RN LICENSE UPDATED TO 6/29/10 & EXTENDED

I have my Pleading Summary Started and have been to US District Court - Southern District SD website for Rules, Forms, can do 'Pro Bono' & obtain Attorney assist. I know this is too long but so far:
INCOMPLETE RENEWAL- FINGERPRINTS REQUIRED WITH
REGISTERED NURSING LICENSE REFUSED RENEWAL -
RESULTING IN VIOLATION OF UNITED STATES CONSTITUTION AMENDMENTS IV and XIV; CALIFORNIA CONSTITUTION ARTICLE I: SECTIONS 1; 3:2(3); 7 a,b; 13; 26.; AND
AN INDIVIDUAL’S RIGHT TO WORK; AND
CAUSING UNDESERVED FINANCIAL HARDSHIP BY DECLARING TO STATE DEPARTMENT OF UNEMPLOYMENT INSURANCE “DISQUALIFIED” FROM RECIEVING INSURANCE  WHICH MAY NOW INCLUDE LOSING HOME ; AND
CAUSING DIFFICULTY WITH EMPLOYMENT APPLICATIONS FOR ANY EMPLOYER LOOKING AT MY RN LICENSE STATUS WITHOUT ANY SOURCE FOR APPEALING BRN'S FORCE REGULATION 1419 RN RENEWAL.

I have the location: CA CODE OF REGULATIONS; TITLE 16. PROFESSIONAL AND VOCATIONAL REGULATIONS; DIVISION 14. BOARD OF REGISTERED NURSING; ARTICLE 2. REGISTRATION AND EXAMINATION; Paragraph 1419. Authorities cited: Sections 2708.1; 2715, 2761(a)(4) & 2761f) B&P Code.  References are same codes with 2765 & 2811. I HAVE COPIES none of which address a RN who has Never Committed A Crime!

I would like to make another point regarding unemployment here in CA: Hiring is often outsourced so that Macy's, PetSmart, Sears, and large Corporations DO NOT DIRECTLY HIRE ANYONE! Application and hiring - or not - are handled by the outsourcing company so that any reason - including failing a 'Personality Test' can be included based on the outsource - not the company. The company ONLY uses the Outsource's decision to eliminate individuals from positions.

When outsourced, a criminal record search is also performed and prison history MUST BE STATED; along with driving records for non-driving positions, personal credit records. You would be amazed at the number of companies requiring this.  That's why 'craigslist' is used - it is the old fashioned method of hiring - sans the 'ladies of the night part' craiglist warns everyone about!

There will be more - including - a statement contained on the Application for Census Worker from the Federal Government who also didn't hire me & regarded me as suspect when I copied the application statement, although the Fed. would also see the BRN statement re fingers.

Point: Any Californian who applies for a company position with an Outsourcing Application Process - faces a MANDATORY examination of all  the above - or SHALL NOT BE CONSIDERED FOR THE POSITION!

How would you or anyone else like to be an individual who indeed went to prison for a crime, took responsibility and paid the consequences; turned himself around and is as law abiding as anyone else..., but SHALL ALWAYS to the end of time - have to state his criminal record!  Absent Trust and Respect of the Individual that is intrinsic to a Socialist mind-set. This view with the same group who doesn't want to punish and does want rehab. for the poor wrong-doer; but can't and won't recognize when that same rehab. has worked!

How does a large company with its management - not have anything to do with hiring the employee that will represent what the company represents? I wouldn't hire from an outsourcing company, but then that's probably why I'm not hired! I ask questions like: "How do you fail a personality test!?".

The Shall Provide.....or do not work in your profession...or do not continue working in your profession - 25 of them continue, but in another location of the Code!! In one case, a law student came to CA to finish his law degree. He was from AZ where he had already completed both the fingerprints and State-Federal Criminal Record Reviews. After explaining about AZ, he was greeted here in CA with either you do both - again - or you don't finish law school!  Of course, he complied as does about 98% of all the professionals required to perform this act of bureaucratic regulation. Many professionals - mortgage and real estate professionals (they aren't on the list of 25 - I don't think) agree that they should be fingerprinted because they believe the "the greater good Socialist mindset": - if we identify, create identities of approximately 99.8% of ordinary, pursuit of happiness citizens of the State of California and the United States of America, Then we can catch the remaining 0.2% of bad guys....only It Doesn't Work That Way! But the Socialists will never tell! Because Obama & lemmings want centralized, integrated computers with standardized forms throughout the nation -contained in ObamaCare- which has also made the above 'fingers & criminals' a Federal Law in the same ObamaCare.

Now think of the lowest paid, hardest working healthcare individual. They go by companion-sitter-CNA, CHHA, family friend or member; and when they are TOLD "Do it or else..!!"; you don't need me to say what they do!  Interestingly, same is true of the LVN's, Psych Techs and RN's who also happen to be 'breadwinners'.

Having said this, there are RN's who objected to the force based on the force alone - not knowing why - since too many elected and unelected Americans Do Not Have Any Idea of the content or purpose of Both The Declaration of Independence (I like "D. of Principle" or 12 Lessons = freedom because our Founders already beat George III; but 224 years later with absent public education, with public moving freely about their chosen 'pursuit of happiness' without understanding the 12 lessons of Responsibility which preserve our Nation for the Posterity the Founders worked, gave their lives, fortunes and sacred honor so 'Today's bunch of 2010 individuals' (with as it turns out - The British, Canadians, French, Japanese) may continue to enjoy America before Obama's no ethics or religion arrived - although it had already been well established in public education by removing The Bible and Religion to substitute it with social groups thinking and agreement with or without any facts!  

I digress: RN's often say: "Paycheck or Fingerprints, No Brainer!"; Mortgage Modification and others say "I wouldn't be working here unless I had the fingerprints and ..".  Of course, there is the "What are you hiding?" that pervades any employer regardless. Then there is the "That is the stupidest decision you have ever made!" = angry because knows what will happen; and also says "If you do this, you'll never get your license back!" because it was before the July 15, 2009 change in the Board: 6 of 7 members were replaced; and the wording changed; but not the fingerprints..because that is left over from "The Greater Good" and as noted above - Employees of Bureaus, Departments, Commissions may pledge support of Both the Constitutions, but that has no relation to ethics or knowledge of content.

This whole Magila has been more of an education than I thought and I absolutely did not start out to have any of the above happen. I simply wanted to point-out the content of the 4 and 14 Amendments - realized from Joseph Andrews that I would need the CA Constitution.  1419's Renewal of RN License is an Insult to any American, & many RN's knew it.  It is also an incredible demonstration of ignorance of the Department, Bureau, Commission where even common sense would indicate that appeal, probable cause, and no citizen has more or less privileges or immunities as another citizen or group of citizens (which I believe, with Article 15 from Steve Poizner can catch the closed-shop privileges of Unions including a retirement far and away from any private business, even many larger corp.).  This is longer than I intended, but I wanted to let you know the extent these ideas of "greater good" have invaded sovereign individuals... and may even be a reason why some give up job searches!!!

Tomorrow, Thurs. at 1:45 is -Finally - my Appeal #2 appointment with Administrative Attorney who will receive a copy of the above. Have to sell antiques for gas and also for medications.
