Documents; or the Party's Duty and Responsibility is to itself and to We the People, regardless of political party, to Learn and Teach The Declaration of Independence and the U.S Constitution with attention to how Bills, Issues, "Deeds, not words." impact "and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and to our Posterity do Ordain and Establish this Constitution For the United States of America.".

The Party kids itself into believing it will win in 2014 by ignoring "top-two vote getters regardless of political party affiliation resulting in Districts of same Party members in the top-two spots with more Districts DEM(Socialist)-DEM(Socialist); than our minor number party; and the Greater number majority -- guaranteed ignorant of the Socialist versus Republican form of government, who vote as told, rather than most Republicans, Libertarian, and Independents who often choose their own positions and candidates.  Allowing the "despotic Majority" to continue to determine the political standard of right and wrong; allows the myth that they will be beaten in 2014. Though it might work!  In history the odds are often greater against righteous side compared to the evil side.

Party Leaders, it is very, very past time to follow the Conservatives of Mark Willis and Tom Del Becarro; for our God and our Nation Shall be First in our Hearts; or we will lose everything including our babiy's, you now carry, children and their children are made subservient and "cooperative" and obedient to the collective group-think of the mass controlled with the force of government-over-man.  It is not the person of Obama, it is his legacy and those who have been so mislead, deceived and lied to, the youth of our Nation's future.

There is correction in Robert’s Rule for Emergency Committee Meeting and with the Executive Board – correction; but that was refused.  The State Party is the ONLY, Republican “YES” vote on Proposition 31 State Budget. State and Local government.

These are among the Agenda 21/EPA/AB32/City’s General Plan(s),  ‘Red Flag’ words which identify the Removal of Sovereignty of Person as an individual in the corporate ‘city’ persons; of State, and of Nation;  as well as the: “False premise on the role of government..”[3] : sustainable energy, smart growth [4],  promote prosperous economy, quality environment, re-zoning /annexation, community equity, increasing employment, improving education, decreasing poverty, decreasing crime and improving health “.Wrong government roles mandated down to local levels thru “Community Strategic Action Plans.”[3].   ‘Corporate persons’ are under the 9th and 10th amendments.

These words, and more by the specific Executive and State Departments, are the ‘got-cha’ of the submission, subjugation, and conformity, in order for the City’s taxpayers to qualify for the State and Federal Taxpayer’s Block grant’s tax-money for the City’s General Plan, to implement the equity communities, multifamily rental, condo, attached single housing, office, light industrial, sidewalks (Maple Street, Ash Street), bicycle right of way over that “Noisy, dirty, traffic monster ‘cars’- so “the people live and work close to home” or over-the-right of private property to provide RV Storage on their property to be re-zoned as multifamily.

The General Plan of Escondido, is exactly the same as the General Plans of El Cajon, Carlsbad, San Marcos, cities in New Zealand, Great Britain, France, Hong Kong – countries which do not protect “Person as One” individual before their God and in Law of Both Founding Documents.

Gees, do you see the quagmire of why “Taxes should be continued by Annual or Biennial reeactments, because a constant hold, by the nation [State], of the strings of the public purse is a salutary restraint from which an Honest government ought not wish, nor a corrupt one to be permitted to be free.”— Thomas Jefferson??

And the complete removal of “We the People” and “Consent of the Governed” from this 2009-2012-government-over-man-collective mass-secular law; and there are numerous connections in California’s Proposition 40 – Citizens Redistricting Commission gerrymandering; California Voting rights act – removes 1620 to date At-Large-Voting system, for ‘By-Area Trustee voting system of Naturalized-citizen’s Tiny nations not connected to either of the Founding Documents; and “top-two vote getters regardless of political party affiliation” with its greater number of “DEM-DEM districts” rather than REP-REP districts.  All of these are designed to remove Person as One in our Republican form of Representative Government – We the People and Consent of the Governed electing representatives from consent of the governed - we the people!!!

In this secular-Boolean world of keyboard’s input more important than relate - reflect - and record for the purpose of knowledge, wisdom and Most important Truth.  Truth and justice are irrelevant and immaterial; especially immaterial as in inanimate - money with position on the “hooting board”;  and living objects - Personality.

The word ‘Personality’ is one of the interesting words to trace between 1828 - 1913 - 2012, because it demonstrates the changes in philosophy of thought by descriptions of an individual:
1828:   “That which constitutes an individual a distinct person, or that which constitutes individuality.   The personality of an intelligent being extends itself beyond present existence to what is past, only by consciousness–   1. Direct application or applicability to a person; as the personality of a remark.”. The meaning has become exclusively - derogatory when applied to politics.  It is The Tool, used to remove or move, the person back into his group through peer pressure of simply government control and force.

We all know that the meanings of words change in all manner of directions based, most often, as a direct relation to the values, philosophy, thought of descriptive external  behaviors - the entire continuum of Lucifer to the Left and God to the Right. Think of the continuum as an invisible line upon which each-one-person, one-at-a-time, moves back and forth, according to what the part of life, liberty, and pursuit that person is using at that time....  It’s huge, isn’t it!  That’s is yet another reason “republican form of government” over “democracy of collective mass people” was chosen and regarded majority as important for the number AFTER the “thought” of issue was properly detabeted with the winner-loser changing positions for the benefit of the Nation or State’s sovereignty and purpose in life, liberty and pursuit for one person protected.

What is also at work within our Party, as well as throughout the world, are the politics with consequences of personalities of individuals, cities, states, nations and extraneous-want-to-be-nations: UN-EU-IMF-Open Society-Zeitgeist-man’s law Socialism; but which are absent “Religion and Morality” of the period Mr. Webster, Joseph Smith, Emerson, Wordsworth are working and growing.

In the political world, absent the good end of the person with his sacred property conscience, all bets are off, because all that matters is one-up-manship, who can perform the best character assination or accusation, with fact completely irrelevant or arranged to “fit into the situation”.
Lucifer Alinsky has contributed much tactical acts to make this idea especially tantalizing for any group – against its opposition; or for the purpose of ‘silencing,’ ‘ignoring,’ - not recognizing the existence of that ‘faction’ or person of ill repute.

In the group-mind, control world of politics, absent morality - let alone “do unto others..”, labeling someone a failure because donations are down,  absent the fact of joblessness, government’s control of all, individual, city, State, and National assets;  those very bad companies who left the USA because of the cost of union-labor in the clothing and other industries. Though you won’t hear that from a worker or government; just the closed and lost business’ owners.  Add to that, the accusation of self-centered and you have the recipe for the actions to take against that person...  But,

The pot calling the kettle-black is not relevant, for it is only important that the offender be removed, not the perpetrator to take responsibility for its own Alinsky’ freeze with opinion of preconceived conclusions of Boolean-absent reason or “Do unto others..”.

Such is what is going-on at our 08/28/12 Convention: 1) Do not allow teapartiers or individuals any voice; 2) when donations of wealthy prominent disappear, remove the offender; 3) Opinion without interference - otherwise known as Socialism’s top-down-line-law-of authority;  majority, as power and force, of just say “Yes” to Boolean or sometimes “No”; and decider of right and wrong; arbitrary and absent any semblance to the “One Person before God” and “One Person before republican form of Representative government under Oath of Office - Declaration and Constitution.

If we remove the offender, by Executive Board decision, then the movie Republicans will give the party their donations. If we label him as the sole reason for loss of donations and self-centered, then the labels, themself, justify’s the Executive Board taking over. Movie or other wealthy get to purchase a right to opine themselves. Teapartiers blog and go to meetings and listen to our commentators on radio, internet, and what’s left of them on TV - those that stay within the FCC definition of fair well-grouped by channel segmentation of opinions without interference, composed by the FCC czars of media policing-censorship of speech.

Never mind that the Executive Board is reflecting the “establishment” attitudes of rudeness to prominent, but not important rankings of priority of Party actions past on present: Pres. Bush understanding of “All men are created equal” with the need to be the Defender’s of Liberty for the underdog nation’s of the world against Lucifer, which the UN ignores in its quest for borderless nations and jurisprudence much more important than the rights of mankind;

Sarah Pain’s work with our National resource to reduce the Trillion-Dollar debt hanging over any fetus’ and it  future fetus’ Souls of Conscience who will be submissive and subservient to this taller than the Empire State Building, ISO/US Military Pallets of $100,000,000.00 in cash;

Ron Paul’s 28 years of work for Nation before party work and his consistent, persistent efforts to obtain justice for We the People, from a Federal Reserve which is a government within its- nonentity interior of using the tool of money against “We the People” and against Nation’s of the World; and right now, The Teapartiers, the sole Americans of the “Whole is the sum of Each-one-Part” – among the Nature and Nature’s God Laws of mankind completely removed from the “hotbed of party activity”.

This writer, among several thousand, have been reading and listening to Tom Del Becarro, for many years, before Teaparty or OpenSociety-Socialism-Secular Law as overthrow to be supreme and superior to 1879's Article VI’s supreme Law of the Land; or this President’s AINO, UN’s MIS and Agenda 21 removal, with Mr. Obama’s permission, absent Congress,  We the People, and Sovereignty of Nation.  Not One iota of which is even acknowledged by the “establishment” leaders State and Nation of the Party; though “Patient Protection and Affordable Act” did waken a little of God and Nation.

But don’t get hopeful, God and Nation First won’t rule over the “Soft Treaty” signed by President Bush and Clinton;  before this current, lawless, most dangerous man against the United States that has ever set his big toe on private property as a huge Flag of Socialism.

The Party was broke in 2010 also!  Nothing like using the tool money as a wedge to place blame, while ignoring party responsibility, when it belongs to the whole – not to one part!  Ron Nehring was no more responsible than Tom Del Becarro; but the Executive Board has a notable role in top-down mentality of definition of party policy v. member by citizenship of voter registration and philosophy.  At least “Speak Out California” with meetings with high school and college age for debates was attempted.  Too many County Party’s completely ignore the H.S and <25 age="age" ago.="ago." even="even" experienced="experienced" group="group" high="high" in="in" junior="junior" members="members" nbsp="nbsp" of="of" p="p" school="school" some="some" that="that" us="us" years="years"> 
Using Lucifer Alinsky’s “#13. Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, and polarize it.  In conflict tactics there are certain rules that [should be regarded] as universalities. One is that the opposition must be singled out as the target and 'frozen.'...        "...any target can always say, 'Why do you center on me when there are others to blame as well?' When your 'freeze the target,' you disregard these [rational but distracting] arguments.... Then, as you zero in and freeze your target and carry out your attack, all the 'others' come out of the woodwork very soon. They become visible by their support of the target...'.”.

Yes, the Republicans, in their fervor of Politics absent ethics, with “just put your X in the proper box” - anyone is better than Obama; majority rules over everything and is the determiner of right and wrong.  If evil works, then evil is good.  Opinion without interference. The end justifies the means.  And if California, the Progressive Republican is supreme over the Teaparty; both of which are minority numbered, gerrymander to be removed from the playing field of what remains of “consent of the governed” in this completely absent, overthrow of Republican form of government...for the best of Open Society - global warming - human habitation - sexual deviation/absent “Religion and Morality” - absolute: parents - you shall have your child immunized and you shall not opt out for religious reasons; to say nothing of unalienable rights because of course without Declaration or Constitution, there is neither “separate and equal station”, the Person as an Individual for unalienable rights or consent of the governed, and forget Truth, humanity, or justice...those words do not exist as stated in Scripture, for the government-over-man - state of California.  Look at this 11/6 crop of Propositions – written by one attorney firm for taxation and complete Open society-Socialism takeover of 433 cities’ government by the State: Please see pgs. 17-20 of Proposition 31...The part of Agenda 21 you didn’t read when the board and its committee decided to “support”.  

RNC and State Party as “Establishment” are the Faction.  Because only the Teaparty understands our God and Nation first — there will be no Republican form of government, should the Open Society Socialism Secular Law completely absent “Relgion and Morality” and completely absent our Party’s use to be Party of Principle; small government, free economy.

It would be wise and useful, at the 08/28 Convention:--- to acknowledge the Secular-group-inanimate object Article VI overthrow of 1789-Article VI-  “Religion and Morality” - One person protected/minority can hold a majority responsible and accountable to rights of each-one-person;
—the1789 is the supreme Law of the Land with Oath of Office, Duty and Service of government to Consent of the Governed to secure life, liberty and pursuit of Happiness; and separate and equal station of Nation and of Nature’s God; —of the facts of UN overthrow of nations to implant its Mission Statement, Charter, and Agenda 21 reaching through all member nation’s sovereignty and also removing “religion and morality” it cannot use or acknowledge. You will probably have to learn about Agenda 21, very few of you have any knowledge, but a lot of Opinion regarding agreeing with “Obama’s and cohorts, extremism of the Teaparty”!
