Understanding Sovereignty of Our Republic under God Or...

Went to a political meeting, and other public gatherings, where the decision to stand and sing "America the Beautiful" as if it was the National Anthem, is the 'rule of the rhelm'.

This is an excellent example of the repudiation of "the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them ["One People" - sovereign nation] .  It would be great and reassuring if you, American of God and Nation First, would recognize the violations, though from spending a significant portion of what remains of my life, liberty, and pursuits of Happiness, I will continue to "LEARN" from speaking with you at the many meetings I attend, and TEACHING YOU at every and all opportunity THE FIRST PRINCIPLE AND REASON (both definitions) 'consent of the governed' and 'We the People' were CREATED as Article IV:4 Republican Form of Government:  One Person, composed of the living object Anatomy, Physiology, Neurology -BODY, And UNIQUE, SOVEREIGN SOUL which is IMMORTAL from Husband and Wife becoming Mommy and Daddy, Embryo to returning to God, after Death.

No matter what happens to your Body, your earthly existence, your Soul is Created in God's Image and God does not have anatomy, physiology, neurology -- He created those living objects in ALL Plants and Animals; as well as 'The Periodic Chart of the Elements among the inanimate objects which by necessity includes the new 'god of communication and learning, absent truth; for invisible man writes the Boolean Logic of its communication; and 100% Controls all aspects of the knowledge --- including what is archived.  We Forget the importance of ownership of the hardbound Book. It is what it is and cannot be changed, except by removal - translation "to make it easier" for the "Opinion without Interference" to direct what is allowed to the collective, mass people.

The job of the "community organizer" is deception and collusion for the purpose of infringing on the rights of the collective, mass people, as enemy's within the 'right wing extremists'; 'college student's guided-thinking, for conformity, submission, and subjugation they are already indoctrinated to through the State and Federal 100% control of "core curriculum" - an essence of "opinion without interference regardless of frontier" based upon licentious-revision of government and history, science, religion as ecclesiastics of church- moving to 'guilt feelings' if person does not follow 'creed', art, television's series and movies, music:  Kill "The Star Spangle Banner" and the 4th of July:  to repudiate: "Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality [Person's internal government - Soul - Conscience] are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism who should labor to subvert these great pillars of human happiness, these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens..." --- Washington

"Community Organizers" have greater and superior 'souls' and therefore, if they decide that "America the Beautiful" shall be their national anthem, absent 'consent of the governed' and 'We the People', then so be it....and Americans of God and Nation First, your silence is agreement and gives permission as power; but Not as Authority...Authority is the Laws of Both Founding Documents for the Protection of Each-unique Person who is One within the Polity of the Whole...that is the reason behind "separate and equal":  I am not better than you. You are not better than me. I am Different than you, as you are different than me.. Each one of us Shall be Judged by God, through His Son Jesus Christ upon the death of our Body.  It is our unique Soul in conscience, judged in equality of the vast, infinite continuum of Person evil to as close to Jesus and His Father, as Any Person, who desires to be a Disciple.

The First Table: Person is composed of Body, physical anatomy, physiology, neurology, and Soul, spiritual duties directly to God. Person is Protected by the Laws of Scripture, of “Separate and Equal Station(person, family, town, county, State, Federal) to which the Laws of Nature and Nature’s God - unalienable rights. There is nothing you can do to change the course I have created and set for you. I shall destroy you and this Nation; and nothing will stop me.”; And

In-deed, that May Be The Case.....?   Never has God’s Laws - conscience of soul in accountability to God - been a majority of force and of number to overthrow our America; so it takes special courage, not daunted, persistent, believer in the Equal station of the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God. Nothing else will work.

Right now, ‘capitulation’ is the watch-word in Congress, and is probably located in more areas of Politics than just in Both Houses of Congress; and among the Several State Legislatures; for fear of ‘losing’ the number is greater than losing their Soul.  That Is sickening. Bowing to Tyranny of the Majority and to despotism is sickening, as well as the spill-down, oily-covering of all it touches.

Right now, since 11/6/12, radical jihad has completely returned to daily, deadly bombings of Israel in hopes of battering God’s Tiny Nation to its knees: Radical Jihad Now has the Complete Permission and support of the united States of America through this Islamic ‘president’ serving evil.[2, 3]

Right now, this ‘president’, with his co-anti-law-minglers, are delighted to continue to perpetrate “Patient Protection and Affordable Act” plus a Budget that will destroy what is left of the public sector, after it pays to the socialist’s plunder of “health-care’ lie and distortion. Though Sen, Reid did an OOPs in speaking of the world’s Greatest Fraud, – control of air, carbon dioxide as “smog,  global warning;  The United Nations removing our Nation’s Sovereignty doesn’t merit a glance of disobedience to that Body-Man’s-Law-Communism [4, 5, 6].

“We the People”, “Consent of the Governed”, we must speak of these “Highlights of Evil” because of the connections which virtually affect every, single, person on God’s Planet; and because, part of ‘Evil’s celebration’ is that the people are so stupid they have no idea what they have just agreed to in allowing me [this ‘president’], and mine, to remain in positions of omnipotent power and control.

Many Americans were not dismayed by the ‘president’s’ premeditated lie at the UN General Assemble of “The video was the cause of Benghazi.”, because “lots of people lie”. But his “words” were also addressing “each-one’s-soul”; for this is both God and Moral evil:

This ‘president’ stated each-one-Individual, YOU, are liars with those Assembly floor words; and he said them at the same place and day of the president of Iran’s natural and moral evil “Israel must be (obliterated)” ; for when the ‘president’, or Any President, of the United States speaks – he is speaking as One Person within the Whole of our Nation, ...And All Our Nation is over its history from 1620 to this date, and forever.  Matt. 26:34 is important regarding the cock crowing three times of denial of Jesus..[7]

Many do not do not realize is that contained in that Article II Oath of Office, is that this man, homo sapiens with essential cognitive attributes,  is stating his personal honor Both for himself and to God, he doesn’t recognize over ‘Allah’, And For each and every persons who is part of the love, duty, honor, service comprising “We the People” and “Consent of the Governed”.

It expresses the spiritual relationship of God to Man and, in the light thereof, of Man to Man. Moral Evil is the underpinning for removing our Republican form of government under the Laws of Both Founding Documents; for God and man’s most sacred property, conscience, is contained in the Declaration; and the Only Location of God’s Laws, President Washington’s “Religion and Morality,” in our Constitution are in the Preamble of “do ordain and establish...for...: Articles II and VI Oath of Office (affirmation).

Our Republic hinges and succeeds based solely upon our representative government which means the Person, composed of Body and Soul, from self-responsibility to honor, duty, and service, to every single aspect of single person from each-one’s choices of natural rights in the community of life; to each-one person role’s, or not, in family, to town, to county, to State, and to the Federal areas of governance.  

An interesting fact about the Person(s) who write history, before the revisionist, anti-truth brigands, is that everyone of them is writing as if their audience accepts God’s Law as the Way, The Truth, and The Light; and back then that was a safe assumption. It is still a safe assumption; but many of those born in the 60's to this date, never learned....”Religion and Morality” that President Washington and the vast majority of Colonist’s knew: — the Lord is not only in The Bible; but within the sincere heart of a believing soul.   The Lord is actually with every, single Soul-on-His-Planet; but understands well, that some will never recognize Him, or will inform Him of what is acceptable, while here in their earthly period of eternal life..

Two days ago I wrote about the massive rocket attacks from Gaza against civilian targets within Israel over the weekend.

Yesterday our Prime Minister called all the foreign ambassadors in Israel to a meeting at which he explained the situation in the south to them, expressing his anger at the world's silence when for 13 straight years over a million Israeli civilians have been regularly targeted by missiles fired from across the border in the south. He talked about the homes and schools and kindergartens which have been hit. And just in case they didn't understand what he was talking about, he had also invited to the meeting several school children from the south, who told their own stories. Bibi told the foreign diplomatic corp that no other nation in the world would put up with these conditions, and neither would Israel.

And I would remind everyone that Israel COMPLETELY pulled all its military forces and civilians out of Gaza in 2005. So what is the reason why, 7 years later, Hamas continues to attack Israeli civilians and call for the death of Jews around the world?

This afternoon at 4 pm the Israeli air force assassinated Ahmad Jabaari, the head of Hamas' military wing. This is a man with the blood of hundreds of Israelis on his hands. This is a man who planned and carried out countless terrorist attacks. This is the man who planned and carried out the attack on an Israeli tank in Israeli territory, killing three soldiers and kidnapping the fourth (Gilad Shalit). Gilad was kept in captivity without benefit of Red Cross visits, mail, medical care, etc. for more than 5 years. He was only released a year ago, at the cost of the release of more than a thousand terrorists held in Israeli jails. Many of them have since been re-arrested for continued terrorism. Jabaari was also the man who turned a small group of fanatics into a well-armed, well-trained army. He is the man who literally threw the PLO out of Gaza and turned Gaza into a police "state". And above all, he was the Hamas' long-range missile expert. Thanks to him, Gaza is now the home of thousands of Iranian Fajar missiles capable of hitting Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

The official response of Hamas was: "Israel has opened the gates of hell and they will pay."

It is now after midnight. Missiles have been falling on southern Israel for 8 hours, with no end in sight. In one hour this evening the city of Beersheva got hit by 20 Grad rockets. My 17-year-old was in the Beersheva train station at the time everything started. The city of Ashdod (Israel's largest port, just south of Tel Aviv) has also been hit several times, as have nearly all the communities in the south. Over one million civilians are yet again targets.

More disturbing, rockets have also been fired from Sinai, which is Egyptian territory.

Instructions from the Homefront Command (in charge of domestic protection against terror attacks and natural disasters) are the following:

1- Everyone within 7 kilometers (4-1/2 miles) of the border with Gaza needs to be INSIDE a bomb shelter or protected space until further notice. A protected space often means nothing more than an inside room with no windows, or under a stair well. Some residents of an older, poorer neighborhood of Beersheva feel that they will be at less risk sleeping in a park than in their buildings.

2- People living up to 40 kilometers from the border need to be within the recommended time from a bomb shelter or protected space. The farther away from the border, the more time you have. Those 40 kilometers away (25 miles) have an entire minute to get to a protected space!

The US State Department/US Embassy in Tel Aviv (the US Embassy to Israel is NOT in our capital city of Jerusalem) sent out a notice to everyone on their registration list basically telling American citizens to listen to official Israeli recommendations about safety and security.

In addition to the air strike on Jabaari, the Israeli AF has been doing pinpoint bombings on Hamas weapon stores, tunnels and missile-launching facilities in Gaza. Our AF is very professional, but they are working with a handicap. Gaza is one of the most densely populated areas in the world, and unlike the Hamas, we try to avoid civilian targets. In addition, Hamas deliberately uses schools, mosques and hospitals to either store weapons and munitions; they have also built missile-launching facilities underneath kindergartens, schools and mosques. So the Israeli AF has been targeting those they know are not under vulnerable sites. Our navy has also been operating off the coast.

McConnell has been informed of the consequences of opposing The President’s attack on our Nation named “Patient Protection and Affordable Act”.

You see, the President, has built-into his destruction of “Rule of Law”, The Cost in Earthly, worldly terms - money unlawfully extracted from taxpayer resources.  Thus allowing continued veneration of this worldly, all important form of  “Majority Rule by Power and Force”, blackmail; which combined with “Majority Number”, or Majority - Time, over-rule “Religion and Morality” of Oath of Office and God’s Law.

 The God’s Law: “What use is earthly riches, if you lose your soul?”   Is the loss of Protection of Sovereignty of unique in the world “Person” as “Minority of One Protected, State or Nation’s - Soul” written as earthly Law named Declaration and Constitution worth this Homo Sapiens with cognitive attributes gone astray? What use is the money lost for medical care, if the Nation falls due to the denial of the laws relating to the tool called money?

Senator McConnell did not want to make the statement he did. He is lost in the earthly world of force, power, “Do As Your Are Tole To Do.” dictate....and it won’t be the last time, this man performs this act.  People would like to believe he is nice - and innocent of his actions. In March of 2009, he just needs to learn;  to the July 2012 – No, he means to accomplish, exactly what he Is Accomplishing the overturning of our Republic — not to a Democracy — to a full-blown Open Society socialism with borderless nations and jurisprudence.  This man knows exactly what he is doing; and has since the day he enacted - Open Society - by placing his Big Toe on private property.

Our Assets have been frozen — thaw and remove the chains of those assets – all of them. The chains are for government – not Person or Corporate Persons, which are comprised of Person!  Close down, voluntarily, all government’s force of mandatory  largesse of irresponsibility. There are avenues to mitigate the losses – not remove.  For an example, closing down Dept. Of Education means the $$$$$$$$$$$$$ budgeted are apportioned by student, whole numbered person, to each State and territory - no Block or any other Grant by any Name – truly a hidden tax.  By complete Repeal of PPAA, those bureaucrat’s services are not required and The College Loan program removes Grant checks to College, Trade, University Treasuries of abuse.

There is Not One “Elected We the People - Representative” Person, of Any Part of Congress, who will allow this Anti-Law President to continue his removal of Both Our “Rules of Law” under God.

This President and Each and Every Senator Must Be Flooded by “We the People”.  There Must Be No Doubt About The First Amendment’s Grievance.  Grievance can be recognized as The Constitutional Principle: “The judgement of the “CONSISTENCY [“..inconsistent with that supreme law and Not Derived from it..”] of an official act with the constitution is called CONSTITUTIONAL REVIEW”. When this Duty is performed by a judge, it is called JUDICIAL REVIEW. It Is Not A Power of government but The Exercise of a Duty of Citizenship.”.

In 1828, and up until 1913, Politics meant “ The science of government; that part of ethics which consists in the regulation and government of a nation or state, for the preservation of its safety, peace and prosperity; comprehending the defense of its existence and rights against foreign control or conquest, the augmentation of its strength and resources, and the protection of its citizens-- in their rights, ---with the preservation--- and improvement of their morals. Politics, as a science or an art, is a subject of vast extent and importance.”

There are 47 Superior Court Candidates to retain or take judge positions for the “Consent of the Governed” on our June 5th Voter’s Pamphlet. That represents more candidates than another other designated office of duty and service.

Unlike the Congressional and State Candidates, County School Board members and ‘Judge of the Superior Court’  shall be placed into their positions...”Win” is the popular terminology.  But...

The San Diego Bar Association gives ratings for voters to help them decide who might be the best choice .for Judge of the superior Court.. Among the criteria is judgement, common sense, integrity and honesty-----
ONLY 3 offices: numbers 24, 25, and 34 are included in the Bar Association’s Standing Committee’s opinion.

Only 7 candidates are evaluated:
---5  are district or assistant district attorneys;
---2 are divided among a private attorney, Judge Pro Tem of the Superior Court also endorsed by political party;  and an attorney of 33 yrs and co-founder and Executive Director of United States Justice Foundation   .  These 2 are “lacking qualifications” to be Superior Court Judges.
---1 District Attorney with 25 years as a Deputy DA here in SD and  political party endorsement is “Qualified”..
----5 District or Associate District Attorneys are “Well Qualified”.

The Association also acknowledges that “..there is often little information about candidate available publicly.”.

 The S.D. Bar Association does not include the information that voters do not have to ‘confirm’  with their “X” in their ballots’, Judge for the other 44 Superior Court Offices – running unopposed..

Both Judges and attorneys work in  five areas of civil and criminal court every day.  The Lawyers work for Justice.  Justice is God’s Law as expressed in “..and assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them” God’s Law with Morality --Nature’s God, -- are as concrete in Law, as
 Physical Law – Nature.   Physical Law includes “The Whole is the sum of Each One of Its Parts or persons.”.

“The Majority is Omnipotent in Any Democracy.  Democracy is used as a form of government as well as the more general sense as “popular” government. In a Democracy, the individual is subservient and must be submissive to the Omnipotent Majority.  Any Democracy, either Representative or direct, does not even recognize the existence of any unqualified rights of The Individual, much less his possessing God-given, unalienable rights as conceived by our American Philosophy. Under a Democracy, Man is considered to have Only Qualified privileges permitted by The Majority in control of government and revocable by it at any time”.  Socialism with tainted Democracy, is our enemy within this day.
