This second being considerably more important than the first, with "Religion and Morality"! These beliefs and convictions,'Representing Essence of the Difference' between the Socialism of Obama Leadership with Pelosi, Reid, Dodd, Frank, Andy Stern, Czars, Cabinet members who continue to assault the supreme Law of the Land by declaring "Since there is no Universal Truth, it is OK to use "end justify's means; with ' means' defined as " "Does this particular end justify this particular means?".

(To help the new, young President Learn his job per the Lemming Dems who have lost their identity via these Socialist's bent removing American sovereignty of individual, the States, and our Union!!!( Liberals have also lost their ID through agreement by and with ignorance).

This President, who does know Exactly What He is Doing to this Nation. - He neither believes-in, nor supports, which is amplified by Each and Every Act, Bill, Amendment, with or without respect to the Rules of House or Senate, Passed since 1/20/2009. - AND since "There is No Universal Truth"; has Denied knowledge of any part of The Declaration of Independence; but not, as a Constitutional Attorney, The Constitution of the United States of America. This man, with his life biography in 2 books, of his writing, born and raised without access to any idea - except Socialism; studied the constitution to destroy it! Comment to: Morning Bell: The Jobs at Stake in the Tax Cut Fight
Last Friday the Labor Department reported that private sector employers added an anemic 50,000 net jobs to the U.S. economy in November. That is far fewer than what is needed to absorb discouraged workers reentering the workforce or population growth. As a result, unemployment rose to 9.8 percent, marking the 19th consecutive month that our nation’s unemployment rate topped 9 percent, a post–World War II record.
Faced with this record breaking unemployment, what did the leftist Senate majority do the very next day? They voted to raise taxes, of course. Fortunately, a bipartisan coalition of Republican and Democratic Senators defeated the Obama tax hikes, setting the stage for an all-or-nothing tax showdown this week.
With unemployment at 9.8 percent and President Barack Obama 7.3 million jobs short of where he promised the economy would be by December 2010, just how many jobs are at stake in this week’s negotiations? The Heritage Foundation’s Center for Data Analysis crunched the numbers on various possible tax proposals andestimates that:
- Permanently extending current tax rates would cause no further job losses in 2011 or over the next 10 years;
- Raising taxes on just those making more than $1 million would cause 78,000 lost jobs in 2011 and 198,000 lost jobs by 2020;
- Raising taxes on individuals making more than $200,000 and families making more than $250,000 would cause 238,000 jobs lost in 2011 and 693,000 jobs lost by 2020;
- Extending current tax rates for just two years would cause 949,000 job losses by 2020;
- Extending current tax rates for just one year would cause 1,056,000 job losses by 2020; and
- Allowing all the tax hikes would cause 550,000 job losses this year and 1,205,000 job losses by 2020.
And these CDA numbers do not even capture the uncertainty caused by Congress’s failure to set tax rates in a responsible time frame. Jeffrey Lacker, president of the Richmond Federal Reserve, said in an October speechthat with “the continuing uncertainty about tax rates for 2011 (now less than three months away), business planners may be finding it more difficult than usual to project economic conditions or the financial implications of prospective hiring and investment commitments. While it is hard to estimate the magnitude of the effects of these fears, or to disentangle them from general expectations of weak demand growth, they are too broad and deep for me to dismiss as implausible the notion that they have significantly dampened consumer and business spending of late.”
The American people know that unemployment at 9.8 percent is no time to raise taxes on anyone. Last month only 31 percent of Americans told Gallup that raising taxes on the wealthy was the best approach for dealing with the U.S. economy. By contrast, 62 percent chose either reducing the deficit (39 percent) or cutting taxes (23 percent) as the best approach. And this week, by a 59 percent to 30 percent margin, Americans tell the Associated Press and CNBC that Congress should cut federal spending rather than raise taxes.
The left got shellacked at the polls last moth for a reason: The American people have fundamentally rejected their agenda. But they are completely undeterred. Whether it is taxes, spending, amnesty, New START, energy—the issue doesn’t matter. The leftist majorities in Congress know they have just weeks left in power. They already lost the election. Therefore they have no reason not to force as much of their agenda through as possible, no matter how unpopular it is. Conservatives in Congress should do everything in their power to stop this leftist legislative onslaught until a more representative Congress is sworn in next month.

About applying our Constitution to the Executive Branch's body scans and pat-downs...
The Entire Article Written above; Absolutely Has Nothing To Do With the Reasons Why the offensive use of 'Body Scanning or touching the body of any person' is unConstitutional. Including gross negligence, bordering on cruel and inhuman punishment - since no TSA individual can weigh the effect of their behavior on other individuals who may have been sexually used, or have replaced body parts, that the individual, has or has not, adjusted to emotionally, a colostomy; or any device body scanned or touched, as ordered by the Executive Branch - HHS's Opinion of safety "for the greater number".
"We the People in order to form a more Perfect Union, establish justice..." do state that Article IV:2,4 citizens privileges and immunities in state and several states & "..Shall guarantee to very State in the Union a Republican Form of Government. .. '; Amendments IV, XIV; with Amendments V, VI violated by their absence: unreasonable search and seizure without probable cause of person, property (the airline ticket the owner cannot use, unless he/she submits to body scan or pat-down), effects; and without the due process protections of XIV, V, VI - because the HSA charge is against the IVth Amendment.
The Administrations dubious, fallacy of "protecting the safety of the greater number" has been, twice, broken-down with lack of success; resulting in the actual 'Greater Number = 99.8% of ordinary persons going about ordinary family and business responsibilities'; with 0.2% stating loud and clear, it we want to blow-innocent people up, we will at any time we chose! Any attempt won't work to stop "lawless, borderless radical Jihad"
PS: The real reason for 'body scans' PAC's with certain well-placed individuals invested $$$$$$$$ in developing this form of mobile scanning to the tune of several million $$$; just so the US Government would purchase. Another, of a tremendous number of events occurring BEFORE an Act or Bill is initiated, is Minnesota's allowing criminals to the tune of several thousand votes - vote before the law came to the floor - let alone pass - Hopefully, All Citizens of Minnesota shall remember that the loser of that election was seated in Congress -- not the winner -- ostensibly because there wasn't enough money for a recount!!???

Constitution versus "Tyranny of the Majority" and how to use 'The Republic Form of government - representation for the supreme Law of the Land ("Inner Power"). From The Words of the Founders who wrote the Constitution.
1) Involves Article I:1 and Article I:7:1,2 --
Article I: defines the location Legislative Powers as well as the identity of the location wherein the Powers Shall be enacted.
The key word is 'Congress'. The definition of 'Congress' is important to a Republic form of government. The definition which the founders used is not located in a modern dictionary. It is located in Noah Webster's "1828 American Dictionary of the English Language"[there are 2 of 5 definitions relevant]: "1. A meeting of individuals; an assembly of envoys, commissioners, deputies, &c., particularly a meeting of the representatives of several courts, to concert measures for their common good, or to adjust their mutual concerns. AND 5. A meeting of two or more persons in a contest; an encounter; a conflict." Rep. Bilbray, please look carefully -- especially #5 -- that is how Republic will work against the "tyranny of the majority".
Your Oct. video, with your nicely, controlled, very, correct anger, on passing the "PPAA" is a great illustration.
Both #1 and #5, Together Work to Prevent Article I:7:1,2 FROM GOING FORWARD...to the President to sign into Law. #1 says to concert measures of mutual concern and common good. #5 says 2 or more.
Here is the action for the Republic, from the founders who knew and experienced exactly what your video demonstrates: The minority Party must maintain unity with "We the People in order to form a more perfect union,...; therefore Republicans, including any opposition party member so choosing, Stand Together with No Votes or Signatures-Zero (0) for flagrant disobedience to the Law of the Land; to 2 two or preferably, less votes, signatures, for any opposition party action which changes Article 4:2,4 - "The United States shall guarantee to every State in the Union a Republican Form of Government.." No Votes or signatures on any Act, Bill, Regulation, Amendment, or in which any Rule of Each House is violated. When the Rules of the House or Senate are violated; the Bill May Not Leave Congressional houses because there is No "concert of common good or mutual concern"! There is also, this is a little trickier, but [? your input, Rep. Bilbray] doable: - any Act or Bill which is without opposition party representation as co-sponsors cannot go forward, for the same reasons; and party membership Must be Delineated in the list attached to the Act or Bill! Any part of any Act, Bill, Amendment which contains a written violation of any part of, The Constitution of the United States Shall not Leave the House of Representatives, Nor The Senate of The United States.
While 'Congress' does not prevent the majority from passing, nor even the minority in expressing support, the definition prevents 'go forward' of every action, especially, this Socialist Administration desires, that disobeys, ignores, denigrates our Supreme Law of the Land. As in the 2 videos both from the floor of the House on S510/H1332, which by the way -- also makes room for treaties with the United Nations(!!!!) - see Miscellaneous!
Further, because Legislator's special, not related to the Act or Bill, spending of US taxpayer money for State or District issues(pork barrels), can be prevented by the same definition of Congress, and Articles I:8,IV:4,with Amendment 10 where contradiction between State's rights and 'other "..reserved for ... or to the people" taxpayer-earner's money are in conflict. CA should not be Using GA's or any States money from taxpayer's to do State, County, Local, Individual grants, loans, substructure, building arts, music, PBS or health or anything else not enumerated in Section 8! Founder's were (and are) aware, because it came-up as field hands, manufacturing, shipping, designing, trading,exchanging value, even Davie Crockett, that going outside the enumerated powers; would result in producing a group of men called "this Administration's" human nature of power-control-$$$-"tyranny of Democracy which the greater number" over "Religion and Morality".
If the majority, who shall vehemently disagree with the above because it burst's the Socialist's Bubble, still manages to demand and send one-party only voted Bills and Acts to the President for signature -- as the "PPAA" did do --;

What Does Matter, Is That The "Inner Power of the Table of Law" be recognized which Is Represented In Both Articles and Amendments. "Pledge to America", the Constitution, and some Ground Rules...
especially in view of what is now occurring in Congress; plus what the Socialists are going to do - change in Congress or not!

Undergoing a re-birth, but in a time where learning or relearning information is very difficult both because of so many choices as well as to few - in the Classical Learning Method of Inductive Logic with Research-Reflect-Relate-Record. Until each elected member, of any governing body, uses the 4R's; and believes in the integrity and religion of duty and service our founders represent, the Constitution will continue to be misunderstood and misused.
