While it is close and the MIV’s are not finished, with Party Affiliation – the REP more accurately reflect the governance of “Consent of the Governed” which is not a number – it is the Republican form of Representative government guaranteed by Article IV:4 ... not changing the State of California to a Democracy of collective mass - number only.  

In this race, the effect of Party division is apparent...the other bad-unconstitutional Article II:5: The Primary should exclusively be Party Only.... the right in a Republican form of government, for Person of the Constitution to choose governance among the philosophy within the party - line. In June 5's election, “Consent of the governed” is not required...for only collective mass’ opinion is required and over-rules “Rule of Law” we are a Republic in a Democracy.

The Republican form of One Person Protected, means that all Philosophy of governance within the party is heard.  Democracy  is  number of collective mass of the group called San Diego 51st C.D. is much more important - governance is irrelevant and immaterial:

Also, very excellent candidates within the party...are not allowed a clear voice of choice by “consent of the governed-Republican”,  because of the effect of numbers more important... to protect the Party’s chances in the “runoff” in November.

US REPRESENTATIVE 51st District: The 51st was left unchanged and untouched by the Citizens Redistricting Committee....  It includes Imperial County’s Spanish; but the Agricultural alfalfa, and carrots industry have never had a voice in the politics of this “Filner- District”.  Although the agricultural District made public and written statements regarding the need to be included in Riverside’s Agricultural community as “Common Interest” – They were ignored by the commission.  These men did a very good job - I was there.

 Also, Michael Crimmins has been working nearly 100% alone... he has established a lot of relationships – but number more important that “Party Affiliation shall continue to abandon the Agricultural industry while the prisons, markets, workers of state unions will continue to dominate...and “Filner Gives us stuff”.  With some help, especially voting roster content- wise.

REMEMBER, with Numbers as a Democracy of collective mass people who put x’s, Democratic first and second — shall remain Dem. First and Second... that is how Article II:5 is designed.  Every REP or person DEM who doesn’t agree with Unions or Obama... loses selfsame voice... because Party Affiliation is irrelevant and immaterial.  Another example, In downtown Los Angeles, where I was doing roto-dial campaign calls, a voter answered the phone and said “I can’t speak English in my own neighborhood. I’ve lived here [more than 35 years] and watched this neighborhood changed to Spanish, Vietnamese.  My vote doesn’t count anymore.  Then in answer to a comment I made, “I wish you would.”  I did tell one of our County Party Leaders...who didn‘t answer or even consider the comment.

In other words, Caucasian loses as much from the bias of the CA Voter’s Right redistricting via skin color-race, except Caucasian with country-of-origin-culture - other than the US Citizenship of those who have a ‘special, district to elect their own people” naturalize Americans because they have obtained citizenship to vote - and that means the have Pledged their Allegiance to the Republic, under God.

Adherence to the redistricting, the above voter noted he cannot have his ‘consent of the governed’ counted, is reflected when a naturalized citizen decides Not To Learn English – the official language of both United States and California. These citizens – the majority reside in the 51 C.D., depend on their English speaking friends or the radio - tv stations in their language. Because they choose not to learn English, they become submissive and subservient to those who do speak English.. They lose the sovereignty of their Constitutional Person — and they don’t even know it!!  They, like “The Numbers Game” mentality hold no respect for the conscience and integrity of One Person which is why our Nation was formed as a Republic.

Understanding the difference between Democracy and Republic is important. It is also why “Declaration of Constitutional Principles” are so important; and it is why “In God We Trust” is our Motto.  We are one with our God.  We are one with our “Supreme Law of the Land”; and We are One in the “Oath of Office” in Article II - for the President and Article VI for anyone – located in any level or sub-level of government.

When a law is bad, the snow-ball effect is that everything gets worse in a downward spiral...affecting "consent of the governed', voice of each-one person as a minority; and this American Principle Tom Jefferson: "All, too, will bear in mind this sacred principle, that though the will of the majority is in all cases to prevail, that will to be rightful must be reasonable; that the minority possess their equal rights, which equal law must protect, and to violate would be oppression."; And

Any Democracy...does not even recognize the existence of any unqualified rights of the Individual (no physical characteristics - member of homo sapiens with cognitive attributes), mush less his possessing God-given, unalienable rights as conceived by the American Philosophy. I agree with the fellow who said "Why doesn't he just go over to MSNBC and forget about it?".

It would be a very good idea to give the devil his due: Barak Obama has known and chosen every, single, act of his AINO career as President from the moment he put his big toe on private property to remove the CEO and replace him with the first of his ownership of the minions of Open-society-ANIO's at Chrysler Corp.

He is immensely successful at destroying the Founding Documents...and since his Yale records are not available, it is pretty safe to say he studied the Constitution to destroy it....never to support it.  He is Islamic -- his words on You Tube video which is still available in interview with Stephanopoulos. That, as an AINO, he would utilize the assets of the Nation, which serves his interests would be a big mistake. His interests, since bowing at the hips to Saudi Arabia are, with his Clinton Secretary of State the greatest among the Mis-takes of his regime, are in radical jihad over Israel

He has had help, though! Congress Members, both parties, love to sit on their hands because "We are a nation of law." --- except the Supreme Law of the Land. Law means anything the Obama Regime wants as law: Patient Protection and Affordable Act requires constant name changes especially because protection - affordable are gross misnomers and PeePeeAA goes so well with this Act against the Individual Rights of Person. -- The commerce clause over-rules Natural Rights protected by We the People's "Consent to governed" -- because as a nation of law, Congress Shall cave-into and elitist, homo sapiens with cognitive attributes, centrists including the "Social" variety, believe: -- only courts can decide an unconstitutional act is unconstitutional.

The words of both Declaration, which isn't spoken of in the same breath as the, Constitution. We the people cannot possibly understand or be able to declare a law unconstitutional....only a court can   ...Never mind the same homo sapiens with cognitive attributes which write and pass the unconstitutional laws - forcing court cases in courts which are stacked - to some extent - against Declaration -forbidden it refers to God, and Constitution - old and worn-down by so many precedents you cannot find the simplicity of the document...unless you read it as the "Person" with sovereignty it is written to protect.   The beautiful legal logic connecting Both Documents has been lost...though not completely; and any connection of the Republican form of government with origins in law from the Scriptures..is also forbidden.

So we have from 1/20/2009 to this date - though the President is now locked away as being only able to invoke Executive Orders to get his interests in his "open-society" laws passed.  Obama now must use E.O.'s to establish and create the "anti-law" of the UN in every city, county, State area of life and liberty..via EPA/EIR, Dp. of Labor, of Aggi, of food, drug, cosmetic, health and human services, and the now 100% ownership of executive branch dp. of edu kindergarten through doctorate - trade schools and free-taxpayer money named grants(bet you don't know that is why tuition has more than tripled) and college loans.

This has strayed a long way away from Mr. Brook's so called 'conservatism' - but that is the point...he cannot see, hear, and has become so stiffnecked that he actually supports the elitist centrists who consider Founding Documents Not For We the People --- only We the Courts. Thus both elitist and Mr. Brooks continue their 'holier-than-thou attitude toward America and Americans, and Anti-Law is a daily occurrance - plastic bags in CA and not 32 oz plastic cups in NY!!!!!!.

How many of Jesus’ Teachings and Parables did you recognize in this WWI story of “War Horse”?   I counted at least five, but there’s probably thousands given both the time in history and the individuals involved in making this movie to retell — again

There is our LDS, easily recognized love of family – including all the animals (that goose was a critter) –,...the interactions between landlord and renter; ....friends both recognized and not yet learned about, ..village, and the closeness of love between each-individual experiencing all that war brings in challenge, trial, tribulation, adversity and governance among the Franch, Germans, and Great Britain.

Did you notice that the story builds and solidify’s it stream in “One”: -- horse, person, person in life’s roles, family, business, village, nations, and Love ...of God?

Do you really think 58 men would write, among many writings,  two Documents — recognized then and now — as unique in mankind’s history — without protection----  from the kind of governance which is anti-Christ in this two thousand and twelve, man’s year--- of God’s Universe “Day”,  among “..the course of Human Events..”?

Politics, as a science or an art, is a subject of vast extent and importance.”

There are 47 Superior Court Candidates to retain or take judge positions for the “Consent of the Governed” on our June 5th Voter’s Pamphlet. That represents more candidates than another other designated office of duty and service.

Unlike the Congressional and State Candidates, County School Board members and ‘Judge of the Superior Court’  shall be placed into their positions...”Win” is the popular terminology.  But...

The San Diego Bar Association gives ratings for voters to help them decide who might be the best choice .for Judge of the superior Court.. Among the criteria is judgement, common sense, integrity and honesty-----
ONLY 3 offices: numbers 24, 25, and 34 are included in the Bar Association’s Standing Committee’s opinion.

Only 7 candidates are evaluated:
---5  are district or assistant district attorneys;
---2 are divided among a private attorney, Judge Pro Tem of the Superior Court also endorsed by political party;  and an attorney of 33 yrs and co-founder and Executive Director of United States Justice Foundation   .  These 2 are “lacking qualifications” to be Superior Court Judges.
---1 District Attorney with 25 years as a Deputy DA here in SD and  political party endorsement is “Qualified”..
----5 District or Associate District Attorneys are “Well Qualified”.

The Association also acknowledges that “..there is often little information about candidate available publicly.”.

 The S.D. Bar Association does not include the information that voters do not have to ‘confirm’  with their “X” in their ballots’, Judge for the other 44 Superior Court Offices – running unopposed..

Both Judges and attorneys work in  five areas of civil and criminal court every day.  The Lawyers work for Justice.  Justice is God’s Law as expressed in “..and assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them” God’s Law with Morality --Nature’s God, -- are as concrete in Law, as
 Physical Law – Nature.   Physical Law includes “The Whole is the sum of Each One of Its Parts or persons.”.

“The Majority is Omnipotent in Any Democracy.  Democracy is used as a form of government as well as the more general sense as “popular” government. In a Democracy, the individual is subservient and must be submissive to the Omnipotent Majority.  Any Democracy, either Representative or direct, does not even recognize the existence of any unqualified rights of The Individual, much less his possessing God-given, unalienable rights as conceived by our American Philosophy. Under a Democracy, Man is considered to have Only Qualified privileges permitted by The Majority in control of government and revocable by it at any time”.  Socialism with tainted Democracy, is our enemy within this day.

Carl DeMaio has known for..

more than 20 years about his Partner's life, liberty, and pursuits...good and bad. It may be one reason Carl works harder than anyone else. It could also be that The Lord has given Carl the gift of opportunity and time to accomplish what Carl has set-out to do. I don't know whether Carl thinks about his life that way.. I know because of my life, over 69 years, of work starting at 10 years old in my parent's hardware store in Santa Monica.  Retirement benefits of any kind, available in only 4 of more than 10 business organizations.

The Most Important difference between Carl and the other Candidates for Mayor of our City of San Diego Is And Has Demonstrated Over the Last Eight Years --- He Is To Be Trusted to say what he means, and mean what he says; to be honest, transparent and upfront about the Charter of our City of San Diego's requirements of office --- to work hard and persistently --- to protect and serve the residents of not only the City of San Diego; but per force of  lay of land and location --- the County of San Diego's best interests for each individual and individual as corporation..

Carl has TAKEN ACTION where no-one else could or would --- not other cities, not 47 of 50 States, not Nation -- to recognize that Gonzalez's Union - [and All Closed shop Unions] - along with the 5 other unions --- are destroying the financial resources and income to our City and therefore, our County.  Those of us who worked and watched Carl work --- especially in the Council Meetings -- with Union Attorneys - also supported by taxpayer money -- (or else how would they be paid) -- sitting in the Council's audience seats -- as the negotiations took place to EVEN HAVE THE TAXPAYERS ALLOWED A SAY in the costing of Retirement Benefits --- so far above any Person's in private business owner or employee ---!!!!

It is absolutely the most abrasive and --- strange as this may seem:  wonderful, demonstration of arrogance, conceit, and plain ignoring of wrong-doing on the Billion dollar scale for Gonzalez to yell "relevant" to Carl's Partner, while at the same time bilking taxpayers of Billions stating and working to prevent the Petitions which establish the 401K to new employees with an end to "Spiking" salaries.  One of the union Candidates for Assembly is receiving retirement benefits from the city....while accumulating in addition, more retirement benefits as the incumbent of the now 78th A.D.  Tony Atkins has and is amassing a small fortune in 100% tax payer supported pensions. I don't think she is 50 years old yet. Her opponent, Ralph Denny, knows her well for wrong-doing.  Dare we mention the Governor's!!!!!  None could exist where it not for Gonzalez and like-minded, union usurpers of other people's earnings.  ...And  "Yes, the unions do ask their members to vote( and direct the location of the union PAC money of the members);  but they haven't listened to the members for years.".  In the 3rd Supervisory District, Carl Hilliard waxed poetic for more than 3 or 4  of his 10 min. talk re why voting for him is a good idea.  He started with "Here are the facts about Calpers.". Then went on about Modesto and Stockton -- the inland waterways for our Agriculture shipping in Feinstein's closing of the Delta...with all those unions involved ---.  Not One Breath, required to make the sounds for speech, was wasted on the Fact of 100% taxpayer supported Calpers; AND taxpayers guarantee that no State Pensioner will ever lose money because of a stock market downturn....taxpayers Shall Pay the Losses!

In terms of ethics and honor....I'll take Carl over any of the other Candidates --- including Dumanis -though the reason is different with her.  With her, it is more in what she Doesn't say when speaking by playing off Carl's "Road to Recovery"----She's Is An Attorney and Knows Full Well That What She doesn't Say, she doesn't have to own in responsibility----she gets Carl's work....without Carl!!!

Carl Takes Action, never stops listening to each one of you - city residents, asks You to give ideas and works to Implement those ideas; analyze details - that's Road to Recovery - which is revisited on a regular basis to obtain more and change direction as required; focus time and money --- Carl Does It Himself And Knows when and How to Delegate;  His innovation and being different --- his Partner the essence of "different" - believing in someone---even when that person was wrong in law - took responsibility and paid the price;  --- as well as continue hard work and persistence in achieving all that Carl has achieved in the * years of Action he Has Given To This City and County!!!

Among the criteria is Integrity and honesty....but please notice the facts present: Of the 7 all but 2 Are District Attorneys --- David Berry is only allowed a qualified, but as weighed against the Well qualified -- there is absent criteria; and the other two --- best qualified because they work in virtually every area of the Superior Court -- not solely criminal....And they have the nerve to be outside the "district attorney pool" of persons.....lacking qualifications!

Impeachable Offenses Update

I have repeatedly been asked by a number of different people if I think that the President of the United States, Barack Obama, has committed any offenses that subject him to being impeached by the Congress of the United States. The answer is without a doubt, yes because he has repeatedly breached his oath of office. The oath of office of the President of the United States is simple and concise. It reads:
       "I do solemnly swear that I will faithfully execute the office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States."
       Instead of living up to that oath, President Obama has actively attempted to subvert, ignore, and completely destroy large parts of the Constitution. I believe the President of the United States is well aware of what he is doing, and it is completely intentional. Listed below are what I believe are impeachable offenses and the list continues to grow.
       1. President Obama has appointed numerous people to cabinet level positions without the advice and consent of the U.S. Senate, as is required by the Constitution. These individuals are given extraordinary power and independent funding, and are not under the scrutiny of Congress. The fact that Obama calls them Czars does not make them legal. He has also made illegal recess appointments of other members of his cabinet that required Senate approval. He simply declared that the U.S. Senate was in recess despite the fact that no such declaration had been made by the Senate. The President has no Constitutional authority to do this.
      2. The push by Pres. Obama to pass healthcare legislation in the Congress of the United States that he was fully aware was unconstitutional. He has continued to use his powers and executive branch of government to implement this legislation despite the fact that a federal judge had declared the entire law unconstitutional, and ordered that it not be implemented. In addition, Obama has directed members of his administration to violate the right to freedom of religion protected by the 1st Amendment to the Constitution.
      Religious institutions such as churches and schools have been ordered to provide contraceptives and abortion inducing morning after pills to employees as part of the health care bill requirements. The fact that this is a direct violation of their religious teaching is of no concern to Obama.
      3. Despite the fact that the United States Senate refused to pass the Cap and Trade bill, the President has ordered the Environmental Protection Agency to use regulations to implement key portions of the bill, including those regulating so-called greenhouse gases. Obama himself has acknowledged that this will force energy prices in this country to skyrocket. He is taking these actions in direct defiance of the will of the people of the United States, the will of Congress, and the Constitution. The actions of the EPA include regulations that will force many coal burning power plants to close.
      4. Through the Department of the Interior (DOI) Obama has placed a moratorium on offshore oil drilling or exploration off both the Atlantic and Pacific coasts of the United States and in parts of the Gulf of Mexico. He has also prohibited new drilling exploration on federal land in any states in the United States. These actions by the DOI have continued in direct defiance of several court orders issued by Federal Judge Martin Feldman in New Orleans, Louisiana declaring that the department had no authority to issue such a moratorium on drilling in the Gulf. In fact, the Secretary of the Department of the Interior (DOI) has been held in contempt by the same judge. The administration has claimed to be complying, but has tied up the drilling permits in so much red tape that the effect is the same.
      5. Instead of allowing American companies to drill for oil domestically, Obama has betrayed the American people and authorized loans of billions of dollars to countries like Brazil and Mexico so that they can drill for oil, and then sell that oil to the United States. This will dramatically increase our dependence on foreign nations including Venezuela, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, and even Libya that do not serve the interest of America or the American people.
      Obama has also refused to approve the keystone pipeline from Canada to the United States that would not only lessen our dependence on oil from countries like Venezuela and Saudi Arabia, but create thousands of new jobs in the United States. The decision on the pipeline is one that belongs in the hands of the members of Congress, not the President.
      6. President Obama has abdicated his responsibility to enforce the laws of the United States against illegal immigration. He has virtually declared our southern border an open border by declaring certain areas of federal land in states like Arizona as off-limits to federal, state, and local authorities. This is despite the fact that these areas are being used to bring in thousands of illegal immigrants, massive amounts of drugs, and also being used by foreign terrorists to infiltrate the United States. He has also ordered the border patrol not to arrest most illegal immigrants entering the country, and has stopped deportation proceedings against thousands of people in this country illegally. He is in effect instituting the so-called “dream act” bypassing the Congress of the United States which has sole authority over immigration matters.
      7. The President and his Attorney General Eric Holder have clearly violated their oath of office by joining with foreign countries such as Mexico, Bolivia, and Columbia, in lawsuits against the sovereign states of Arizona, Georgia, and Alabama to stop them from enforcing the federal immigration laws.
      8. President Obama has ordered the Federal Communications Commission to adopt regulations giving the federal government control of the Internet and its contents, including providing Obama with a kill switch that gives him authority to shut down the Internet if he sees fit. This is in direct violation of a decision by the United States Supreme Court that the FCC has no Constitutional authority to control the Internet.
      There were two bills pending in Congress to effectively give Obama the kill switch he wants over the Internet. When these two proposals, the Stop Internet Piracy Act (SOPA) and the Protect Intellectual Property Act (PIPA) were withdrawn amid public outcry Obama announced he will sign an international treaty that purports to give him the same authority. He has signaled his intention to do this as an “Executive Act” and not bring the treaty to the Senate for ratification as required by Article 2, Section 2 of the Constitution. I believe he intends to take the same action in regard to the United Nations Small arms treaty and the UN Law of the Sea treaty that are both unlikely to get Senate approval.
      9. One of the paramount responsibilities of the President of the United States and his executive branch of government is to enforce and defend laws adopted by Congress unless they are declared unconstitutional by the United States Supreme Court. Obama has decided that he should ignore this Constitutional mandate, and that as President he is more powerful than either the Congress of the United States or the Supreme Court. He has unilaterally declared that the Defense of Marriage Act passed by the Congress is unconstitutional, and further declared that he will not have the Justice Department defend it against lawsuits.
      His administration has also refused to enforce laws against voter intimidation and federal law that requires states to purge their voter registration lists of deceased individuals and those that are registered illegally. In addition, the Justice Department is refusing to allow states to enforce laws requiring proof of identity by voters at the polls. Obama has essentially said that he is the supreme ruler of the United States, and that the Congress and the Federal Judiciary are irrelevant.
      10. It has been widely reported that acting through the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms the Obama administration was involved for months in getting legitimate and law-abiding gun store owners along our southern border to supply weapons to straw buyers who the government knew would deliver them to the drug cartels in Mexico. This was billed as a sting operation against the cartels when in fact it was designed to produce fraudulent data showing that large numbers of weapons were going from the United States to the Mexican drug dealers.
      This data was then to be used, and is being used, to try to justify new gun control regulations to limit the rights of American citizens to keep and bear arms. It has nothing to do with arresting members of the drug operations. The administration has, in effect, armed our enemies, and one border patrol agent has already been killed by one of these weapons. Now, Obama continues to impose gun control laws by Executive order so he will not have to deal with Congress. The administration is also refusing to cooperate with the committees in the House of Representatives that are investigating the entire operation. It is even defying Congressional subpoenas.
      11. The President of the United States is not authorized by the Constitution to take our nation to war without the consent of the Congress of the United States. The only exception to this is the authority granted to the President by Congress under the War Powers Act. This law allows the President to take immediate action without the consent of Congress if there is an imminent threat to the security of the United States, or its citizens. Although there was clearly no such imminent threat caused by the Civil War in Libya, the President committed members of the United States military to combat missions in a foreign country without the consent of Congress. He based his authority on a United Nations resolution, and a resolution by the Arab League.
      Now, the President has carried it one step further. During testimony before the Senate Armed Services Committee on March 7, 2012, Secretary of Defense Leon Panetta told Senators that the President has authority to take our country to war without the Congressional approval required by Article 1, Section 8, of the Constitution. The administration is taking the position that it can ignore Congress as long as it has United Nations approval or NATO approval.
      However, these actions may be the least of the worries facing the American people. The White House insisted that language be included in the recently passed National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) that gives the President sole authority to order the military to arrest and indefinite detain American citizens on U.S. soil if the President suspects them of terrorist ties. This was amazingly passed overwhelmingly by Congress. It appears to be another situation where few members read the bill before voting on it.
      This was almost immediately followed by another unconstitutional executive order titled the National Defense Resources Preparation order. It is similar to orders signed by past Presidents, but this one includes language that appears to give Obama the authority to declare martial law in peacetime, and take over the allocation of everything from food and fuel to transportation and health care. This violates the Constitution in a number of different ways.
      12. Last but not the least of my dirty dozen of impeachable offenses, is the fact that since taking office the President has used executive orders, laws pushed through Congress in the dark of night, and administrative actions by his departments to nationalize and control automobile manufacturers, banks, insurance companies, and portions of the healthcare industry. This is designed to take our country from a free enterprise economy to a socialist economy. There is absolutely no authority in the Constitution of the United States that allows the President to do this.
      Article II, Section 4 of the Constitution provides as follows: “The President, Vice President and all civil Officers of the United States shall be removed from Office on Impeachment for, and Conviction of, Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors."
      I contend that among those high crimes and misdemeanors is the intentional violation of the oath of office administered to the President and all other federal officials. In fact, federal law at 5 U.S.C. 7311 specifically provides that violation of the oath of office includes advocating the overthrowing of our constitutional form of government. This is specifically declared a criminal offense in 18 U.S.C. 1918 and is punishable by both a fine and imprisonment.
      In the 12 areas I mentioned in the paragraphs above I firmly believe that Obama, Eric Holder, and numerous other members of his administration have gone beyond just advocating the overthrow of our constitutional form of government. They are actually engaged in making it happen, and as a result should be impeached and convicted. There are also the emerging issues of corruption such as the Solyndra scandal caused by Obama using stimulus money to pay off campaign contributors.
      Will there be an impeachment and conviction in the current Congress? Probably not, since it takes a two thirds vote in the House of Representatives to impeach, and a two thirds vote in the Senate to convict. With Harry Reid and the progressives still in control of the Senate, and many of them guilty of some of the same impeachable offenses, they will resist it.
      However, we are the American people and we still have a right to control our government, and the people elected to represent us. Therefore, I am personally calling on the conservative members the House of Representatives to bring this action based on the grounds I have enumerated so that the American people can understand what is really at stake here. Then “we the people,” can make our voices heard.

He has #3 taken action....BEFORE announcing his Candidacy --- He arranged, wrote, and has started implementing "Road to Recovery"  with its update just last week  Carl is in his 2nd Term as 5th District City Council.....HE IS THE ONLY CANDIDATE with a Track Record for Our City...and Therefore Our County.

5.  You only have to have volunteered for him over the last few years to know how true this is! .....And HE IS the reason Union Pension's shall not continue 100% financed, at bankrupting levels against every tax-payer in this City!!!!!  That means 12 hrs or more every weekend....that means all over this city...that means reaching out to every resident who lives here.... with the United States Constitution's "The individual component of the polity is the person, which is defined as any being consisting of or having the essential cognitive attributes of a member of the species homo sapiens, including BOTH the capacity to compete with others for the means to exercise the Natural Rights / Freedom from God as Unalienable - of Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of happiness,  AND the capacity to regulate its competitive actions TO AVOID DEPRIVING OTHERS of those rights...".

Perea from Fresno’s 31 District who wrote AB 1424, tyranny of the majoirty which was among the several hundred laws as legislation signed by Socialist Brown before midnight 12/31/ 2011... The Socialists optimal dream!  Complete government control...is very nearly complete... and with the gerrymander districts by political party affiliation – at the same time “consent of the governed” denied because of “top two vote getters regardless of political party affiliation”.
Why there are more voter-districts which will have top-two vote getters from the Democratic party...thus removing ‘consent of the governed’ the greater number Districts from the lesser number political party - Republican. Notice the party affiliation?  The writers of this stupid idea are of a political affiliation..also!  Just as the school board members are with city councils who abstain from “The Invocation” to God!

We of California, who love our voice as vote Must Repeal Section 5(a) and (b) with 8 of Article II in California’s Constitution.  That is where the top two vote-getters regardless of political party affiliation and control of initiatives in the Secretary of State are located.  And that’s why “sexual deviation shall be taught to kindergarten children without God’s Law....  Don’t think the ‘initiative to excuse your child from this will work.  It won’t because of group pressure combined with concepts of cooperation with the authority represented by the teacher in the classroom... Sorry, of course not all teachers!  None of the above is ALL anyone...  But greater number is the sole concept of group-think and organize for the center of social law power..

This Socialism! Whatever you do...don’t place social in front of  “justice”, unless you enjoy taking the name of our Lord God in vain!
