THANK YOU, Mr. Speaker (for all you do and are doing) and all Republicans of the United States First before politics of party: FOR PARTICIPATING AS ONE OF THE CITIZENS OF “ELECTED, WE THE PEOPLE” and for respecting the "agent role" of "We the People"!
This is to remind you that you are....ONE CITIZEN...and responsible for the support and love of BOTH Founding Documents — because you can’t have One; without the Other: The Promise of the Declaration; and the fulfillment of the Promise in the Constitution....every, single sentence and philosophy with God are interlinked!
Do you realize, that the CPAC speaker who said “Unfortunately, both parties are responsible for the debt of this nation.”, is correct, but Not for the reasons that first come to mind, i.e. too much spending with too many laws, rules, regulations, commissions, executive orders! More, for the reason the founders wrote "enumerated powers" in the first place!
‘Repeal Obama Care’, environment; energy, and Education are taken together because Not One is Part of the Supreme Law of the Land - as enumerated powers! This American Patriot would like to point out the Truth of That Statement: “The Budget of the Federal, [and much of the States], cannot and shall not — EVER BE BALANCED; as long as the Legislative and Executive Branches refuse to acknowledge the tiny, tip, of “Enumerated Powers” for the Federal Level of government: the common sense of No government can solve mankind problems especially as the sovereign individuals with the God-given right to choose Life, Liberty, and Happiness. Nor has Any Government Been Successful at the Attempt! This Axiom has been true of history since society first got together; is not the Centerpiece for Bible topics among which is "The law is not written for the righteous..." of Timothy.
"I therefore believe it is my duty to my country to Love it..." by recognizing and encouraging the "Elected, We the People" to recognize...there is no money available. Common Sense should say, get rid of liabilities at Federal (and State) Levels...meaning those areas not part of the 'enumerated powers' -- close down first Education and Medicine as H&HS(it doesn't serve if it has to count numbers and descriptions of inanimate objects living or not, rather than the acute, disabled, or chronically individuals who are at the receiving end of "Patient-Centered Care"
The Founders knew this as businessmen, as homeowners, as world watchers with history and philosophy part of life...as well as God, The Bible and obedience to understanding where and why – they wrote of human nature and the “First Table of Law - Religion and Morality”; that the concept of keeping Federal level government small was to prevent exactly, those actions of Roosevelt, Wilson, FDR, Truman, Johnson, Clinton, and Obama and of his selection of mentors and supporters, perpetrated on our Nation [President Bush - Both are left out for reasons which take too long here; but are germane]. The actions, not necessarily by design, more like a new phrase-ology to banter around “Political Expediency” which means decisions are not made based on logic, Supreme Law; but strictly on that which finishes ...or perpetuates...programs that represent numbers. The Numbers are simply the voters, polls, surveys with reason-logic-value; not convenient to political purpose!

TAX REFORM via “enumerated powers” = 2 Birds of cost reduction for 1 Stone: The first two Departments which Must Close: Department of Education and the Department of Health and Human Services. Dp.of Edu. if only for its brand new “Integrity and Stability for secondary education” (CFR 600 - 604), travesty of nonsense and control over not only public controlled content with one-sided-professor-hood; but also Private and Trade Schools. Trade Schools are an underpinning of liberty and life for those are not, maybe later in life, or cannot– graduate from college. Please, if you haven’t yet, READ IT! Then there’s the concept’s of little known, but much practiced: Its OK to visit a mosque in Boston, Mass; but don’t not Pledge Allegiance to the Flag or pray to God with all the concepts of “Religion and Morality inherent in this type of thinking for ‘educating by state and federal areanas of government, the children who are the United States of America’s Future for their sovereignty, the continued sovereignty of State and of This Nation [over Mr. Obama’s martyred body]! The failure of this form of education is immense!
Health and Human Services are best handled by “We the People” as their own decisions - No Calculation of Income Tax unless the 100% of Health Care to any Tax paying individual residing in their State and in this nation, is REMOVED; whether paid as an insurance premium or flat-cash for care. PS: There does not exist a “flat-rate” or any system of taxation which works in the interest of ‘We the People”; and once in place....well need I say more? Just look at what you are thinking....close down !!?..close down??!!! For the those who do need assist, the State through Medicaid does this now; and is the performer of many of H&HS”s regulating stuff hospitals, equip, medications, home and hospice care. EACH STATE is in a much better position to allow its citizen’s to design and to meet the medical needs of individuals, than the Federal Government. Let each State have 100% proportion, already established by the Fed via Medicare/Cal Services! Leave MediCaid (Cal) alone. It is the ONLY State-Federal program that actually does what it says it will do: Take of crippled, old who required help, severely and all developmentally disabled, post-trauma from whatever source.[ I am a R.N.,B.S.N with 28 years in private and government home-hospice care]. [This is the idea of the founders, not this writer!]
HERE IS ANOTHER PRINCIPLE OF ECONOMICS OF TAXATION: The Federal government paying and supporting the State government .......is the same taxpayer dollar!!!!! Though, not really the ‘same’ dollar: The Fed has to divide between 50 states [sometimes-more often than not, only some states -so called - benefit from a Fed. Program], Territories; 9 Regions; and several layers of filtering to keep what remains of the Fed. Dollar from actually working for the purposes of the above departments.
Remember the other Economic Fact: China & debt receive 47 Cents of each $1.00 appropriated, 2011 and forward for your children’s chldren’s, children - to pay! That leaves 53 cents, for everything else! Now then, Patient ‘Protection and Affordable Act’ is now costing more than that, just starting. Some people, do not choose, in spite of Mr. Obama's dictate, to join PPAA, with its already, 2x’s been thrown out of District Court. Obama would dearly love having Kagan and Sotomeyer to rule on “PPAA”; and since it is well demonstrated, neither have knowledge of the Declaration; we cannot count on the thinking of some Justices of the Supreme court; better go with the words and actions of the founders with Principles from God, themselves, Blackstone, Common Law, The Bible; and history.
Have you performed a ‘due diligence’ on committee meetings of Both Houses? Why is ‘Ways and Means’ even considering ‘fixing’ the “Patient Protection and Affordable Act”? They were asking a question RE spending or sending dollars to the Commerce Dept. Wondering why? Answer: None! We’ll talk in private (c-Span, during CPAC).
Please pay attention to why the ‘Obamagroupies’ want the “Patient Protection and Affordable Act” Named changed; and are renaming it, though not officially - yet? While long to say, speaking of this ACT BY ITS FULL NAME, at every turn of the words spoken and printed helps the Socialist, lemmings, who voted yes to “We have to pass it to see what it says”, take Full Accountability for this untoward Violation of Supreme Law - that does not fulfill “a Congress” according to N. Webster’s definition of Congress in 1828 American Dictionary. In fact, PPAA has at least, the following violations of “Supreme Law”:2 Articles with 4 Sections; 4 Amendments - and CONGRESS think of the money for committee Time (time is money, afterall) saved on this topic alone! PPAA also eliminates, as much as possible, that terrible ‘due process’, that gets in socialist's way for law; in the at least 3 places of the Constitution. ‘Equal protection under the law’ and individual or individual as corporate, ‘due process' are the two most ignored Amendments of the Constitution for Act, Bill, Regulation writing from of the cabinets and Legislature - not reading its work. This is vigorously and actively being removed from all Cabinets via Regulation (see Section 6201 of PPAA).
All the House and the Senate has to Address by Statement is the Constitutional Principles: “An unconstitutional statute is not a law, no matter how vigorously it may be enforced. Enforcement does not make what is enforced the law. What is enforced is a regime. In a constitutional republic, the law and the regime should coincide. If they do not, the regime is not law but anti-law! And “In a constitutional republic, the constitution is the supreme law, superior to all other public acts, whether by officials or private citizens. Any Statute, regulation, executive order, or court ruling which is inconsistent with that supreme law and not derived from it is unconstitutional and Null and void from inception. For those Congress members who value “The Numbers Game” of Democracy to a Republican Form of government: in the Senate: Those members are “Americans” elected to office to support the supreme Law of the Land. ‘We the People’ don’t care whose party they are or are not members of. The Issue is not politics; it is "..at the time of their adopting the Constitution, expressed a desire, in order to prevent misconstruction or abuse of its powers, that further declaratory and restrictive clauses be add:...(1789 adoption)". Do Not Let the Progressive-“Number’s Game” players, worry you. Do the Right Action – Stop It Dead – Now!!!
Also remember there is no precedence on Constitutional Rights! And the United States of America does not become a Democracy because a political party or group of political men declare it so!!!! That’s actually another reason to Close Down Health and Human Services and Dp. Of EDU: Not part of enumerated powers and there is no Money....Zero!!! Our Nation is broke!! So removing not enumerated...is a very good idea..whose time has never left; but whose time Must Be Regarded by “Responsible, Members as Citizens-natural and naturalized; to the United States of America”!
The committee work to reverse 72 years of SS, of “ the people’s money” that creates the account without accountability)– a Federal level slush-fund! Find me any humankind who won’t go after a ‘slush fund’! At least, if the people chose to save or not; it is another deduction - that in no manner continues to provides a slush fund for Federal Legislative and Executive political tie-raids.
And 49 years of Medicare which mostly works; but dealing now with 80% of 57 cents of every dollar - isn’t going to work.....is it! “We the People” are mandating stopping the retirement benefits paid by taxpayers to union members, especially to cover in the ‘stock market’ falls - no individual and no government has control to guarantee anything about life, living, or death! Federal government must stop taking retirement money from taxpayers...to only those citizens who are members of unions...not on the same terms as SS;...and the member’s dues to their administrators!
Every Act, Bill, Commission, Executive Order, action of every word, every single ‘Elected-We the People’ costs..... We need to fix it! We need to allow assets to work! We need oil, nuclear*, as well as solar with - I don’t think wind can stand on its own unless subsidized...Congress and Executive need to stop and review all subsidies....stop all grants fo education at Fed Level....back down to State and County or Local! So choosing 5, for the benefit of yet another, meaningless bunch of numbers; solves nothing because of absent substantive thoughtfulness regarding the needs and sovereignty of the United States of America....before anything else - because there is “NO, anything else” unless ‘We the People - elected and working’ recognize “..and to assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station in which the Laws of nature and of Nature’s God entitle them..”!
Speaker Boehner, I am sure the reason for including “We the People” is all that you say...but also includes the reality of 57 cent dollars. Do Members, regardless of party, Love this nation enough to Stand-up and Change the nonsense of states, cities, and counties saying the Fed. Will give US(A) money!!!! NO! NO! NO! A thousand times “NO”! Not if we plan “..to secure the Blessings of Liberty for ourselves and our Posterity...(your g-kid’s, g-kids for petes, sake!), one person, at a time home through government at all levels!!! Very interesting, Social Justice as anti-law: where the individual is often held high as the recipient of poor things, no things, lawless things, and things that need Cabinet czar fix - “Study links teen bullying to social status” which is actually acknowledging a lot more than the study thinks it says....Do you see the God’s law missing? Do you see the importance of the individual missing!? All for the study, which we really didn’t need, as taxpayers, to pay for in the first place!
While there is and will be damage; it is better to fix it now; than let any more suction-cups of octopuses legs, infiltrate and destroy what works fine....not perfect..sometime not even right, i.e., payback to Medicare , by hospitals for iatrogenic diagnoses incurred during the hospital stay!!! What injustice? To say the least, what Stupidity- there’s no rewarding anything is there!? And how about that, for a self-sustaining excuse to continue working in a Department sans Accountability to anyone or anything!!!!
The point of this is - Remember “Enumerated Powers” are there as a guide to prevent irresponsible, irrelevant, power-usurpation, centralization via this administration’s direct contribution to defining, withholding and distorting information of American Life, Liberty, and Happiness. Government is inannimate! What it places against indidviduals, local, county, state and itself...is the visible activities of a few men - for power and money. Government is incapable of any portion of these concepts.
Government is incapable of the concepts of "Sovereignty" which are core to "Nature and Nature's God". Please Do Not Hesitate to CLOSE DOWN healthcare; and Dept. E-D-U, a.k.a. Federal or State mandated education....Not to be Confused with Learning! But that doesn’t necessarily stop all the programs! It gives the opportunity for Article I:8 to speak; as well as, ‘We the People” to participate at separating the rest of the Tenth Amendment.
Government Cannot manufacture, except by injustice and irresponsibility, the tax, and now borrowed, funds required for all the Departments, Commissions, bureaus. THIS CONCEPT IS IMPOSSI8BLE. Confiscation of an individual's property the ticket representing purchase of a airplane seat to travel from point A to B, is anti-law severly unconstitutional.. It should not be enforced; and no individual should be required to submit to scans or patdowns of any sort, size, color, location. The purpose has nothing to do with safety; but everything to do with USA News reports of the money flow to purchase, build, and place the scanners (taxpayers, again)....which is why it's occurring 10 years later..and like all government -- never stop what you start, it upsets the political-people-hood flow of money for self-interest!!
F] As the saying goes in this border county of San Diego; what about "illegal" – don’t you understand! Also, the Feds. Have stopped water to the Delta, here; because they can increase the imports from Mexico of the produce which normally would be available here! Hope you enjoy the color and size of the seedless water melon...watch out when you taste it! Once you compromise with wrong; it is just more wrong, in more places, much more of the time; and tends to self-perpetuate its wrongness!

Also, San Onofre has addressed concerns, has a 100% clean safety record, but still requires 3 instead of 2 inspectors as residents....at taxpayer expense...until inspector sans any specifics of problems: "Uselding said that she was not sure how much longer San Onofre will remain under higher than average scrutiny".

Remember Mubarak v. Egypt - of Obama and Clinton with their Administration of "centralization of power" in the Executive Branch via regulations, acts, bills, executive order, commission, and support of Islam (Obama's speeches from his voice); which allow 'external government' to act against 'We the People' through information needed to make a proper determination [has been] withheld or distorted in a way that is intended to mislead or which has that effect through the negligence [of blind, deaf, stiffnecked Socialism here as media coating over; and in Obama's opinion of the Middle East with Egypt just one part.....of 'global socialism'!]" Yes, this statement from Constitutional principle; does consider the man named Mubarak as Egypt's 30 years ruler, in is the statement's content.
Except for the United States of America, Both, the Declaration and the Constitution, founding documents in the world order of law; does not make judgement of which leaders are most among wrong, among the forms government operative on this Globe -- as members of the United nations or not. Egypt, with Obama, Clinton, Alinsky, Cloward, Piven, and now Gates; will not derive a better form of Democracy as a result of the military coup. It shall only change shades of wrong continuing against the life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness guaranteed from God.

The Unconstitutional "Patient Protection and Affordable Act" has Republican..
governors asking for 'Regulations' from the Socialists who wrote "PPAA"! Reasons do not matter!
To have to talk about "defunding"; or "to waiting for PPAA to make it through the courts"; or to be fearful of money loss to both Medicare- and Caid Because Of the Unlawful Passage of 'PPAA' By Only One Party in Congress: And most egregious of all, the fear of elected representatives, that because Medicare and Social Security established the Federal Government's role in the private lives of citizens via control of income (paychecks, investments, savings) for the first time; i.e: a form of governmental 'democracy-of semi Progressive nature; logically means: " Therefore the federal government can take (literally) any activity and action against the inalienable rights of sovereign individuals, in any manner it chooses, at whatever time, and for whatever reason"; is exactly what the intrinsic usurpation says-everything to do with power and money in the business of "We the People" - nothing to do with the outcomes of the evil, against the Laws of God and of Justice in Law [not man], Both founding documents represent. 'PPAA' is at the Demand-dictate of Only One Man's: -- usurping action against 3 branches of government in 'centralizing power and dollars of other people's money' in the Executive Branch' [this is true of every single cabinet work adding regulation to centralize and usurp, in this man's treasure-trove of regulation by cabinet czar-director]!

-- declares 'checks and balances' in The Supreme Law of the Land, useless by placing 6% of GNP into 3 cabinets of the Executive Branch (HHS, Treasury, HomelandSecurity); Privacy and Security of Person, Papers, Effects taboo, by placing photo ids of individuals available into the central computer - designed and in troubled, use before the PPAA legislation became law. This so Treasury can be sure of earnings for eligibility sans State; and HS can be sure of the citizen being who he says he is; with all relationships involved in the family - traditional and extended. Plus have better control of the college Loan program, PPAA takes over 100% from private business in America. And don't forget "PPAA's" Section 6201: Provides for finger-printing and criminal record checks for any employee providing direct care to Skilled Nursing Facility patients ---- or the citizen does not work in the field ---Absent are 4th, 5th. 9th or 14th Amendments involved as even a consideration. This a direct contribution of Andy Stern's Union because fingerprint with criminal record searches for professionals, who have never committed or even thought of committing a crime, are Paid for by the non-criminal, without a record to search for - professional. A wonderful, self-sustaining, already established provider of monetary support to Departments and bureau in many states which control who works in what areas of licensing as a professionals, in the USA.
--re-definition of the words: Patient, Protection, Affordable....and for the benefit of Not-participation by Congressmembers-State legislative members-100% of Federal and State Union Members and therefore their Administrators- and the President's czars, 100% of which are paid by "The taxpayer: That's someone who works for the federal government but doesn't have to take the civil service examination. (Ronald Reagan)";
--who are coerced (though this part of unconstitutional "PPAA" is Article III established by US District court); - without choice into becoming part of the statistical analysis by non-practicing MD's and bureaucrats; - yet to be formatted, but announced a few: decrease mammograms, be careful who and how long you provide chemotherapy to....and onward to oblivion via "The most terrifying words in the English language are: I'm from the government and I'm here to help. (Ronald Reagan)".
Here are "several ways in which statutes or other official acts may be unconstitutional (Constitution Society)":
1) It may be contrary to a right guaranteed under the Constitution.
2) It may not be based on one of the powers delegated to the government under the Constitution.
3) It may violate the provisions for the structures and procedures of government, suchas the delegation of legislative or judicial powers to an executive agency in violation of the separation of powers principle of the Constitution.
4) It may neglect to perform some duty imposed under the Constitution. The Preamble...
8) It may have been intended to be applied selectively, or have come to be applied selectively, in violation of the equal protection provision of the constitution that all laws must be applied uniformly. [This is a very, very popular violation of the Constitution, not only in PPAA; but also in City, county, State, and Federal laws - even private companies like banks usurping your deposit of money into their bank because they can't be sure of who they are doing business with...as if you had control over their problem!]. [See, I can go after something other than this criminal PPAA!]
9) Proper notice of the law or act may not have been given in a way that would allow people subject to it to become aware of it. Though, actually "We the People" were much more aware of this danger...than anyone elected to office from Either Party. It took much too long a time for Party to recognize temporal attacks on Both Founding Documents! Still are those who don't realize. But for those who do, THANK YOU VERY MUCH AND CONTINUE THE WORK!!!! And passing this act after a statement "We have to pass it to know what it contains." And Doing Just That! Does that help explain the 'tiny,tiny brain cell content'!?
10) The aggregate of laws or regulations may become so burdensome that it becomes unreasonable for everyone subject to it to be sufficiently familiar with it to comply with all of it. GWAR5 is the most 'right' of the right side of the church of satan (Lucifer a. la Saul Alinsky - big in Egypt; name calling at the same time destroying Both the Declaration and Constitution here in the US, where 'Centrists' continue the 'fool's role' of compromise with Satan') v. The Church of God (Lessons, the Way, the Truth, and the Light). Everyone, it is that simple! In the Book of Mormon, God is speaking -listening through Alma 6; and through Joseph Smith who is living through and with this Nation; as it grows-up parallel to actions against the Mormons, now "The Church of Christ of the Latter Day Saints".
What is an individual's choice is just that..no government at all and especially no judgment by men named judges...Only One Judge - mankind doesn't come close to qualifying mankind's behaviors!
Two simple observations about Mrs. Palin, as mother-citizen-Patriot; the flag she wears on the Left side is witness to there are no Conservatives which would not allow opinions to vary. The only persons, happen to be elected to office via various methods good and bad; but given 9/14/09 - 10/28/10 - 11/2/10 not supported now; nor able to hear-see-"We the People in order to form a more perfect Union, establish Justice in Law (not in social, defined via ignorance and denial of fact)...", in any manner even resembling an Oath of Office, or the supreme Law of the Land; are residing in 'the church of satan (not capitalized on purpose)'. These centrist to left sort of persons, enjoying the group of non-critical, lemming behavior; and having decided; that 58 founders writing and establishing the Testimony to God and this Nation..and the world contained in Both The Declaration and The Constitution; are simply not informed enough to overcome the absence of knowledge of the Obama-Stern-Emmanuel-Alinsky -Cloward-Piven-Jones and friends of "Ethics of Mean - means nothing until the wind changes direction of the blowing of electrical letters arranged to remove any resemblance to inalienable rights as individuals (including homosexuals). This loss represented as "Corporate" individuals; via Acts, Bills, Executive Orders (not coming back around to be placed in the Legislative process), Commissions, (and the very favorite, union-based lawmakers san any light of any natural or naturalized elected-nonelected vote) Regulations of every Cabinet contained in this very lawless Administration's belief in its "group-self-interest governing role". Examples abound: "Patient Protection and Affordable"; Financial Stability; Department of Education's 34CFR Parts 600 - 603, et.al."Program Integrity Issues" for centralization in the Executive Branch of public and Private Education defined and determine, solely by the De-PART-ment. No oil drilling in any US Territory Water because a litigation attorney from Harvard and John F. Kennedy School of Law, appointed by this President - to continue bias of non-critical, blind-deaf-stiffnecked, single-side, thinking of "guarantee" v. 22 years of no problems drilling, the risk/benefit cost to every individual living in America - including themselves; because "can't be seen(PBS radio)" risk/benefit, like Constitutional Law, outer space exploration; isn't worth the risk!
Thank God, these majestic creatures on two-legs, weren't around with the covered wagons, sailing ships; or other reason-planning, risk-taking men; or the moon would still be a smile in the sky!! ....And that's the "civil" wording of Michael Bromwich's absent knowledge with for political bias, decision-making skills on behalf of the United States of America(????), via global socialism which cannot allow America to produce Petroleum! Much better for Egypt, Iran, and the Middle East to fight!

Want to know the worse, unstated fact? In 1961, when this President was born, Hawaii recorded births according to Japanese Tradition: Birth is not recorded until the child has passed his First birthday. At that time, this did mean that the child had survived 365 days of birth to 1 year old; but the birth date of the child was, as if the first 365 days never occurred.
Obama's grandparents, and older individuals, remember when Japan was Always winning "The Little League Series". The birth tradition was the reason. American kids were playing against kids i year-older than they were!
The Kenyan Birth Certificate (photo available on UTube or downloaded too many computers for Obama's Internet czars to find) has the footprint on it! Not hard to go to original, because Kenya loves that Obama was born there!
Besides any and all of the above, This man who believes that he is singly, [and with his groupy cohorts shall answer directly to God like the rest of humankind, or whoever is in charge, after death, when there is no supreme Lawgiver]; has presented enough behaviors and demonstrations:
-of his Lack of Respect to the Honor embedded in the Oath of Office;
-to his disregard of "We the People's" security of person, houses, papers and effects (Chrysler for the Unions, pat-downs,scanners, spending other people's money irresponsibly - then asking for more[!!!];
-to edu-ing the young in 'Socialist world of groups' with concomitant lies;
-to be accountable for "High Crimes and Misdemeanors" as well as much of the Judicial 'sitters of justice for men' - not for justice in law. So the Supreme Court of "We the People (they're included in this group, but so lofty -they forget)", can declare: "President's birth not legitimate, ridiculous, we won't waste time..";
-as Petroleum in 3/3 areas of US Water territory are -stopped - from production because of 'this man.'
- and this doesn't even come close to the derisive-paper-power of non-elected-opinionated-regulation for political, environmental cabinet and 'outside' of any government;
-or to justify any and all actions requiring this man to produce his Proof! With respect to "Innocent, until proven guilty"; the above and more do make necessary for the personal integrity of 'Truth' of word - demand accountability; especially when this man, uses the tool Constitution when it suites his, Alinsky definition of 'ethics of means'!
And because "Timothy" doesn't exist in the Socialist brain. You know: Chapter I: Verse 8 "We know the law is good, if A man use it lawfully; Verse 9 Knowing this, that the law is not made for a righteous man, but for the lawless and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners...". The "a man" can be substituted very nicely for "a Congress"(Article I:1)", as well as, State-County-City levels of governing!
Another watch-out: the speech addressed two separate groups: 1) older, veteran, American Patriot, country before party & the opposition party-including centrists who are older and closer to death or non-participation in government; AND 2) Those under 40 years of age, with only public school background, without God or "First Table of Law" and without knowledge or understanding of The Twins named Constitution and Declaration . It is the application of 'Democracy-Socialist-Progressive-tiny brain cell of only NUMBER Counts'*non-thinking, few persons! This man wanting his $100 and don't worry, we will fix it for you, America.....has Forgotten, if he ever knew: "Let each citizen remember at the moment he is offering his vote that he is not making a present or a compliment to please an individual -- or at least that he ought not so to do; but that he is executing one of the most solemn trusts in human society for which he is accountable to God and his Country. Party affiliation is not involved; But having said that, if it were not for the Republican Party - this man and his idea would like to disempower - to destroy; our Nation would be much further down the Socialist, Soros, Global world. The centrist Democrats have watched their party become socialist in the name of one man as a President - Obama; but also in the Lucifer based techniques of Saul Alinsky, Cloward-Piven. This same man has fooled - everyone except the informed in history and in the knowledge that "You Must Know Who Your Enemy Is" in order to "defend it[Constitution] against all enemies". So far, this group -- ostensibly redefining what individuals think of America -- via "NONPARTISAN" conversations to determine the candidates for House Representation!!?? What island was he born on? The left owes every, single, American an apology for the disrespect of person; and must begin to recognize and refuse to join the Socialist President, as he continues to violate Constitution and Declaration. Remember, the ACTIONS taken against The Twin Documents; by this Socialist and his cohorts, against "Nature and Nature's God" , ; Government by "We the People in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice........and secure the blessings of liberty for ourselves AND OUR POSTERITY (your Children and their Children), ..", will live forever in infamy! While Obama and cohorts shall die, as all humankind inevitability do; but the legacy of choice between "group social form of thinking" vs God and the Founder's - individual choice, will remain!

No names, faces, opinions, persons from especially the President to anyone in this Nation, is required to obey the "Patient Protection and Affordable Act - PPAA" because: 1) violates Article I:1,7: The Republican Party did not vote or sign this Act. It should not have been sent to the President for signature; and it is not a law as justice. 2) Majority number is not "a Congress" or an integral part of representative government; the minority party must participate by signing on. The minority party prevents passage of any Act or Bill whenever there are 2 or less votes from the minority party on the Act or Bill. 3) Article IV:2, 4; V because it changes the Declaration of Independence along with the supreme Law of the land - without consent of 2/3rds of of both houses when proposed as an Amendment. PPAA was not proposed and is Not An Amendment to the Constitution. In a constitutional republic, the constitution is the Supreme Law, superior to all other public acts, whether by officials or private citizens. Congress-members and employees are citizens of the US and of the State in which they reside. In government, persons (from 'We the People') to whom certain powers held by the citizens in common are delegated, to Act As Agents For Those citizens, Exercising only such powers as are delegated to them, and according to their instructions. That delegation and those instruction constitute an extension of the basic social contract called the 'constitution', which may be written or unwritten. Therefore, permission is not granted, in fact specifically denied to Congress-members to exempt themselves from PPAA. That is an unconstitutional action of the representatives of Congress. -- Or the Citizens of the United States of America are Also Exempt From Joining the man named Obama - Executive Order - yes EO because it is a Dictate -- not Representative government ---to join his Act(only his party supported); against the medical care and medical resources required to provide that care in any State within the United States of America.
It centralizes and shifts the balance of power into one branch of government - Executive - of only power,dollars, and dictates. The cost and protections are absent of reason, justice or representative of 'We the People'; and PPAA's purpose has was never designed to be a source of medical care; simply a "Flagship for Socialism" by definition of a few persons within 3 cabinets of the Executive Branch - cost.
