At our January Leadership Seminar, County General Meeting, and ERWF General and Executive Meetings, The Bylaws of Escondido’s Republican Party, the Ronald Reagan quote was repeated “Republicans do not speak ill of other Republicans.”. This Member, and now, ‘officer’ has been, since before Soros-Obama-Alinsky regime started in before 2000, - as popular label: “Liberal”-Libel against Pres. Bush, has been “Learning and Teaching the Declaration of Independence and The U.S. Constitution using Original Texts and the Classical Learning Methods of the Founders” [7]; some of which are identified below.
For the much needed Education on our Republican form of “government processes” - the contents of knowledge for wisdom in Truth which has One Source: God and His son Jesus Christ: “1. Religion, in its most comprehensive sense, includes a belief in the being and perfections of God, in the revelation of his will to man, in man's obligation to obey his commands, in a state of reward and punishment, and in man's accountableness to God; and also true godliness or piety of life, with the practice of all moral duties. It therefore comprehends theology, as a system of doctrines or principles, as well as practical piety; for the practice of moral duties without a belief in a divine lawgiver, and without reference to his will or commands, is not religion. 2. Religion, as distinct from theology, is godliness or real piety in practice, consisting in the performance of all known duties to God and our fellow men, in obedience to divine command, or from love to God and his law. James 1.
3. Religion, as distinct from virtue, or morality, consists in the performance of the duties we owe directly to God, from a principle of obedience to his will. Hence we often speak of religion and virtue, as different branches of one system, or the duties of the first and second tables of the law.
Let us with caution indulge the supposition, that morality can be maintained without religion. [There is a #4 which does address the other formats of religion including “false”[4].
It is important to note, especially for the Deists, Atheists, and Secular- people, who borrow the Protections of the Laws of Both Founding Documents, while working to destroy them, the reason “(Affirm)” appears in parentheses is to allow that “Religion” is not the measure of belief for a elected - Person; but “Morality” is a requirement for Any Member of the Species Homo Sapiens with essential cognitive attributes. Morality means: “The doctrine or system of moral duties, or the duties of men in their social character; ethics. The system of morality to be gathered from the writings of ancient sages, falls very short of that delivered in the gospel. 1. The practice of the moral duties; virtue. We often admire the politeness of men whose morality we question. 2. The quality of an action which renders it good; the conformity of an act to the divine law, or to the principles of rectitude. This conformity implies that the act must be performed by a free agent, and from a motive of obedience to the divine will. This is the strict theological and scriptural sense of morality. As Jesus teaches in Matthew 5 or 6, do not go after those who are not ready to hear / listen, see / reason-relate, or modern “focus”/ pharisee - stiff-necked about ‘inanimate and living objects- earthly-things’; with ‘Listen to the Pharisees, but do as I [Jesus] say.’. Pharisee’s continue today veiled in the ‘myth of attorney-judge, demonstrated consequences’ that order for Article VI supreme Law of the Land to be obeyed; it must go to court first to secure "permission" for the Founder's work to be supreme; while at the same ‘Time’ with the same, electronic-atoms-computer input, utilizing the same ‘taxpayer’s nonexistent-dollars of deficit resource, — Obama-Alinsky with the “impenetrable Wall of Separation” allows ‘state’ to become atheist, secular, Sharia, living and inanimate objects superior to: “We have duties, for the discharge of which we are accountable to our Creator and benefactor, which no human power can cancel. What those duties are, is determinable by right reason, which may be, and is called, a well informed conscience. Noah Webster’s “American Dictionary of the English Language”, 1828, is The Original Text for The Laws of the Declaration and the Constitution. Besides Articles II and VI, here are two essential Constitutional Principles:
“The individual component of the polity is the person, which is defined as any being consisting of or having the essential cognitive attributes of a member of the species homo sapiens, including BOTH the capacity to compete with others for the means to exercise the Natural Rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, AND the capacity to regulate itself to AVOID DEPRIVING OTHERS of those rights and to sacrifice itself for the greater good of the polity as a whole or for their common posterity.” [8]
There are NO Physical or Environmental descriptors to Constitutional Person - no skin color / race; no gender, no money, no location or position in life, but in every possible manner – absolute accountability and obedience to God’s Laws, Morality as essence of our Republic under God.
“The Polity, or Society, is created by the social Contract, in which persons agree to join together for mutual benefit and defense, and to regulate their behavior to avoid forms of competition which are destructive of social coherence and effectiveness, such as violence, deception, [lie], or collusion, or to [invade] or infringe on the rights of others.”. These two are “and assume among the powers of the earth the Separate and Equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God ... unalienable rights “, from the Declaration. In addition, the Declaration addresses the usurpations, despotism, and tyranny which is the destructive part of the polity that is ANTI-LAW of the Soros-Obama-Alinsky-Gore-Kemp-Hager-Brannen- UN-EU governance of force in collective people subservience in ignorance, and unquestioned obedience.
It is Past-time for “our Watch” to acknowledge in both word and Deeds, that what we miss most about President Ronald Reagan, the man, was his tenacity in obedience to “The Essex Result” and George Washington’s Farewell Address: “Let it simply be asked, where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths which are the instruments of investigation in courts of justice?”.

It will return voting laws to the previous status of 2008 and it will include that “non-partisan” is a non-word; and that Sections 1, 2.5, 3, 4 all be re-worded to reflect consistency with one Citizen - one Vote - in English; for Religion and morality of mankind has no national boundaries and is the Language of We the People and Consent of the Governed.
If an election occurs, like last Tuesday’s, then while no-one is aiming at “speaking ill” of Republicans running against Republicans; Progressives, centrist-establishment, who shall never say the word Declaration, and giving lovely lip-service, have no more intention of following, or allowing any other Republican to follow, Article VI of the Law of the Land, while compromising with “Soros-Obama-Lucifer-alinsky Regime”.
Among the “Declaration of Constitutional Principles”[4], The Nuremberg Principle, is stated: “Whenever Any Person is confronted with a situation in which two or more official acts are in conflict, he has the duty to know which is the superior one, and to obey or help enforce the superior one, which, in one of them is the Constitution [or God’s Law], means to obey or help enforce the Constitution [God’s Law]. This Duty Cannot Be Delegated to another person: not to a superior, a court, or a legal advisor. It is not a defense that one was ignorant of the law or just doing one’s job or following orders.”
“In a constitutional republic, the constitution is the supreme Law, superior to all other public acts, whether by officials or private citizens. Any statute, regulation, executive order, or court ruling which is inconsistent with that supreme law and not derived from it is unconstitutional and null and void from inception.”. Shall return to “The natural rights of persons are unalienable, preceding the social contract and [both Founding Documents], and persons may not be deprived of them even with their consent, since they do not have the power to surrender those rights, and therefore do not have the power to delegate the deprivation of those rights.” with “Only individual persons or corporate “Persons” which are composed of individual persons may be the subject of legal process. Inanimate objects and living objects not capable of conducting their own defense in a court of law may not be parties to an action at law.”.
That means the Sovereignty of Person, State, and Nation “.. with Liberty and Justice for all.” – especially the forbidden learning to our youth – the future of God’s Nation in the Laws within Both Founding Documents. We the People have duty and service to perform for our Posterity 248 years from this day...
