With global socialization, 'open society', or any other gang-like behaviors which demand disregard for 'equal protection under the law' against the wealthy; against the taxpayer v. the Union Member retirement and Dues with Administration; the lies to the children as the future of this and all of God's Nations! Lucifer knows to stay away from there....! God said, "Get thee behind me!". A command no-one should disregard or disobey.

Taxpayers pay for State and Federal union members retirement benefits; along with the closed shop iring and not-allowed firing; and the "contracts" written without taxpayer votes and respect for law. The contracts are Null and Void from inception because.. no non-union, citizen is entitled to a retirement fund guarantee; nor to a stock market fluctuation loss- even in the presence of non-union based retirement program. Laws are not written on the amount of money an individual acquires, earns, risks, spends or otherwise defined by the "group-think" union member since 1850.
There are several ways in which statutes or other official acts may be unconstitutional:
1) Contrary to a right guaranteed under the Constitution.
2) Union contrcts for themselves as administrators via their member's dues for public works is not based on one of the powers delegated to the government under the constitution.
4) Support of unions without regard for cost of state debt, cost of retirement added onto the cost of simply hiring a closed-shop, union worker; fails to meet the duty and service of responsible government regardless of whether a majority or a minority number "Elected members We the People" neglect to perform the duty to equal representation of "We the People" as elected agents of citizens.
4) the operation of state or federal government occurs outside its ability to contract for closed-shop demand and confiscation of taxpayer resources, in view of debt, cost of interest on loans reaching 20 and more years into the future...indebtedness to citizens yet to be thought-of by parents, much less
born!
12) Information needed, by union members in the case of Wisconsin, to make a proper determination may have been withheld or distorted in a way that is intended to mislead or which has that effect through negligence...or withheld via education which allows a single-sided, predetermined and defined , nonhistorical system which does not allow the young to learn from the same basis of facts as ancestors as recent as g-grand parents.
Fraud is defined as "Deceit; deception; trick; artifice by which the right or interest of another is injured; a stratagem intended to obtain some undue advantage; an attempt to gain or the obtaining of an advantage over another by imposition or immoral means, particularly deception in contracts, or bargain and sale, either by stating falsehoods, or suppressing truth."
