Illegal aliens are “granted” the Privilege of attending College and university using Taxpayer Money. Naturalized and Natural Citizen... do not receive money under the same circumstance because they are Righteous and Legal. The money for the illegals is a Grant from State Government - free give away of person's earnings as taxes - and includes Federal Gov (who could not pass using the nation's taxpayer money) because the money will come from Pell Grants as well as other resources.   


Immunity because while attending college or university, they are exempt from arrest by the Border Patrol.....while illegals otherwise are not exempt from arrest by the Border Patrol. The parents who are illegal arrived in US to have the children who have been here enough years to apply for college, remain here - illegally.  The now,18year-olds, using 'birth certificate' in lieu of citizenship, does not make the children more eligible for privileges and immunities of citizenship, much less access to natural and naturalized citizens who are providing the money the parents are responsible for. Thus a double whammy against the taxpayer: 1) Less money for legal Americans as citizens;  2) fraudulent by government to use tax money for "The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.  Redistributing tax-payer money for college or university education for children of their responsible, illegal parents is an illegal act of government placing illegal above citizenship.

Here is the correct question:   Should the 'taxpayer's earnings to the State' be allowed to usurp the taxpayer's earnings from the City's voted-by taxpayer's "Planning Departments" ?  Current California State, social plunder, Debt to GDP Ratio is 18.5956%, with $9,849 Total Debt per Citizen (that means taxpayer). The cities of Escondido and San Marcos plus many other of the cities in 58 counties of this State have balanced their elected use of  taxpayer dollars for the city and its future as the Planning Departments.  Shall this State be able to usurp voted, designated in law, taxpayer money to use this taxpayer money in combination to pay its total per citizen debt?  Just to clarify for "person of constitutional, representative, Republican form of government under our Constitution; Total Debt per Citizen = $180,356 + $9,849 = $190,205 and growing per day....

At CA State Level, this Socialist-Legislature has over-whelmed its governor with more than 600 bills on his desk.  I don’t think it will be possible for this governor to read or comprehend that much insult to both Constitutions.  He may not even be inclined to attempt.  All he has to do is sit on the Bills...the Bills automatically become Law!!!  The Governor of our State abrogates his representation of “We the People” and the Laws he took an Oath to obey.  Each One is Anti-Law - even if a good law, because inaction enhances Cloward-Piven bad law!  We can see and are experiencing Anti-Law based on Power of dictate-decree that the government from before 2009 has implemented.

It is with the Team Republican... Teapartiers and others.  It is Team Republicans who must continue to hold the Way, Truth, and Light of Supreme Law of our Land; because Soros-Obama-Cloward-Piven-Alinsky-minons/ with UN ‘s UNCONSTITUTIONAL ‘soft treaty’ known as Agenda 21 will continue to work to overthrow our Government. But there remain too many Americans who remain in denial, in grief, in disbelief, and worse in distrust of Americans who know what has already been occurring...!  Having said that, Republican Leadership does include Progressive Republicans..republicans who think socialism of Soros-Obama isn’t that bad and also believe for a lot of reasons - known to themselves - that statistics are best, the Constitution is outdated, and God may be a inconvenient truth which can be compromised! There could be something more going on which is not stated by any person as American Candidate, elected to office - agent of We the People.  It is not clear, but vagly discernable in the changes of commentary among those people themselves and the nature of monetary threat as the international debt with foreign powers as petroleum and monetary! Here is another reason:  1) This commission refused to even consider making a software change. Much preferring to stay with THE SAME SOFTWARE UTILIZED BY THE LAST GERRYMANDERED LEGISLATIVE District/precinct lines.   There are at least two other software resources for UNBIASED district line drawing - neither of which were even glanced or thought of as necessary. Texas uses a combination of 2 softwares: Target and Red Apple. Target draws random districts from survey; as often as requested, and can change lines with each request. Lines can also be changed manually or bunched called 'strikes'.  The strikes can be reviewed for up or down approval by TX Senate.  Red Apple keeps bias out by using 5 areas: population, contiguous, 3 other; but Without Ethnicity as unconstitutional. The other Software company is located in West Virginia and has performed redistricting to most of the States in the South.
2)  The First and Most important part of any drawing of lines for Redistricting was to be correct with The Supreme Law of this Land.  Neither the definition of "person" of the Constitution, nor "We the People" address any physical, cultural characteristic's of "person"; but race-culture membership-became the single, guiding purpose of the District Lines. This person made public input - not published - regarding the importance of 1 person:1 vote-District Lines before Federal Election Act.  But most of public input was along ethnic-cultural lines.

The nature of the Commission chosen members by the State Auditor with the goal of 'unbiased' - not politically active - was biased in the statement of formation itself!  How would it be humanly possible to be unbiased regarding the location of district lines? Most informed Americans are informed just because of the political philosophies which impel them to a particular "name" of party.  Uninformed Americans aren't paying attention and wouldn't apply anyway.

Veto: 5) SB 819 - Redirection of Dealer Record of Sales Fee (DROS): DOJ as a government regulator will be able to take money from enforcement of local laws relating to firearms possession. Purpose of money is to fund backgrounds checks for purchasers. Excess money has already been taken by Governor Brown for the $304,804,669 + Billion State Debt which is at $9,945.00 per citizen - with Fed at $174,921.00 per citizen.

It doesn't really matter whether the '$251,000 person' uses as their tax-free Foundations of the wealthy to provide $7 million for a Gerontology Program for Nurses; or to increase the R&D, production and distribution of their products; to mentor (as Soros has for Obama); or to support the political-social-historical-religious-personal choice, - their contribution to this Nation is beyond measure...  

And Remember, the wealthy's donations of private,  public education as schlorships, DOES NOT  include the 'earnings of person's taxe $$$$$$$$$, GIVEN AWAY as Grants for Obama care (1 million to each of the 122 new agencies, boards, study groups for 5 years, of this 'Flagship of Social Plunder' - not in any manner attached to quality, person-centered, physician delivered health care) and to education, now under the Executive Branch of government with student loans 100% Federal government provided at same interest rate as private loans, through the same "Patient Protection and Affordable Act".

The 'super' committee cannot even recognize it is absent any sense of priority for saving the tax-loophole, business owner who creates the "revenue" this and all levels of government have come to call: 'government's right to the property of citizens who earn their dollars'. 


This confiscatory - killer shark - random search and destroy for the food named $$$$$$$$$$$$ REQUIRES RESPONSIBILITY WITH INTEGRITY from every "person" who thinks of them-self as AMERICAN of ONE NATION UNDER GOD before Party! The super committee is absent any recognition of antilaw actions of the 2600 Agencies against "Constitutional Person and Person-as-business" exemplified by: Gibson Guitar's importing of ebony (several score years worth - legally) v. do as we say Department or we will put you out of business; HHS Director dictating that taxpayer's ($76,000+/citizen debt) money Shall be given to ILLEGAL ALIENS (Bastiat's Social Plunder - aka pirate treasure for young folk not of English Grammar); internet taxation and censorship by invisible-unaccountable content-software writers; 1 Salmonella Egg in 10's of thousands!; a form of E.
