From Saul ALINSKI'S TACTICS TO ALL AMERICAN CANDIDATES, VOTERS FOR ANY LEVEL OF OFFICE

Use different tactics and actions and use all events of the period for your purpose. “The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition. It is this that will cause the opposition to react to your advantage.”


Rule 9: The THREAT Is More TERRIFYING Than The THING ITSELF.

Rule 11: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, polarize it. Don’t try to attack abstract corporations or bureaucracies. Identify a responsible individual. Ignore attempts to shift or spread the blame.

MEANS LOOK AT YOUR CANDIDATES:
1. Are they Name-Calling More Often Than They Are Addressing The Issues? If the answer is 'yes' then look for Union supporting the Candidate which translates into Progressive socialism - especially the Socialist part of the belief of this current in office government.

2. Have They or Do They Refuse To Address the Issues With Specific Plans beyond 'all the people'? 

3. Do They Give Expensive PRIVATE CAMPAIGN Time to the Other Candidate With Inaccurate, Flat-Out False Statements, or like the Media----only One Side of 5W's and How which Agree With Their Opinion?

4. Do They Address the words 'Constitution', but never address Our Supreme Law of The Land with Current Events? Examples: Why 26 States are going to the Supreme Court against the "Patient Protection and Affordability Act" or Why calling the Arizona Illegal ALIEN Law Enforcement or the Illegal Alien Sections of the FEDERAL CODE OF THE UNITED STATES have "potential" (see inaccurate above + confusion to the Elected Representatives of the Sovereign State of Arizona) for Civil Rights abuses? Never mind this government's common practice of ignoring Civil Rights aka: Health Act, Financial Act in House.

              This "potential" is one of the Code Words that Progressive Socialist's must utilize to justify actions which are not justifiable under the 324 yrs. (minus a side road of  'No Universal Truth'): "Promote then as an object of primary importance, Institutions for the general diffusion of knowledge. In proportion as the structure of a government gives force to public opinion, it is essential that public opinion should be enlightened. And The name of America, which belongs to you, in your national capacity, must always exalt the just pride of Patriotism, more than any appellation derived from local discrimination's." These quotes are from The First Glorious and World Renowned Leader of the Founders -- you should be able to identify.  If you can't and you graduated from a public school system in the USA within the last 46 yrs., then you have learned, sometimes, the words  "Today's society relies mainly on lower tiers of information for truth" commonly utilized by revisionist historians (A Guide for learning and teaching The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of the US using... by Joseph Andrews; 2001; p.10).
           
          Another example is relating to the Gulf Spill as "Old Spill is Worst in US History" without even considering BP's work or the Not Determined cause of the spill in the first place!  Totally forgetting the remoteness of Prince William Sound, that the coating oil from freezing and the ecology of Alaska continues the 1300 miles of shoreline damage and 11,000 Sq. miles of Ocean.  "However, one of the most stunning revelations of Trustee Council-funded monitoring over the last ten years is that Exxon Valdez oil persists in the environment and in places, is nearly as toxic as it was the first few weeks after the spill.
          This was not expected at the time of the spill or even ten years later. In 1999, beaches in the sound appeared clean on the surface. Some subsurface oil had been reported in a few places, but it was expected to decrease over time and most importantly, to have lost its toxicity due to weathering. A few species were not recovering at the expected rate in some areas, but continuing exposure to oil was not suspected as the primary cause. (Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Trustee Council)."  This Leads to Alinski Tactic #11 last is best for these blind and deaf, one-sided thinkers:
 
5.   In the requirements of the position a candidate is running to fulfill, and of  those trying to decide who to vote for, Ask yourself: What part of the position is involved? Is the position even mentioned in the campaign? Does the personalization add information to either candidate's ability to meet the, in CA's case, the extreme danger & pressure our State has been placed under by 1" fish  v.  water for agriculture and people all over the not only this State, but also the Globe? And as a result of  Union's cost on every level of government in the 58 Counties of this State with abandonment of  CA Constitution: "Article I: Declaration of Rights: 7:1 b) A citizen or class of citizens may not be granted privileges or immunities not granted on the same terms to all citizens. Privileges or immunities granted by the Legislature may be altered or revoked.", does the candidate, proposition, taxpayer gain or who gets the most money at what cost? 
 
Here are some of the ethics of  'means':  In a separate chapter he suggests that the perennial question, "Does the end justify the means?" is meaningless as it stands: the real and only question regarding the ethics of means and ends is, and always has been, "Does this particular end justify this particular means?" = both examples above.
Alinski continues by stating several rules of the ethics of means and ends:
--Judgment must be made in the context of the times in which the action occurred and not from any other chronological vantage point.
--The judgment of the ethics of means is dependent upon the political position of those sitting in judgment.
--Generally, success or failure is a mighty determinant of ethics.

Alinski takes government by utilizing Using the People's ignorance against them.

A positive way to judge candidates and your vote is read the "Voter's Pamphlet" especially the way the Law Shall Actively Read - in the back.  "..This exercise should provide the students with knowledge for deciding on candidates whom they believe are in tune with the true meaning of the Constitution.  This is only proper since they (Shall) have to take an oath to support it, if elected. Interrogating candidates from a Constitutional viewpoint will accomplish one of two goals: it will either provide constitutionally minded candidates with an opportunity to elaborate on it, or it will encourage those who don't know to learn more about it. It may embarrass some at first (I often wonder how many have ever read it), but it will gradually send a message that may encourage them to understand it and follow it. (p.20; A Guide for Learning...stated above)."

This does make the contrast which is responsible for the huge chasm between the continuum between Constitutional, Conservative Right______________to Progressive-Socialist Left.  There is much more involved which each can accomplish by: Research -- Reason -- Relate -- Report or Classical Learning Methods long abandon in public schools; not in charter or home schooling; and not by adults who are self-learners.

The Continuing Saga of this Executive Branch's ability to make Executive orders, cabinet regulations without regard to factual information....

          "...Schwarzenegger also had counted on $140 million in proceeds from a lease for an oil drilling project off the Santa Barbara coast that would fund state parks. But last week the governor dropped his support for the proposal after the huge oil spill in the Gulf of Mexico. It is not clear how the governor plans to pay for parks now."  (Previous blog suggested that 'community get togethers' from churches, service organizations, baseball-soccer, football teams, and senior dance teams and any other interested group "Adopt-a-park" and ask for resources as donations or discounts to maintain our parks, camping grounds, and public places, walking and hiking trails. "Adopt-a-Park, Campground, trail, etc." is a great example of a Democracy in a Republic. 'We the people' perform and control our environment. One community has here in San Diego:-)  ---back to business at hand...

          But more important are examples of Saul Alinski's tactics: Rule 1: Power is not only what you have, but what an opponent thinks you have. If your organization is small, hide your numbers in the dark and raise a din that will make everyone think you have many more people than you do. Rule 3: Whenever possible, go outside the experience of an opponent. Here you want to cause confusion, fear, and retreat. Rule 9: The threat is more terrifying than the thing itself.

          Alinski and his ethics: ".. the only question regarding the ethics of means and ends is, and always has been, "Does this particular end justify this particular means?" The judgment of the ethics of means is dependent upon the political position of those sitting in judgment. Judgment must be made in the context of the times in which the action occurred and not from any other chronological vantage point. Concern with ethics increases with the number of means available and vice versa. Any effective means is automatically judged by the opposition as being unethical. You do what you can with what you have and clothe it with moral garments." 

          It is important to remember that Obama taught students Saul Alinski's methods, that this President uses both the tactic and the ethics/lack of - constantly; and that you could play a matching game with combinations of tactics/ethics alongside virtually any topic this Executive Branch with  its Cabinet (only the President is elected by "consent of the governed"). Both vitalized by Executive Orders and Cabinet Regulations - neither having any relation to both Congress and the consent of the governed). Like the twisting, hairlike threads of microscopic neurofibers, these two groups wind their way about every nook and cranny that makes up our Nation. Judgement, one sided and blind, "dependent on the political position of those sitting in judgement; along with going outside the experience of the opponent to cause confusion and retreat, are the working rules of ethics and tactics. The oil spill in itself doesn't contain fear; but the environmentalist's using damage to the environment is utilizing fear. In this case, the fear of the memory from 1300 Coastline miles of cold, remote Prince William Sound where 10.8 million gallons/250,000 barrels of crude spilled and coated due to cold, everything within the Valdez Oil spill.  Environmentally, the Valdez Spill is the worst oil spill in history! It rates 59th in the order of crude oil spill in the world and 1st in the United States. The night of the Gulf Spill on the 11p.m. CBS News said the gulf spill could be greater than the Valdez spill.

          No location, in any media, regardless of its form, has the following basic ratio between barrels and gallons been written or expressed: 1 barrel of crude oil = 42gallons of crude oil. The world use of crude oil measurements is often in  U.S.tons or tones(t). Our news is using gallons and as of  5/11 - today, that represents 4 million gallons @ approximately 210,000 gallons/day; or 95,238 barrels @ approximately 5,000 barrels/day of warm, accessible, runny crude from 5000 feet deep water and sand. 

          This represents the information that President Obama and his White House Gang(WHG) used to declare a stop to offshore oil drilling; and our governor used for the above paragraph lifted from "Steve Frank's Capitol News". The WHG would not use Exxon Valdez because of the "chronology rule" and because the comparison fades when comparison is utilized. Can't get fear out of Gulf Spill.  So, just make it another decree by the President supported by lemming California's current Democratic - Progressive - Socialist Legislature. The Gulf Oil Spill was not meeting "the means" test at the time when correspondingly - the Kangaroo trial of Goldman-Sachs was in full yelling, foul-mouthed, one-sided opinionated blows by one of the Congressional participants in the 'Real Estate Bubble', was doing OK because "the means is trading on ignorance".  While the signing of the Arizona Senate Bill which allows arrest of illegal aliens under the existing Federal Code of Regulations for the United States of America, was and continues Alinski/Obama success of  "the end justify's the means" by trading on ignorance of many of the Mexican people in the USA, the use of flat and open Mis/absent information to generate more confusion and anger plus the "Obama/Alinski, Lemming Majority Legislation of Sacramento" following the ignorant City of Los Angeles joining the "Judgement - justifying the Means".  The pressure, yelling, mobs, calling Arizona's legislature every name possible including civil rights violators - much to the chagrin of Arizona Citizens and 75% of Americans, who have been the at the receiving end of illegal aliens cost of care, safety, gang, death, imprisonment and economy for too many years.  It is also a word game common to this Administration:  Illegal Immigrant is one who should be taken care of because he does the work no-one else will do, should be given what-ever, along with other tax-payer supported privileges and immunities of citizens - sans any Right to citizenship. But then, Progressive Socialist use 'fairness and rights' which defines as 'agree with me or you are the opposition'; and that 'means of vocabulary' depends on the most current chronology of judgement without use of past chronology history offers.  It made Obama and the WHGang mad! Hooray-that's one for the United States of America!  The Sovereign State of Arizona has the American Common Sense and Initiative to use existing law and embrace it to assist in resolving their multiple problems resulting from illegal aliens since the Federal government refused---again.  Illegal Alien means someone crossing our Sovereign Borders without obeying Immigration Law and without proper papers who may or may not have broken any other law -- but is not entitled to the privileges and immunities of Legal Immigrants who most often become Naturalized American Citizens earning the rights and costs of being an American!

          We're still in the "corresponding parts" of Alinski's Tactics/self-defined Ethics because "Financial Overhaul" is another "Patient Protection and Affordable Act" Cage which holds the loss of "Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness for the Sovereign Individual Named "Sovereign Business-Commerce"; And is the Knife to the Heart of the United States of America:  ".. and to assume among the Powers of the Earth, the SEPARATE AND EQUAL STATION to which the LAWS OF NATURE (Science) and the LAWS OF NATURE'S GOD (Scripture****) Entitle Them, a decent Respect to the Opinions of Mankind Requires...(because "impel to separation" is not the Only "Opinions of Mankind")....  and WE HOLD THESE TRUTHS TO BE SELF-EVIDENT, that All Men are Created Equal, that they are endowed by their CREATOR with Certain Unalienable Rights..".  Here is Alinski's answer to the Declaration:
In the first chapter's opening paragraph, Alinsky writes,
"What follows is for those who want to change the world from what it is to what they believe it should be. The Prince was written by Machiavelli for the Haves on how to hold power. Rules for Radicals is written for the Have-Nots on how to take it away".[1]*  Add Cloward-Piven's Plan to Destroy Capitalism (Shut-off of Water in CA's Central Valley) to equal the completed Socialist-Progressive Control the United States of America.    Then add Obama's alliance with other socialist countries and Europe can all.....become the same as Greece, the European Union, Spain, Portugal... Not totally Britain! It's election reflects what the British Individual is seeing take place here in the USA,  has its 'Rights of Man' and does recognize, however differently, the need for an individual's expression of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness - less related to money/society class now - than in its history; although that tug-of-war may be a source of some of its strife.

         To place together Obama/Alinski-Emmuel/White House and their definition of 'Change' they believe they own a 'right to' as a result of the '08 election'  so that their 'judgement' and definition of the "pursuit of Happiness"  as demonstrated by:        1) Gulf Oil spill;   2) Goldman-Sachs; 3) Illegal Aliens - Alinski's/Obama's Immigrants; 4) "Financial Reform" resulting --should Republicans go to sleep-- Much Greater Damage to The United States of America than the "Patient Protection and Affordable Act"!  Market Place Finance affects money on paper and real value 100 cents on the dollar.  It is the Stock Market that absorbs the Debt that flows, transforms it into real dollars which all kinds of people - business use to buy and sell for the purpose of making a profit - and makes the money flow circle work throughout government, business, and every single individual regardless of Anything In Life, Liberty, And The Pursuit-Of-Happiness!!!!!  The market place corrects the discounted government dollar so that when every individual who pays taxes, pays in 100 cent dollars. Remember $1.00 Federal dollar is divided into 50parts + cost of Pork fat barrels. Health care, stimulus, jobs, grants to every bill & act through this Socialist Administration is passed on the work earnings of  majority of Americans.

Outcomes from the mis-absent information regarding all Four of the Above simultaneous Obama/Alinski-Emmanuel/WHGang  continuous, evolving issues and events.....until 1/20/13 when this Executive Branch office ends.  Americans and Republicans Remember:  the tactics are in the EXECUTIVE BRANCH - not elected and consisting of non-cleared Czars who are responsible for instigating much of the Regulations out of each of the Cabinets! When we replace lemming, Socialist-Progressive Democrats in the Legislature, that will not stop the actions and activities of the Cabinets especially related to HHS, Homeland Security, Energy, Environment, Treasury - although it might slow them down.  Obama/Emmanuel have bypassed the Legislative Branch by using the Power of the Senate whip and The Speaker against their own party.

BP is at the receiving end of news commentators eager to attack another 'big business' and the Obama/Alinski Connection! The "fair facts" regarding the Gulf Spill, especially relating to becoming worse than Exxon Valdez, are not worthy of mention beyond the fact that Associated Press has no intention of enabling the 5W's with How, now than it did eight plus years ago during the Bush Administration.  In fact, if those of you genuinely interested in the 5W's and H, please go to BP.com and watch the 55 min video: "Technical Briefing and Update 10 May 2010".  You Shall find it under the red tab 'Gulf of Mexico response'.  In the first 15 min, you will learn more than the first 21 days of media journalism and television because: 1) there have been more than 5,000 wells drilled over 20 years at depths greater than 1000 feet; and this is the FIRST ACCIDENT OF THIS KIND! 2) Every Major Oil Corporation in the industry is studying the Science of oil drilling. Because it is a first, every step taken is new and learning by doing is the watch word. (This part was  really interesting mix of science with logic plus water, mud, pressure). 3) The Shoreline booms have not yet been breached and the oil is still far from shore. 4) The number of fishermen, volunteers, oil men involved is tremendous and will stop the shore line.  5) When questioned about the cause: answered that the preventer is already part of evidence in the trial - even before anyone can get to it. Answerer also said it is as much evidence for the Oil Business as it is for the courtroom. That offshore drilling worries will resolve in whatever time it takes; but you cannot draw conclusions without the results of the investigation(!)....there is much more...!!!

          As a result of the insulting Progressive-Socialism of Obama/Alinski-Emmanuel/WHG, the real story of the BP Gulf Spill, like the real story of Goldman-Sachs, Arizona's Illegal Aliens, and money flow through business in America; may never be told because the "media information resources" have an agenda of $$$$$ and Compromise with an admittedly unethical and unjust group of few people who hold power until 1/20/13!

The BP Video should be on television as its own informational show.  But, of course popular media does not want its movie-rag-funny-music-tattletailing show and game shows with comedy inbetween.  So the 50's GE Theatre, Omnibus, understanding history and religion type shows will not be seen. Arizona's Immigration Law, the Oil Spill, defining who the bad guy is and .....

We all know the Obama Government is incapable of arguing for anything that promotes America or American ideals which include the Federal Government's responsibility to secure all borders including access by water-ways. It is unconscionable that the one-sided, blind, deaf, and unable to read Federal Code of our current U.S. Attorney General that allows him the force to get angry at a Sovereign State of Arizona for taking action to protect its own sovereignty, safety, and economics from illegal aliens crossing the border. Illegal Aliens are not limited to those people from Mexico although a majority are because of propinquity. Illegal Aliens also involved human slavery, bondage, drugs, common thieves, kidnapping including white, young women who simply disappear south of the border; terrorists and enemies of the United States of America. The other illegal aliens here in California, are worse in terms of enemies of the USA & drugs via planes and ocean; but since the California Legislature is made up of Obama Lackeys, there is no conscious thought on their part, of how wrong state to state sanctions would be primarily in terms of the ethics of sovereignty but also the Constitutions of the United States and both States. Although it is interesting to note that the last Dec 09 airplane mis-bomb and the man who stood in front of the street camera, presumably because he didn't know it was there - except he stands in the middle of the alleyway and knows which-way to position his body so his back faces the camera. Otherwise, he wouldn't have known, should have been more nervous, and doesn't expect to be punished (per smirk in his photo) by the same US-AG who doesn't recognize Federal Codes 8 Sections 1373(c), 1304(e), 1306(a), 1229(a) and that only gets us to page 4 of the actual Arizona Senate 1070 legislation with clear statement of the intent and goals; which is not to attack skin color or race let alone civil rights - which are not attacked at all!  Arizona People of whatever skin color, race, or what-ever, are people of human nature they like legal immigrants, they do not like finding the dead from dehydration in the desert. Protecting sovereignty is equally important as an individual's civil rights, but not 'the other-civil rights defined by Progressives'.  Just like the reigning of this very inconsistent, faulty Administration with too much Executive license to force, demand, usurp, and judge all people not of their progressive-socialist mind-set.

Should we even mention the lack of traditional life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness absent from the Obama health act - which also dictates that all Medicare/caid recipients Shall Be Members of The Patient Protection and Affordable Act- per the dictates of Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Emmanuel, Stern, Czars, Bureaucrats that exist now and are planned in the near future - unless our Supreme Court can work with both the Declaration of Rights and the Constitution of Law - Both are at Stake!  So, Mr. U.S AG, don't talk about civil rights for people who break United States Law as well as the security, safety, and economics of one of 4 Border States on the South side.  All the sovereign citizens as well as the 4 sovereign States are well aware that borders with illegal aliens are something that has been constantly ignored for more years than Obama has in age; but that does not excuse this Administration's idea that somehow, these illegal aliens are separated-out  for so-called 'civil rights abuses', so that the votes they represent and the future union members they might become, should amnesty be allowed for your Progressive-Socialism's requirements to dominate all American economics, development, medicine, including removing each individual's sovereign property named Automobiles via environmental terrible oil!

That brings us to this President and  the Governor of California's - need to close off shore drilling for oil due to an oil spill of not than 16.36% of the Valdez Oil Spill at Prince William Sound - a much more remote and colder area to clean than the Gulf.  Comparison to Valdez was made on Monday's 4/26, 11pm CBS news "This could be worse than the Exxon Valdez spill of 1989!".  No-one anywhere has made the equivalent of 1 Gallon = 0.024 Barrel of oil with the comparison of the fact that Valdez spilled 628,571.43 barrels on colder, more remote area land - the oil is thick and sticks to what it touches!  Not so in the Gulf.  Plus, everyone is working to minimize the damage of approximately 39,000 barrels spilled, but with 3 months to go.  Since our President and our State's Governor do not know the difference between the oil in the Mississippi Valley of the Gulf and the 3 mile deep at most - TAR based oil offshore California -- it is extremely incorrect to make any comparisons of either risk, danger to habitat, or anything else here in California.  Tar doesn't run off. It isn't deep. And slant drilling is used which is remarkable for its safety.  In view of Our State's economics, especially with the Federal Judge for this Obama Administration with its league of environmental ethics of animals and plants before the needs of humans to an extreme, beyond reason degree directed to both nuclear and petroleum; then destroying of homes, person, property, effects through unreasonable seizure of water; and the effects on the production of local, State, Federal, and World supplies of food --- it is hard to imagine any reasoned, ethical purpose in stopping either the off-shore oil needs or the Agricultural requirements for water here in California;  except to destroy California's economy by doing more damage than California's Progressive-Liberal-Union Legislature has done while working to make laws, the union's bureaucrats write the Regulations to support; and both vi to see who can get rid of the most of California's people or businesses in the shortest amount of time.

We have spoken of California's broken borders - ocean included - but our candidates for Sheriff sure do know the score - California zero / illegal aliens what ever you want.  But that is just like our taking care of the homeless to the tune of 35% especially during winter months; and something like 1/3rd of the inmates, another Federal district judge declared unhealthy for prisoners, are from Mexico. Our Federal government doesn't support the Mexican Inmates. Mexico won't take them back! Just like Arizona, California- in fact none of the Mexican Border States -receive Federal assistance for economic costs and losses to legal immigrants and citizens.  Just the votes illegals, just the votes!!

Like always, this writer shall continue to point-out the connections between Arizona at the receiving end of this Administration and its blind supporters, who only recognize civil rights violations against illegal aliens and war criminals. Never, never Americans naturalized or natural, but always accused and fingerprinted, scanned, searched, generally held up, as the bad guys continue: the 12/09 bomber, the NY amateur. It is much easier for a too big, tyrannical government that has way over-stepped its boundaries, to track the good-guy Americans; as opposed to defend the bad guy illegals and prisoners of war.  It also results in spending more money than any taxpayer has - so this Administration gets to destroy business right along with the workers they try to employ with tax-money gone to pork barrels and only certain, nicely conforming States - not those Tea Partier extremists defending the Declaration, Constitution and the United States of America.

This against exactly what the founders were trying to protect the individual from:  the Progressive - Democracy of this over-stuffed, self-aggrandized, defined law only as the progressive's decide that results in the worst for our Nation: no integrity - no Nature and Nature's God - No with the consent of the governed - no "And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm Reliance on the Protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our Sacred Honor.".    No belief or even respect for the Power and Glory of God.  The harping is because this kind of thinking Shall continue with this Socialist-Progressive-Democracy, Obama-Alinski, Emmanuel/WhiteHouse gang with czars, and Cloward-Piven for kangaroo courts which include AIG, Chrysler, Private Medical Insurance, Profits of Wallstreet vs the union meaning of Main Street, for as long as they are permitted to be holding office in 'We the people in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility.." ooops!

Remember, the number of votes to win an election DOES NOT establish any one individual's right to change the Form of Government of the United States of America according to both the Declaration of Principle and the Constitution of Law to protect the individual from too large a Progressive-socialist group of few men!!
The Form our Government takes can only be changed by We the People with Article V!  Remember the Progressive-Socialist Obama Government is in Violation of Article IV:4 which Shall Guarantee a Republic Form of Government.  100% of Americans with 6% of GNP in One Branch of Government - Executive where only One Individual is Elected - is Not a Representative Republic form of Government!!! Nor is the Judicial Federal District Courts elected - all are appointed with force of the majority or the 'tyranny of numbers'. 

That is why it Shall remain very important to recognize that the word 'Congress' coming together in 'concert' or harmony Means There Must Be Two - Not One - Votes From The Opposition Party!  So Republican Congress-members - Do Not Join and Do Not Compromise any more of our Declaration of Independence and our Supreme Law of the Land than you have to....Please uphold your Oath of Office! You have been performing exemplary and I count myself as a Very Proud Republican!
