Forthright Leadership - Carl v. Government-over-man - Bob

I'm among the many volunteers for Carl making phone calls. Here is one gentleman I would like to share with you -- and he asked me to share this:

I'll call him Sam just because I didn't get his first name. Sam is a member of International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local 569. He is also supporting Carl DeMaio for Mayor and says there are many others like him.  Sam was on disability for one year "date to date" and when that ran out, the 'Time Period' for unemployment insurance had also ran out. He has had no income for approx. 22 months. ..

He said "I tell my debtors that if there is a  change in this election [Obama leaves office], then I will be employed because the contractors who hire me, will  begin to make contracts because the  money will loosen to[ produce more opportunity for work]" ...  If not, then .....

He further related an episode where the Contractor he was working for withheld -- 'cap' money from his check.  When he asked why the money was withheld, the contractor said "Well you authorized it didn't you?"!  Sam didn't! And not only that, he found out that the IBEW Local must have a signed  document stating the withholding of the 'cap' money! He was pretty angry; took a 12 hour shift loss of pay to go to the Local and fill-out 'paperwork' refusing the union his wages as 'cap'.

He states he is well known for standing-up for the candidates and issues, but is often told to shut-up and sit-down.  Supporting Carl and other candidates against this kind of 'vertical-top-down-shut-up and do as your are told' union concepts of boss-over-worker-management-by-control --- how dare you use initiative and hold opinion other than the union-collective-group-think, is a pleasure. Sam takes his risks by Standing and speaking in hopes others will wake-up to the tactic, rather than the submit, be subservient and remain under the thumb of the union bosses.  

This occurs in the Teacher's Union also. There have been comments like [union administration] "Hasn't listened to us for years!.".  There are Republicans or others who oppose the union administration, but "My job!" is at stake. These occurred at another meetings I attended.  >>YES on Proposition 32<< will help Sam and the Teachers who must be silent for the "majority of force to declare right from wrong".

POINT IS:  Carl has Not Been Working Alone, in our City, to change the City Council of some of those members who are owned by Unions -- as well as the Competitive Bidding and Pension Reform. He is also, the rare Candidate who actually has made AND IMPLEMENTED partially the Plan to get our City Back on track through good and proven, business strategic planning, including the Opportunities of Private business taking-on the risk and reward involved in our Convention Center Remodel.  It will be union, but not city union. It will involved taxes; but those will be paid by the Hotels who are performing the remodel of the Convention Center --- and will profit from the remodel -------as will every business supplying every business which any of the hundreds of organizations who lover to come to San Diego for their conventions.  No Resident Taxpaying!  And Carl is proposing doing the same idea with Education partnerships (UR; 10/24; pg.1). The Mayor does Not have Anything to do with education ... and it does belong to the voter to tax themselves more with the interest and costs of Bonds.  What Carl proposes is a partnership which, again does require education-government money - because it is between the private business and the intern or apprentice or entry-level, or even the H.S 6th period part-time worker - senior year in any business for graduation credit and job.

Filner -- 100% union-based. 100% union endorsed. 100% government-over-management is the only "leadership" possible. That is the 47 years of Filner's Government first -- which means forget jobs!  Just like what is occurring now....Propositions which encourage business to leave the State. Young family's leaving the State. The State usurping 100% control of the "General Plans" of all 433 cities in 58 counties contracts old, new, and proposed;....and If It Passes, adding Proposition 31' s "Community Strategic Action Plans" straight-out of UN Agenda 21 via Obama's EPA and the ever-damaging to the businesses and people of California AB32 : ALL Global Warming -- bad CO2 --- false science as law expressly for government-over-man.  Filner's Sports Arena is an extension of AB32 and UN Agenda 21. Not One bit of Global Warming has ever been passed by this Nation. This State has seceded from the Union in favor of the United Nations and of the Executive Branch of the Federal Government's EPA under the current President.  Filner loves his-President's government-over-man-ObamaCareTaxPlan -- and supports anything Obama. The "Acorn" grew-up in his District.  >>VOTE "NO" on Proposition 31!<<

Coincidentally, Obama-State-Filner-government-over-man is also Vertical-line obedience organization -- top down --- you do what the EPA-Executive Branch-HHS-State General Plan/AB32/ as you the people are told to do!  We the People, with Sam and the teachers, to shut-up, sit-down, and do as you are told!

So with Filner, Bond Z gets to have taxpayer money - if it passes, our City goes backward into the depths of union-is-best-form of government; taxing without accountability will return; manipulation of competitive bidding will favor government-over-man as the force and control..... Business will not succeed .. and those candidates who like to talk about 'Tourism'  --- dream-on, there isn't any money left for pleasures of San Diego.  Yet another consequence, because tourism won't work --- the costs for Sea World and our most wonderful Zoological Society will decrease even more than they have already; and the animals --- well they are at the bottom of the pecking order.... along with you and I!!!  

The Founders made governance from the bottom of the equilateral triangle upward, starting with Person/Family, because that Is The Only Way "to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them and the Natural Rights of the Declaration, will work for "The Whole of our Republic under God": The Whole is the sum of Each-One -Person doing what each-one person does at home, in City, in County, in State, and in Federal-tip of government.

Carl is a Leader; Has demonstrated with outcomes the success of the "road to recovery", though "This Mayor deserves praise for achieving solid progress on many issues. However, as this analysis shows, we have much more work to do." -- Carl. There are million of dollars in savings in "Roadmap to Recovery Plan" which can be found at www.SanDiego.gov/cd5 .

PLEASE DO NOT LET THE OPPORTUNITY FOR RECOVERY PASS OUR GREAT AND BEAUTIFUL CITY BY.... VOTE CARL DEMAIO to CONTINUE HIS WORK AS MAYOR OF SAN DIEGO!  THANK YOU FROM ALL THE CITIES SURROUNDING AND MAKING UP OUR SD COUNTY!

The Federated form of Government..

..is an Equilateral Triangle which exists within our Republic which is “the whole is the sum of each one of its parts”; which is comprised of “each One of its Parts”: — Laws of Nature; And

The Equilateral Triangle is divided by Horizontal Rows by size and sphere of responsibility to “Religion and Morality”, not vertical and not by responsibility.. Think Organizational Chart..

The FIRST ROW, The Base of the Equilateral Triangle is Each one Person / family / corporate Persons-City. Person is composed of ‘Body’ and ‘Soul’. When the body dies, the person dies. Not the Soul. Person is applied from childhood throughout the lifespan of Homo Sapiens with essential cognitive attributes to compete for the Natural Rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness and Avoid Removing those Natural Rights from other Persons or corporate Persons. The SECOND ROW, is County which can be the FIRST ROW when rural or sparse Persons live far apart or have a village or gathering place - often a general store with gas and a restaurant or some combination thereof. The THIRD ROW is the State or Territory. The FOURTH ROW is the Central Government - or the Federal TIP.

Because it is a Triangle with equal sides, the amount of force and control is reflected by the “Religion and Morality” of One Person because “The only foundation for a useful education in a republic is to be laid in religion. Without this there can be no virtue, and without virtue there can be no liberty, and liberty is the OBJECT an LIFE of all republican government.”— Dr. Benjamin Rush,1806; with “We have no government armed with power capable of contending with human passions unbridled by morality and religion. Avarice, ambition, revenge, or gallantry, would break the strongest cords of our Constitution as a whale goes through a net. Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”— John Adams, 1798.

In the Republican form of government, law is written for the “Soul(s)” One-at-a-time: “ No man is an Island, entire of itself; every man is a piece of the Continent, a part of the main; if a clod be washed away by the sea, Europe is the less, as well as if a promontory were, as well as if a manor of thy friends or of thine own were; any man's death diminishes me, because I am involved in Mankind; And therefore never send to know for whom the bell tolls; It tolls for thee.” John Donne, Meditation XVII; English clergyman & poet (1572 - 1631);

— NATURE’S GOD.

The reason(s) Education must not be located at the Federated form’s tip, nor at in the Third Row as State, is because of size and distance from Person with “Religion and Morality” to self as conscience; and duty, honor, service to Nation as accountability to the Gifts of God and to the Nation which has provided, through the Laws of Declaration and Constitution, the Instruction and Direction of Soul.  Person, or corporate Persons which are composed of individual Persons is the base of the Whole because the success of the Equilateral Triangle Federated form of Republican Government is that Person’s commitment to “Religion and Morality” as defined in Noah Webster’s 1828 Dictionary; — because “I consider the foundation of the Constitution as laid on this ground that all powers not delegated to the United States, by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the states or to the people. ‘To take a single step beyond the boundaries thus specially drawn around the posers of Congress, is to take possession of a boundless field of power, not longer susceptible of any definition.”— Thomas Jefferson 1791.

Our Nation’s Founding Laws have been attacked beyond any boundaries of any definition – and our Persons of “Religion and Morality”, and in State and Federal controlled Education — absent “Religion and Morality” — the “Zeitgeist” in “Occupy Wall Street” combined with “I can’t read (Colonial) American Language with it doesn’t matter, from a +/-16 year old; and all knowledge translated to the “easiest”-lowest, common denominator for education, is sufficient unto itself.  Zeitgeist defines history as starting on or about 1991 with specific exceptions – George Bernard Shaw being one; see the Movie on You Tube for the other “Problem with man is competition.”.

The Anti-law of Socialist-Secular-collective-inanimate and living objects-2009-2012-rule of law does provide the opportunity to return to our Republican government under the Laws of Both Founding Documents. Closing down Department of Education and Homeland Security with a $16Trillion Debt at $181,293 per Citizen, plus the compensation packages of the closed-shop, union administration and members of union before Nation, alone would reduce the 16 Trillion dollars. Then add Repeal with Repudiation, stated by Dr. John Eastman, Director, Center for Constitutional Jurisprudence, of “Patient Protection and Affordable (word care is refused by writer) Act” and watch the 16 Trillion drop several trillion more;  But

much more important is removing the Socialist-secular rule of law mandate: “suspicion-less-bomb(drug, food, etc.) testing”- is the right of government-over-man because of the protection and safety of the collective mass people. That testing or scanning or removing pocket knives and nail files, or examining the incontinent garments of the elderly and infirm, 100% of the collective mass entering airlines – the only form of transportation so tested.

Socialist-Secular requirement of Majority as force against collective people with obedience and submission to the tiny-tip Federal level, and  regardless of Person’s Natural rights is an consequence of all addressed above.  Once the Natural rights from God are removed, all law is removed which removes Truth and Justice – substituting “precedent” and “The American Rule” of Truth and Justice / “Religion and Morality”— a distant second place – to money and time as the determiners of adjudication out-of-the-courts-of-law, or out-of-the-scope-of the 1,4, 5, 6,7, 8, 9, 10, and 14th Amendments for Person or corporate Persons.

Reneging on reducing, better removing, the quasi-government of majority by force of determining right and wrong via Education or Homeland Security, 01/2003. (All 2598) Departments, is repudiating all of the above.  Education has never, ever improved at either the Federal or State Level since its inception May of 1980; nor has safety and protection at the cost of personal liberty for one private business - airlines - That represents several Billion of “Taxes should be continued by annual or biennial reeactments, because a constant hold, by the nation, of the strings of the public purse is a salutary restraint from which an honest government ought not wish, nor a corrupt one to be permitted, to be free.”—T. Jefferson.

Learning has returned via Charter and Home Schooling, but State’s consider it their duty to limit “the number” resulting from the success these learning institutes.  Homeland Security just rolls along and over any homo sapiens - that decides to pass through their “portal of absolute anarchy of government absent Republican Constitution with “Religion and Morality”.

Once disobedience of political expediency and “opinion without interference” of fact with preconceived conclusions..becomes entrenched as the temporal - body-over-soul - law of State and Federal government, it is very, very difficult for the “elected-We the People” to perform duty, honor, and service with love of nation, to over-rule man’s power begets power with force.

Molly-cuddling this via losing the opportunity to close or remove majority as right/wrong force is to remove a drop of water from the well of oppression.  When the linear, top-down, form of socialist-secularism, or even traditional Democracy of collective mass decision reinforcement by vote of the “established decision” already in place, represents violation of Thou shalt not bear False Witness against they neighbor; thou shalt love thy neighbor as thyself; and Do unto others as you would have others do unto you; and “Judge not that ye be judged”.  State and Federal levels of the Horizontal Federated Pyramid organizational chart — are not equilateral to Person or to corporate persons in accountability to the Perfection of God, His Son Jesus, or to the Truth of the Holy Ghost — and cannot ever be so, simply because of  “..In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness, these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens...Let it simply be asked, where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths which are the instruments of investigation in courts of justice.”— G. Washington; or learning of our Posterity which each-one-person-regardless of family- is responsible; or righteousness which State and Federal is completely incapable of addressing.
