Writing law, regulation, statutes by any level of government relating to behavior, to life-pursuit of happiness-liberty, and the tools to compete and exercise these natural rights, is a Crime.

Veto: 2) AB 144: Ban on Open Carry of Unloaded Handgun (those who live in Assemblyman Portantino – need to target this nay-gator of Constitutional Principle and Law). Clearly and openly a violation of Bill of unalienable - natural right - #2!

This is a law meant for ‘Control of righteous citizen” specifically for the benefit of the group named ‘power of government’ over the rights of “person” of Constitution. Veto: 4) SB 427 - Ammunition registration!!!!!?????  How could anything be more blatant than infringing on the working purpose of “arms”.  BTW here is the 1828 definition of ‘Arms’: 1. Weapons of offense, or armor for defense and protection of the body.

And here is why the government defines its need to be involved with “Arms”:  4. In law, arms are any thing which a man takes in his hand in anger, to strike or assault another.”  Meaning, like so many of government’s regulations: if we control the righteous citizen, then we can catch the bad person(s)! But remember - especially in law - can’t go after anyone until After a crime is committed.

Veto: 5) SB 819 - Redirection of Dealer Record of Sales Fee (DROS): DOJ as a government regulator will be able to take money from enforcement of local laws relating to firearms possession. Purpose of money is to fund backgrounds checks for purchasers. Excess money has already been taken by Governor Brown for the $304,804,669 + Billion State Debt which is at $9,945.00 per citizen - with Fed at $174,921.00 per citizen.

This means there is no agreement between the elected agents of “We the People” which means...absolutely “NO” you do not have permission to go forward for governor signing into Law.   And also means, election 2012 getting rid of the Portantino-Bass-Et.al’s. shall nullify the law from going into effect!!!

There is not one location in any founding document that mentions amount of wealth, obtaining health care, sexual orientation, physical description, dietary habits, environmental living requirements, money management (except for bankruptcy), Research and Development with invention, exploration of God's Universe and this Globe, be  determined and defined by goverment, at any level, but especially appointed, government agents of special group-named Union Member of Closed shop, working in 2600 Agencies of federal government, making 1000 Regulations for every 1-one- "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.".

Here is a basic concept which is totally absent from any grey-brain cells this man named President possesses as a member of homo sapiens:   One Rich (greater than $250,000.00) Person decides to build a Home and lets place the home at the top of a hill, or the best choice of that "person's" description of Pursuit of happiness.  This 'rich person' shall employ 10's of thousands of person's wealthy or not, in creating the rich person's definition of his happiness. NOT ONE RED CENT of Taxpayer Money is required to perform this feat of '.. billionaires (or slurs builder) same as plumber or teacher. ... makes me a warrior ...because the I see the class warfare as a wage against middle class for a decade now."    

It doesn't really matter whether the '$251,000 person' uses as their tax-free Foundations of the wealthy to provide $7 million for a Gerontology Program for Nurses; or to increase the R&D, production and distribution of their products; to mentor (as Soros has for Obama); or to support the political-social-historical-religious-personal choice, - their contribution to this Nation is beyond measure...  

And Remember, the wealthy's donations of private,  public education as schlorships, DOES NOT  include the 'earnings of person's taxe $$$$$$$$$, GIVEN AWAY as Grants for Obama care (1 million to each of the 122 new agencies, boards, study groups for 5 years, of this 'Flagship of Social Plunder' - not in any manner attached to quality, person-centered, physician delivered health care) and to education, now under the Executive Branch of government with student loans 100% Federal government provided at same interest rate as private loans, through the same "Patient Protection and Affordable Act". 

This man named President does only see culture, sexual deviation, class, amount of wealth, race, all characteristics of mankind as the group-mind so important for socialism to organize againstsovereignty of person as "..endowed by thier Creator with certain unalianable rights..", "..assume among the powers of the earth, the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them.."

While  'persons' who think number, mass, collective of people as much more important than principle of representative republic form of government, they  readily buy into this group-minded solution which has never worked in the history of mankind...all of it including the nations,  people, and persons in The Bible!

In 2009,  Didn't we (ALL USA -both parties) pretty-much, stop this stupid, blind-deaf nonsense!!?


This "Super-blind and deaf-Committee" is totally devoted to the status quo of government with 2600 APPOINTED Agencies  making 1000 Regulations for FCR while "We the People's" "All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in  'a Congress'.." makes One - 1 - Law.  We the People's Congress is silenced by the "Super-blind and deaf-Committee" so characteristic of Pelosi-Reid-Scummer-Czars- and at least 2 members of the Whitehouse with KNOWN TIES to the Islamic brotherhood - (the group building the community center on ground zero).  


SINCE the acuity of 'blind and deaf' is so large that it cannot function unless the existing Soros-Obama-open society of social justice, absent the Laws of God; and choosing exclusively that information which fits into 'the UN usurpations' with Zeitgeist,  THEN when the "up-down vote" is demanded and dictated -- do what Jesus instructs in Matthew: wipe your feet and your hands - then your back as you vote ABSOUTELY 'NO' to any work, at taxpayer expense, which occurs with this anti-law committee!  The taxpayer expense means 'Vote NO' very fast to limit more waste of time along with money!!


The 'super' committee cannot even recognize it is absent any sense of priority for saving the tax-loophole, business owner who creates the "revenue" this and all levels of government have come to call: 'government's right to the property of citizens who earn their dollars'. 


This confiscatory - killer shark - random search and destroy for the food named $$$$$$$$$$$$ REQUIRES RESPONSIBILITY WITH INTEGRITY from every "person" who thinks of them-self as AMERICAN of ONE NATION UNDER GOD before Party! This Pelosi-Reid styled form of Law-writing with their definition of permission given via the 16th Amendment blank Check - is totally void any concept that Government is the Reason for Trillions in Debt - loss of business with jobs, except in the 15% increase in closed-shop, union based bureaucratic employees - and increases in college education ($7000+ dollars for a Certificate Course in Private Edu) through don't expect a job unless you go to college - with college costs controlled, by government!!!


This 'super' disaster of a committee costing millions more of taxpayer dollars, cannot even comprehend that the first direction for saving taxpayer dollars is the 2600 Agencies that rule the roost while fettering away our Nation's Supreme Law via Regulations. 



The super committee is absent any recognition of antilaw actions of the 2600 Agencies against "Constitutional Person and Person-as-business" exemplified by: Gibson Guitar's importing of ebony (several score years worth - legally) v. do as we say Department or we will put you out of business; HHS Director dictating that taxpayer's ($76,000+/citizen debt) money Shall be given to ILLEGAL ALIENS (Bastiat's Social Plunder - aka pirate treasure for young folk not of English Grammar); internet taxation and censorship by invisible-unaccountable content-software writers; 1 Salmonella Egg in 10's of thousands!; a form of E. Coli as fecal contaminent - well known to all food prep and handling - as a somehow requiring more regulation; takeover of not only public, but also Private education.....and so much more with 2600 hiring the 15% increase in workers - coincidentally members of SEIU - who receive the taxpayer money as a guaranteed retirement, very few private workers receive.
