"The Numbers Game" 2 of 10 carved -idol god- Not to worship or bow down to them - to serve it is being played in many areas of our lifestyles. In the grocery markets, it is your 'Club Card' to track most popular purchases by category; on many News Stations it is, "Do you think AIG executives are guilty of taking too much money?, or other questions answered yes or no. 

In computers, choices are IMPERATIVE- binary, enslaved think alike,  Command from humanoid robotron, "Just answer 'yes' or 'no' (i.e. no such concept of TRUTH/ SELF = 1st GREAT COMMAND - "YOU MUST LOVE THE LORD, YOUR GOD, WITH YOUR WHOLE HEART, YOUR WHOLE MIND,  AND YOUR WHOLE SOUL, this is THE  GREATEST AND CHIEF COMMAND. 'The Numbers Game' was first written in January 2007 and addressed how the opposition depended on polls, surveys and various other counting devices to make decisions about how our government should run relating to the unpopular War in Iraq. Then Pres. Bush didn't want any 'T'hing/ Atoms to do with surveys, polls and opinions regarding how to conduct the War against radical jihad Muslims(terrorists is the politically correct word) where-ever they occurred. During his last two years, Mr. Bush had the support of between 9 and 19% according to the numerous surveys, polls, and daily counts of the Troops who had died to assist the Iraqi People in their uphill battle, for both sectarian and non-sectarian (i.e., triune WRITTEN ix, xiii 47/49 artiii-435 census 3/1/2020, 4/29/2020 eradication of ARTICLES VII- 24/7 Roles of challenges, FEET PSM on his "PLACE of HABITATION" - PROPERTY in IV:2 'C'itizen is ETERNAL SOUL=SPIRIT TRUTH- Command V, James 1, from Gen 3:20- Cain- jealousy, 4:24- the Father gave, says Adam, Seth to replace Abel) in VI in , with evil - from udhr unGLOBAL HERDSCMTPOP) Jesus is only 5 senses/ fleshy and in Revelations 22: 16, scion House of David, sent His Angels to give you this testimony. No matter the number of survey results, certain unalienable rights from our Creator remain. It doesn't matter what part of the globe a person stands on -- all sizes, shapes, beliefs, lack of beliefs, activities -- have an unalienable right to life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness. This has been a part of world history long before the United States of America existed; but took shape for the individual person's life, here with Our Nation. It is not less true because a majority of people don't know or agree with a nation's right to fight against tyranny With USA Assistance. That's why Iraq is not a subject for yes/no surveys. At least until 11/4/08....

The Survey Problem remains: Our Nation's decisions about the ethical principles we have always supported; are now weighted and influence by invisible men/women who decide what questions are asked; the geographic locations where questions are presented; the time of day; and how to count the people who answer pollster's questions: 'Yes, No, Undecided. The invisible pollsters have no responsibility for the questions. They do not have to report their questions when the poll is published; nor do they have to account for the content of the questions. They do not own any accountability for the outcomes of their surveys and polls. This also includes numbers of responses by letters, public gatherings, businesses and government at all levels. How many times have you heard: "Everyone does it"; as if everyone justifies the action. The greatest number of opinion, poll, survey, and now votes, are determiners of the course our Nation will take for the next four years. We are American, we do work for our Nation whether heading in a good or detrimental direction.

Since winning the November 4, 2008 election and his 'first one hundred days in office', President Obama has taken a gigantic step in determining, with his liberal left cohorts, that he has the right to change the Form of Government Our Nation takes: Socialism. When you think back to primaries, the Democrats offered Only Far Left Liberals(Socialists) for Candidates for President. Again, in complete disregard for Article IV:4 "..guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government..." and Article V: Amendment Process of the Constitution - 'the how to' of changing the form of government. Reminder to forgetful Americans: The Declaration of Independence is Our Nation's Birth Certificate; and The Constitution of the United States of American is Our Owner's Manual. Both are documents of Integrity and Personal Value for Each Citizen born or naturalized. All Presidents and Congress-persons, up to the current one have Sworn Oaths to "..preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States of America - Article II:1". The current President and his Administration, also took the Oath, but it remains to be seen when or if, they will recognize Our Nation's Constitution. Simply winning the election doesn't complete the change to Socialism. Obama must confront the 233 year old Constitution and Federated form of government; then directly ask for 2/3rds of the States to ratify the Constitution to allow the change from Federated Government Pyramid(family/individual-base, local, county, State, Federal-tip of pyramid) to Socialist. Demonstrated action of our current administration: ---the temerity to interfere with private corporations, fire CEO's (without due process or even a 'charge';---use coercion you must encourage 'green cars' or else... . ---Too banks you must...for toxic accounts...or else government won't, with taxpayer money, help the insurance or bank cash for, the unique in US History, real estate 'bubble burst' that resulted in No Sources for Obtaining Loans individually, business-wide, and the Stock Market therefore world economies. While, at the same time, prevent some TARP Banks from repaying and closing the loan of taxpayer money! With this Administration, government sets the terms of business and commerce. ---This Administration's definition of government also determines who gets to keep how much of the money. Business owner's take responsibility, risk their lives and fortunes for the business they know how to run; but because of Mr. Obama's determination of what wealth is worth, these owners must give it away to less fortunate, non-risk takers, simply because they don't have as much as some other class. Mr. Obama and his socialist, rubber stampers, have determined just how business should run in their 'like-minded agreement of what is right for today's political wind' direction.

Granted, many Central Democrats do not see his election as a change in the Form of Our Government. They agree with a large, central government and with Obama's Socialist duties as one answer to 'that terrible, worst President in history Bush!'. Many Democratic Americans said: "Maybe Socialism won't be so bad!". With tax and spend at both the State and Federal levels at the same time as an economic down-turn, the increases in family spending for government requirements is higher than it has ever been in United States History. The Government demands for taxpayer dollars is a clear and present danger to our Nation since it threatens every American regardless of income, including 'family, local, county, state, federal' economies and future opportunities to 2012 and beyond. Here is how some of Obama & Administration will change Our Nation:---The Proposed 'Green Power Grid' with Senator Harry Reid, will allow the President to determine the location of power grids for wind and sun throughout the USA. If a State disagrees with the President, the Energy Department will declare 'eminent domain' to continue the growth of the grids. There is no part of the Constitution that addresses this form of Federal abuse of Government Power over the States or the people. Amendment X does state: "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people". ---The concept of 'green' or purchase of 'toxic accounts' from TARP banks, doesn't exist in the Constitution. Federal Government deciding which energy 'green grid'/Global warming use of science that agrees while ignoring the science that disagrees, results in clear and present danger to the continued, growth and safety of America - especially by ignoring the role of both Nuclear and Petroleum. The Federal government should no more be involved than the State in pursing 'the selective definition of energy'. Our government is power grabbing. It is the antithesis of Americans and Our History of Research and Development. ---Our Founders were well aware of the danger of power in government that absorbs the 'of, by, and for the people'. The Constitution did not "tell government what to do for the people" because the founders knew by first hand experience and by world history, what happens when the government changes to the hands of a few, flowing into more aspects of family - individual life, to redefining government versus individual responsibility.---Individuality - Family- is a Constitutional Core Concept for Each American and Immigrant Becoming a Citizen: determining as an Individual not only what his/her "...pursuit of happiness.."; but also The Role An Individual decides to take in his/her life to support the God Given Gift of The Family and Individual as Center of "We the people in order to form a more perfect union..." .The American International Group (AIG) Executives are threatened with a 90% tax for keeping their legal, binding Contracted severance pay from the largest insurance company in the World: AIG. What the AIG Executives are being accused and found guilty of is misuse of funds and benefitting from wrong management practice in working for AIG. - WITHOUT ACCUSATION OR TRIAL, They are Simply Guilty by Congressional shouting! TARP included our taxpayer/government money, but is also a Violation of Amendment V: "No person shall be held....nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; ...". Our President, Senators, through hours of Committee meetings, have spent several thousand taxpayer dollars to decry these Executives without ever recognizing this violation of the Constitution. The 90% tax is also called 'Bill of Attainder' which is prohibited by Article I:9. No-one else recognized the Constitutional violation, except Senator Paul and many quiet, knowledgeable Americans. That's why I have written this the way I have! 

 Watch-out for how fast President Obama is moving! He needs to keep Congress and Americans ---AS IGNORANT  AND UNINFORMED BY WITH-HOLDING DISTORING -DISTINCTLY LIE, STEAL, FALSE WITNESS does equal off-balance and scared, anxious, or worried; and he needs to keep us distracted from all the ingraining he is performing with Auto industry, universal health, Energy 'Green' Only, and Real Estate because he believes, once government establishes itself in private industry, it will remain or be very difficult to dislodge.

It is Extremely Important that You Notice There was No Media Coverage of the Size and increased number of executives who are part of AIG, or that severance pay in Executive Contracts at this level of responsibility is Standard Operating Procedure in most American Businesses. The Media - all levels - continues to fail to report all sides of an issue WITHOUT opinion, so the voting American can be informed. Further, that there are 503 TARP companies* involved, many of which have large number of Executives working for them. The media calls 'choosing issue items to report' form of reporting 'Target News' which is arbitrary, arrogant and has been consistently taking place over the last eight years. The media - all levels - continues to fail to report all sides of an issue WITHOUT OPINION, so the voting American can be informed. The media is active in publishing surveys. Notice the difference the AIG story takes with "Here's the rest of story..(Paul Harvey, radio commentary)". The media did report at least one AIG Executive, did give back most of the money, donating balance to charity, and noting that he Performed the Job He Was Hired To Do. That there are 503 Banks involved about 20 at this writing have already paid, with interest, back Our Taxpayer money. Pres. Obama also wants to purchase 'toxic accounts' from the 480+ banks. This after the Feds 'assessment' of toxic accounts - in addition to each banks own assessment. Using taxpayer resources for a special group of people or situation - especially private business has been violated more than once - it has failed more than once. Taxpayer money is not part of the commerce. Therefore it is only a tool to help government fulfill its mandated responsibilities - not create new business partnerships or 'green' projects. The people own business or work = paying taxes on their income = whatever size business pays taxes = employees pay taxes. Government receives $$$ as tax receipts to provide First the Constitutional stated duties of the President, Congress, and the Judiciary; then other roles. Government has no business defining how much an individual, family, business of any size earns or not! Business, commerce is reserved for the people. We Are, by and large, honest, straightforward, and hardworking. We've just gotten so used to hearing about the less than 49% that don't do well and need more support... whatever and where-ever they occur. There are multiple programs which use our taxpayer resources to help the 49%. By and large, most taxpayers don't mind helping people out. We do it all the time. Even though Mr. Bush had only 17% 'number's game' support, the ethics that equality of man is world-wide has prevailed, however small it may appear to people opposed to the Iraqi People's attempt at a voice in their own government. There is and has been a non-shooting war taking place among the people who live under 24/7 tyranny; and the twenty-six year plus, 'Stability Foreign Policy' Obama & cohorts want to maintain; still has not accomplished any progress for the people of the Middle East. At least Iraq got a chance. The Iraqi People have managed - against all odds - a right to decide about their own government and their future especially from the bottom-Family- of the Federated form of government. The idea of listening to their people, alone, is a huge change in Islam. The Federated Pyramid makes Federal Government the tiny tip of the pyramid. Obama's Socialism - clearly - spreads black clouds down the pyramid to reach into all segments: Family/Local/County/State/Federal. There are no guns, but war it is for many angry Americans, regardless of party-puppet tongues - affiliation, at the audacity and assumptions President Obama and his supporters have made. The United States of America is changed because President Obama received 'The Numbers Game' most votes. We need to look at this man named President who believes government money is his alone to spend; and at a Party who isn't paying attention to the probably the greatest threat to Our Nation: Ignoring both the Declaration and Constitution, because of party rubber stamps more important than Our Nation! Many Americans, born and naturalized, of all political parties and all levels of life here in America have missed or forgotten what has happened to our Constitution. And one of two - Most Important Documents, will continue to be ignored or debased unless We The People, again, make Our Constitution a Living Fact. Then Reaffirm Our Support to the Integrity and Universal Truth of God that was so active with our Founding Fathers in forming these Two Unique Documents of History and To Our Nation which Has Both the Privilege and Responsibility to "preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States of America and the Integrity of the Declaration of Independence. All Americans take this Oath by just being born here. Immigrants take this Oath to become citizens. All of us can forget that We The People are the thread of time that keeps Our Nation along "..endowed by our Creator with certain unalienable rights..."..................and protects other Nations from the abuse of the family and individual's pursuit of life, liberty and happiness. Americans We Are Our Government and It Is Time To Speak!

The class members also enjoy the learning and discussions which have the goal of letting the Constitution and Declaration speak to 2009 instead of keeping it back in 1783. After taking the class, members sign-up to also teach the Declaration and Constitution to their families and friends.

'False' and misleading mailers: one from Howard Jarvis' Prop. 13 - there are sneakie members, probably at least rhinos, if not worse, in that org.!  And "California Voter Guide" by a 'non partisan candidates selected independent of party affiliation' ----ya, Right!!  

This game playing via candidates, their-possibly good hearted 'junkers of signs', and campaigning off the reason for "Remember in November" which is becoming more and more important with each passing day> because if Repub. Candidates - all levels - don't acknowledge the first 9/12/08 Mall, the second 8/28/10 Mall, and all the election results - including Joe Miller in AK with all that the Left Socialists have performed against California's future in Sac.; then ignoring the root cause will be slower to correct. 

Interestingly, two things: 1)At the last National Ch. meeting, the person or group that presented the 'questions to ask candidates re viewpoint including Declaration & Constitution' to secure the Republican positions with platform, is glaringly REQUIRED with the new CA and probably many other States leaning toward the other word for Disaster: "Democracy" they like to call the US.* That is actually an easy way to raise a Red Flag for any candidate!

Proposition 22 and K here in San Marcos:  22 protects Cities and Counties-BUT does NOT change the slush fund called 'Redevelopment' which is invisible to the bond and taxpaying Citizen of CA. Proposition K is a working example of what will occur with the so-called repairing schools - which must be used for this purpose - Bond.  Ya, right again! Because once in the Redevelopment Slush - no one will know for sure.  SideBar:  Another Reason for No on 22 &K - notice the sponsors!  Now tell me where the funds are going!!!!  Bonds are always Loans Against Future Revenue. Haven't we learned enough Yet!!

JUST HOW IMPORTANT AN INDIVIDUAL'S OPINION OF HIS/HER SERVICE FIRST MEANS; WITH HOW EASY IT IS FOR A UNION TO GOVERN IN PLACE OF THE ELECTED INDIVIDUALS. I sat behind the Union Attorney - tall, handsome guy that could hardly leave the room after the vote which would have 'not allowed Proposition D' come to the public because the use of the money was part of the debate.  Someone should get the  video of the entire event --- even the 2nd vote in which Lori Zaphf's opponent changed Back To Conform To the White-knuckled, jaw bitting, attorney for the Unions---who did say in the Monday disallow vote - that Mayor Sanders & Donna's(?) commercial would be the result!!!  All Candidates and Public Servants with the General Public should see these two events.  They Make up the entire, repeating, world of union administration.  Do you see yesterday's UT?  2nd page - Rt. Column: "Reach an agreement with labor unions on a program to allow private companies to bid against city workers for certain services, and ALLOW(!!!!!) THE CITY TO SEEK BIDS. Completed (As a taxpaying, American Citizen; would love to see the Socialist, fraudulent users of money's idea of ALLOW).

To make it shorter, by the time a Constitutional (both) Conservative gets to #4, steam is reallying boiling; but then we arrive at the infamous #8, which 'compromises Peter to Pay Union Paul' all $$$$$$ on the stock market being run by, just the presence, of "America's Financial Stability Act" which all but removes the individual investor from the market---another tragedy of forgotten importance with time; and adds to the risk of any retirement $$$ becoming anything But revenue neutral. Further, creates what could be another slush fund, if the City uses or borrows the money or its interest --- much like Social Security and all with accountability!!  

The Most Important Question of All:   When is Government (City, County, State, Federal) going to begin to recognize that Unions are Fraudulent with Taxpayer Money? That #4, higher hourly pay, greater retirement than some CEO's make, the ability - like Brown's potential: governor, mayor, AG, Gov with all those retirements funds!!!??? 'We ther People' do Not Compromise or report our business to any Union under any circumstance - they are not elected or even approved by taxpayers!! They're force against  any union member; of conformity of union dues determined by union admin. while writing political commercials for their candidates - who are coincidentally of left, bend socialism at this point, is also a misrepresentation of both person and function of the unions? These candidates act as the same lemmings and rubber stamps as does Obama's lemmings: Pelosi, Boxer, Feinstein, Waxler (Van Nuys)-Waters, and other CA Congressmen-ladies.  And Article IV:2,4, Amendment IX, XIV with CA Article I:7(b) which states 'Citizens of US are citizens of state wherein reside and are entitled to all privileges and immunities of every citizen. Union members and admin. have both privileges and immunities - no one else on the Globe, has with retirement guarantees, amounts, stacking, and hourly wages well beyond anything in the private or other American Citizens.  American Working Citizens have no protection against a too large Federal and State Government, City and County which do not practice accountability and all of whom barrow on a regular basis against the 'future proceeds of all taxpayers regardless of level of wealth'!

Taxpayers are compromised through our city, county, state and federal representatives bowing to fraud of union retirement funds, union non-participation in  'PPAA';  and probably a member of the Commission for 'Financial Stability'!

Proposition 20, even 27, is the very Heart of America expressed in Both the Declaration and the Constitution. It is also the very basis ..or the lack of...all the above.  I think some founders reached out from heaven to put their hand on this glorious idea. It is just like them: An idea designed to promote political interests by the left, a form of Democracy, but prevented & limited, by its own rules:  

             The Citizens Redistricting Commission (www.wedrawthelines.com) will eliminate gerrymandering with an attempt to balance opportunities for vote by 'We the People' according to population as even as possible. This by having an open selection process run by State Auditors Department, citizens be the decision-makers with input by state legislators; & when passed Congressional Districts included. It is suppose to be nonpartisan and balanced as possible.

              In February 2010, days after the selection process started and would have 3200 applicants, my self included; the Speaker of the House of Representatives voiced her opposition by placing a re-worded, old redistricting guidelines, continued by legislators, on the ballot.  Stating Nothing will be accomplished by having citizens do what the legislators do!  Such is her continued opinion of the American People, teaparty or not - republican,democrat, libertarian, independent, green, decline to state! Hopefully, Congressional Rule Breaker, disrespectful, ignorant of history Pelosi is looking at her ending days.

Here is the founder's expression of their "glorious idea":  We Draw The Lines and Legislative Drawing of the Lines share a common American Promise: Service with Integrity because Religion and Morality - God and His Lessons of Man in The Bible are the Way, the Truth, and the Light in all things.  Ideas which emit from lessons; and avoidance of "unintended circumstances'" because of avoiding the previous instances in the lessons of history. Both 20 and 27 abound with the resonance of the founders!  Their idea will be lost on the writers of #27 - because it is a reflection of "My seat is Much More Important than My Service To My Country, the Seat Represents".

     But 'We Draw the Lines" has a genuine Opportunity in Proposition 20: This because the 5 Republicans, 5 Democrats, 4 from other smaller, but representative parties are "We the People"; and include the 3 judges from State Auditors Department with input from any Californian interested in following the process.  This is an example of a Functioning Democracy at its Very Best.*  Nonpartisan, probably not; but a much improved chance for success because the Commission candidates do address their own integrity in applying the principles of Redistricting. To make the founder's contrast clear,  Redistricting Commission also represents the underlying problem of Democracy that the founders attempted to warn US(A) about:  Human Nature, special interest, and the 4th Book of "DEMOCRACY IN AMERICA" by Alexis de Tocqueville: "Of certain peculiar and accidental causes which either lead a people to complete centralization of government, or which divert them from it.."  and "What sort of despotism democratic nations have to fear..".  Not may have to fear, but have to fear!  The safety from this fear lies in each, single individual is 100% responsible for his own respect and belief in God; or whatever he defines as being the Truth of his Actions. No one else exists. It is each person's own Service with Integrity.

*Because of 'the misuse of Democracy at the State and Federal level where the Republic of Representative Government is the leader and Republic is badly misunderstood versus the Redistricting which Is An Example of Good Democracy. Maybe it could serve to make the differences more clear?

YOUR NO VOTE MEANS YOUR HAVE HEARD THE VOICE OF 'WE THE PEOPLE' AND SUPPORT YOUR OATH OF OFFICE - YOUR INTEGRITY - ON THE DECLARATION OF INDEPENDENCE AND THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND (ARTICLE VI) AND NO VOTE MEANS YOU WILL NOT SUPPORT "THE LARGEST MOVEMENT OF MONEY INTO THE EXECUTIVE BRANCH of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT IN THE HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, OR EVEN CONTEMPLATED. .. THIS PLAN IS A THINLY VEILED SHIFTING OF (HUGE) EXECUTIVE BRANCH POWER INTO GOVERNMENT AND A COMPLETE TRASHING OF THE CONSTITUTION OF THE UNITED STATES(JOHN CONNELLY, CONSTITUTIONAL ATTORNEY & INSTRUCTOR retired, CARROLLTON, TX)." It Is The First Step in Socialism to change the form of government from "...Governments are instituted among Men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed. ..." to "...the fall of capitalism by overloading the government bureaucracy with a flood of impossible demands, thus pushing society into crisis and economic collapse..(Cloward-Pevin)".
Its predecessor, H.R. 3200 brought out 1.5 to 2 million Americans in Protest on the Mall & Tea parties throughout the United States of America. It's written by the President's extra-curricular medical assistant of many opinions, poor grammar, and unable to write a correct outline format. It was unfundable, duplicated, insulting in the assumption that United States Health care is of poor quality (First sentence: ...quality, affordable for all Americans..". H.R. 3200 supports the idea that Pres. Johnson and his administration did a terrible job in creating the 44 yr. old Medicare/caid health care for the Americans who used 90% or more of the of the health care dollars throughout the years and to date.

This Act Requires all Citizens & legal residents to have insurance. Then, over a 5 year period of time, phase-in the 100% Federal Control program. You must recognize, I know you recognize that this is The Taking Away of "All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law(Act) which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States, nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;...(Amendment XIV:1, Amendment IV). There are fines to any citizen who refuses to obtain insurance which Medicare also does, but no-where near the huge amount from the Healthy Americans Act . Our person -- mental status & physical body -- couldn't be more life, liberty or property!

THIS IS THE SINGLE, MOST INSULTING ACT THAT ANY ONE MAN OR HIS ADMINISTRATION HAS PERPETRATED ON EVERY PERSON IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! HE IS WRONG! HIS BELIEF THAT HIS DEFINITION OF 'CHANGE' WAS SUPPORTED BY NOVEMBER 8, VOTE OF THE PEOPLE FOR THIS ACT IS ALSO WRONG BOTH FOR THE PEOPLE'S SIDE OF THE VOTE AND FOR THE CONSTITUTION THAT THIS MAN THINKS HE CAN CHANGE WITHOUT USING THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND. THIS ACT CHANGES 233 YEARS OF 'WE THE PEOPLE'; TO THE BELIEF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CAN PERFORM DECISIONS 'FOR THE PEOPLE' BETTER THAN THE PEOPLE CAN FOR THEMSELVES! Even were this a true statement, this Act cannot change the Constitution (Article V) and is therefore illegal from its concept by President Obama. Any Congress member supporting this Act needs to be aware: 1) Your integrity for your Oath of Office is compromised; 2) You do not represent the United States of America FIRST, then your State. In the last few decades, Party has been the watchword -- getting re-elected becomes the watchword--- and compromise aka reaching across the aisle, my friend across the aisle, bipartisan as long as the partisan part of the word dominates the issues as well as there is only one side to the coin - it is double-headed!

Amendment X's instruction to the Federal Government regarding actions it cannot perform includes, as you know, that powers not delegated to the United States and not prohibited by the Constitution Belong to the States or TO the PEOPLE. Since Medicare/caid, are government programs, how is the "America's Health Future Act of 2009" excluded; i.e Medicare sets a precedent for this Act. Not correct. One: Medicare/caid did not enroll every American or naturalized American. By limiting its scope to only those in need - elderly, physically or mentally disabled, disabled due to trauma - accident when benefits from work or insurance end; genetic or developmentally disabled - Medicare/caid is able to enact a program which has and continues to serve these same people for the last forty-two years. Two: the Constitution isn't a traditional law book, it is law. Its law is Nature & Nature's God. Its purpose is not to legislate. The Founders were well aware of their limits as well as their strengths as leaders (an idea lost to many of today's leaders). Our Constitution is written, with its partner the Declaration, to address the integrity of the People for the foreseeable future of mankind. Yes, that is a mouthful; and to some, not possible that a truth could exist such as the founders were writing about. They were superb in condensing lessons of history, in describing why men(richer English) should decide for themselves: We are endowed by our Creator, people have separate and equal station which are entitled by Laws of Nature and of Nature's God. "It is the excellency of this Constitution that it is expressed with Brevity, and in the plain Common Language of Mankind (Oliver Ellsworthy)." Among its other purposes, is to protect the people's Declaration with The Constitution from a few men in positions of power, invariably misuse the power to their own ends. With Amendment IX: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." Insurance companies are run by citizens of the United States of America - Amendments IV, X, XIV apply equally. Reminder to all Members of government at all levels and their supporting departments, bureaus, etc. the United States of America spent 191 or its 233 years of history Without Any Government Programs especially Health. An American's idea of personal responsibility included caring for the family in all areas of life. Further, contrary to popular governing, the Federal Government level of spending dollars is considerably more spread-out, to serve with less comprehension, than the same program managed by the State, i.e. shared Medicaid/Cal funds. Also, the State serves the same population as Medicare plus developmentally disabled, foreign who didn't pay into Social Security but purchased Part A of Medicare and serves them for years as compared to months, less often years in Medicare. The founding fathers felt and the reason the Federal Level of government is not used for service related programs (it currently & has used) is because it is too far away from the problem to define it State by State.

"America's Healthy Future Act of 2009", written by a Legislative Analyst, makes the Outline readable, adds what exists in general as well as Federal information. TITLE III Improving the Quality and Efficiency of Heath Care: replicates already existing programs. Adds cost list items like daily basic room charges, already available and given on admission or upon patient/family request, along with what hospital charges for Diagnosis Related Groupings (DRG's) which is actually the Federal Medicare Regulations for how long a patient can stay in hospital before transfer home or to another kind of facility - the cost is determined by the government - not the hospital. Most ill people choose their doctor, not their hospital especially since Joint Commissions has several Titles and Outlines dealing with quality and evidence based outcomes for care. Efficiency's section can't begin to recognize the millions of details including in systems the hospital uses internally and externally. The Federal Government should not even try. They simply are not knowledgeable and have little organization & cost controls in their own systems to recommend how medical systems should work. In TITLE I---HEALTH CARE COVERAGE:Subtitle A The Act also declares and regulates how private insurance companies shall charge for pre-existing conditions, how the charges will be indexed, and even the definition of what diagnoses or conditions will be recognized as pre-existing by the Federal Takeover of private industry. Because the Federal Government is having as much trouble funding $774,000,000,000 as they did $1,500,000,000,000, if there is a cost saving, it may occur somewhere between 2015 & 2035. Of course, there will be the annually since 1990, cut in Medicare/caid to fund the this Act as well as fines, excise taxes, penalties, and fees which are attached to every aspect of health care except hospital equipment and supplies at home or beneficiary's place of residence. With the Act, health care Shall Not be patient / physician centered care as practiced for all of Medicare/caid years. It is too busy doing statistics for its benefit. It will be consumer - beneficiary; but the government determines what cost, where, for what DRG or combination, for how long, which services, and even acceptable labs and x-rays. Since that way, government with statistician help, can control the part of costs government reimburses which does not and never will represent the actual cost of the service. There-in are the two major problems of preventing rising health care costs: 1) health care costs 100% of what it costs in real dollars private insurance pays. 2) Patients are not consumers. Patients only disappear when they die, or get better; nothing is consumed except the objects used in their care. Once in the patient care milieu, depending on age and condition(s) they rarely leave and more patients are added every hour of every day 365 days/year. The earlier preventative care starts the better; but there will never be government control of personal choice at this level. People have a right to be wrong. Government has a responsibility to "support its Constitution". Then there is a reflection of applying Nature and Nature's God to each member in government's work.

'We the people' have to work with the consequences of our actions because ALL Citizens - including YOU Congress Person - are responsible for what happens to Our Government. 'We the people' do not choose Pres. Obama's- his Socialist friends in and out of government in supporting this outrageous Act against the Declaration of Independence (The Premise) and The Constitution of the United States of America (the corollaries), the actions before and the actions planned by this man.
