Recently some critics have accused me of bullying state employees. Headlines in California papers this month have been screaming "Gov assails state workers" and "Schwarzenegger threatens state workers."

I'm doing no such thing. State employees are hard-working and valuable contributors to our society. But here's the plain truth: California simply cannot solve its budgetary problems without addressing government-employee compensation and benefits.

As former Speaker of the State Assembly and San Francisco Mayor Willie Brown pointed out earlier this year in the San Francisco Chronicle, roughly 80 cents of every government dollar in California goes to employee compensation and benefits. Those costs have been rising fast. Spending on California's state employees over the past decade rose at nearly three times the rate our revenues grew, crowding out programs of great importance to our citizens. Neglected priorities include higher education, environmental protection, parks and recreation, and more.

Much bigger increases in employee costs are on the horizon. Thanks to huge unfunded pension and retirement health-care promises granted by past governments, and also to deceptive pension-fund accounting that understated liabilities and overstated future investment returns, California is now saddled with $550 billion of retirement debt.

The cost of servicing that debt has grown at a rate of more than 15% annually over the last decade. This year, retirement benefits—more than $6 billion—will exceed what the state is spending on higher education. Next year, retirement costs will rise another 15%. In fact, they are destined to grow so much faster than state revenues that they threaten to suck up the money for every other program in the state budget. (See the nearby chart.)

I've held a stricter line on government employment and salary increases than any governor in the modern era (overall year-to-year spending has increased just 1.4% on my watch). Nevertheless, employee costs will keep marching upwards because of pension promises, and they will never stop doing so until we get reform.

At the same time that government-employee costs have been climbing, the private-sector workers whose taxes pay for them have been hurting. Since 2007, one million private jobs have been lost in California. Median incomes of workers in the state's private sector have stagnated for more than a decade. To make matters worse, the retirement accounts of those workers in California have declined. The average 401(k) is down nationally nearly 20% since 2007. Meanwhile, the defined benefit retirement plans of government employees—for which private-sector workers are on the hook—have risen in value.

Few Californians in the private sector have $1 million in savings, but that's effectively the retirement account they guarantee to public employees who opt to retire at age 55 and are entitled to a monthly, inflation-protected check of $3,000 for the rest of their lives.

In 2003, just before I became governor, the state assembly even passed a law permitting government employees to purchase additional taxpayer-guaranteed, high-yielding retirement annuities at a discount—adding even more retirement debt. It's as if Sacramento legislators don't want a government of the people, by the people, and for the people, but a government of the employees, by the employees, and for the employees.

For years I've asked state legislators to stop adding to retirement debt. They have refused. Now the Democratic leadership of the assembly proposes to raise the tax and debt burdens on private employees in order to cover rising public-employee compensation.  

 But what will they do next year when those compensation costs grow 15% more? And the year after that when they've risen again? And 10 years from now, when retirement costs have reached nearly $30 billion per year?   And the year after that when they've risen again? And 10 years from now, when retirement costs have reached nearly $30 billion per year?    That's where government-employee retirement costs are headed even with the pension reforms I'm demanding. Imagine where they're headed without reform.

My view is different. We must not raise taxes or borrow money to cover up fundamental problems.

Much needs to be done. The Assembly needs to reverse the massive and retroactive increase in pension formulas it enacted 11 years ago. It also needs to prohibit "spiking"—giving someone a big raise in his last year of work so his pension is boosted. Government employees must be required to increase their contributions to pensions. Public pension funds must make truthful financial disclosures to the public as to the size of their liabilities, and they must use reasonable projected rates of returns on their investments. The legislature could pass those reforms in five minutes, the same amount of time it took them to pass that massive pension boost 11 years ago that adds additional costs every single day they refuse to act.

And after they've finished passing those reforms, they could take another five minutes to pass legislation terminating the annuity give-away they passed in 2003 and ending the immoral practice of pension fund board members accepting gifts or even campaign contributions from lobbyists, salesmen, unions and other special interests.

Reforming government employee compensation and benefits won't close this year's deficit. It will, however, protect the next generation of Californians from overwhelming burdens. The same is true with respect to the other reform I'm demanding—the establishment of a rainy-day fund so that legislators can't spend temporary revenue windfalls.

All of these reforms must be in place before I will sign a budget.

I am under no illusion about the difficulty of my task. Government-employee unions are the most powerful political forces in our state and largely control Democratic legislators. But for the future of our state, no task is more important.

Mr. Schwarzenegger is the governor of California.

Thank you, Gov. Schwarzenegger! You are Right On and absolutely correct in his commentary.  What is also true is that the above applies to probably every one of the 47 States wearing budgetary red; including our Federal Government!

Another 'Truth' not even addressed is the fact that the "Protected Class" of Union Administration and wage-earner is not allowed in the U.S Constitution nor in the California Constitution:

U.S. Constitution: Amendment X:  Not Federal, Not State, therefore the people's business.  Amendment XIV: Citizens of the United States are citizens of the State in which they reside. "..No State shall make or enforce any law which shall abridge the privileges or immunities.." as citizens of the U.S.."..nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws.  Taxation is a law - unions are a special class of citizen receiving privileges and immunities other citizens do not receive.

California Constitution is also addressing the XIV in Article I:1; 3(b)2,4; 7(a)(b)  7(b) is copied here: (b) A citizen or class of citizens may not be granted privileges or immunities not granted on the same terms to all citizens. Privileges or immunities granted by the Legislature may be altered or revoked. 

No taxpayer who is non-union has his/her retirement account 100% covered - including for market losses - and spiking; the majority of non-union tax-paying earners don't even have retirement accounts both by choice and by opportunity - same is true of vacations, paid time off, or guaranteed jobs!  Government union members enjoy a closed shop Union, noncompetitive system!!!!

Federal Government and States have no grounds to enter into special agreements with any special group of citizens hired to perform the work of any level of government on the Federated Form triangle including increasing taxation for the purpose of paying the "Protected Class of Union Administration and Membership"; or confiscate additional taxpayer earnings for covering additional loses incurred by the taxpayer funded retirement plans of Union Administrators or members. Using taxpayer funds to 'spike'  the last year of a worker's earning to increase a retirement benefit appears fraudulent which doesn't require any constitution---just plain old, fashioned law!  


Most frequently Mutual Funds are from the resources of the Dow, Wilshire, Nasdac Markets, that union administrators of politicians love to call the enemy of 'Main Street'. This is the exclusive location of unions; because it is the rare corporation or business in the private sector that: 1) pays 100%, ever, for the benefit of retirement accounts; or 2) - covers any employees losses if the market topples down as it is now. The deficit to the Union Administrators - Member's retirement accounts, are among the Top Reasons, for increasing taxes from city to county to state to federal levels of government; and doesn't take in consideration for Commissions (311 in CA). Amendment XVI has never placed a limit on the Federal Branch of government to tax. That is one reason this Obama, Socialist Regime can continue to demand, force more taxes out of taxpayer earnings as Legal Plunder, a.k.a Social Justice in the Socialist circle of elitist power and money.

It is very difficult to understand why legislatures and governors tend to ignore the applications of American Principles the Constitutions supply.  And Remember, the U.S Constitution is to be read from 7-8yrs. throughout adult voting years as the duty of 'We the People' just powers governing the government! While State Constitutions aren't as well written in deductive to inductive logic, and the needed principles can be harder to find; the principles are present, but require more a discerning read. 

The blatant disregard of the individual's right to the pursuit of happiness; with the risk of loss or profit part of each person's own efforts; continues as a principle that the so-called 'Democratic-Socialist' Party cannot comprehend; and this Administration has no intention of respecting, attending, or supporting the Oath of Office to support the Supreme Law of the Land, as well as the California Left Legislature of either CA or U.S. Constitutions.


Use the Constitutions! That is what both exist to be used to stop the invasive, too large central with abandon of separation of power with the 'checks and balances' of overlapping of the 3 branches of Federal Government. Elected and about to be newly elected Representatives of The Republic to take State and Federal office: PLEASE LEARN AND TEACH THE PRINCIPLES OF DUTY, HONOR, LAW, SERVICE, IN GOD WE TRUST, ACCOUNTABILITY, LIBERTY, INDEPENDENCE, UNITY, SACRIFICE, GIFTS which establish the contents of the Constitution; learn and pay attention to Hamilton's Legislative Test; and get the Federal - especially Executive Branch out of areas it has proven incapable of handling and has no enumerated powers: Education, Environment, Energy, Medicine with both Medicare and -Caid, private insurance: College, medicine, unemployment with Social Security a choice for each recipient: invest, or the Fed's program without guarantee's that money deposited to the Treasury - will ever be returned because it is not the Government's business to guarantee any grant, loan, SS income from money a taxpayer provides. That is the reason the founders did not tax.  Money without ownership = irresponsibility especially without accountability(i.e. when a program is placed by an Act, and it cannot or does not meet the goal which caused the spent money; then Accountability requires the government to STOP THE PROGRAM).

Dear Cathy, According to the Special Inspector General for TARP, Washington has spent a total of $3.7 trillion on bailouts and Fed money-printing — NOT including trillions in other government guarantees — to fight this recession so far. Meanwhile, since the labor market began recovering a bit this year, a total of 654,000 jobs have been created. So let's do the math: Just divide $3.7 trillion spent by the 654,000 jobs that were created, and you'll see that Every one of those new jobs cost  a staggering $5,657,492 to create! That's more than an outrage; it's patently idiotic: The median income for full-time American workers is only about $45,000. At that rate, it will take nearly 126 long years for each new job to generate paychecks worth over $5.6 million! And with an average tax rate of 25 percent, it will take the government about five hundred years to recoup the money from income taxes. Worse: Despite the fact that Washington has thrown money at this recession like there's no tomorrow, nearly TEN MILLION Americans are still relying on unemployment checks to put food on the table: Right now, 4.45 million American workers are receiving regular unemployment insurance. Plus,  Another 5.28 million are receiving emergency benefits just extended again by Congress. If all this truly could plant the seed for a healthy recovery, it might pay off someday, somehow. But it's not working, and, just as the government's political and financial capital is running out, unemployment is RISING again: Just last week, initial jobless claims were expected to drop. Instead, they surged: A staggering 484,000 workers filed for unemployment benefits for the first time! Just as we've been warning you, this much-vaunted recovery is proving to be a sham. And what we're seeing in the cards for the months ahead is equally astounding. Comment: We hear from Mr. Obama's supporters that: 1. It is Bush's Fault:  Global War on Terror: "The world in which we live is a dangerous world, but a world with great opportunity.  We're involved in an ideological a struggle --- the likes of which we have seen before in our history.  It's an ideological struggle between those of us who love freedom and human rights and human dignity, and those who want to impose their dark vision on (all humans the world over).   (President George w. Bush, Emerald at Queensridge, Las Vegas, NV; January 28, 2008). "We are witnessing a carefully conceived assault, not isolated terrorist attacks, on the international system of respect for sovereignty and territorial integrity. The creation of  organizations such as Hezbollah (Iran) and al-Qaeda  (Mosque on Ground Zero) symbolizes that transnational loyalties are replacing national ones. ("Dr. Kissinger, After Lebanon, a flawed cease-fire won't end Hezbollahs's war against Israel; 9/10,2006)" .   Iran will eradicate Israel with or without a nuclear bomb.  The United States is Second: We have a President who deny's The Constitution of the United States of America; apologizes and performs an at the hip, with hand holding, and head down, bow to a leader of Islamic Leader (This video; plus 2 others, have been removed from U-Tube as this Government continues to define what information can or cannot be released to "...deriving their just powers from the Consent of Governed.." ).  Great Britain is third.  In the history of the world on this globe, Only Great Britain has brought God, Morality, Law, Education, Commerce, and learning individuality to most of the Nations occupying the world's space.  The U.S. and all freedom  and humanity respecting nations,  could learn from GB in dealing with the enemies of freedom including the poor, tyrannical 3rd world countries who prey on the ignorance of its own citizens; albeit with 'full- blown' human nature in tow. This President and cohorts, Cannot understand the difference between the morality of  "hallowed ground"; and No Mosque , with or without a community center, anywhere near Ground Zero and Freedom of Religion. 2. Debt.:  $800,000,000 is a large amount of taxpayer money.    As of 7:35pm, 8/26/10, the National Debt is $13,379,109,155,131.51 or $$43,298.25 for each citizen including all government employees, fire, police, teachers with their Union Administrations; all Congress members; all State Government Legislators with their staffs and departments, bureaus; County Government, and City Governments.  Subtract Pres. Bush's Admin. $12, 579,109,155,131.51 still remains.  This Administration continues to spend with the belief, that given enough time, a cascading effect will improve the 10% unemployment; the unwillingness, of knowledgeable business owners and leaders, to spend or hire in this Administration's "Main Street not Wall Street" - Executive Branch of Federal Government first.  This includes banking, investment, and all aspects of money flow through the world of Our Nation's independent and successful use of the Tool Called "Money", albeit with good 'ole human nature continuing it's dominance. 3. Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of Happiness   isn't part of the discussion during the Bush years because it is, after God, the choice for living on earth by each and every individual, according to each individual's use of his gifts, limits, religion, morality (doing the right action or thought because it is Intrinsic to managing anything a human does alone or with a group or with virtually any conceived human idea - along with Greek Philosophers). Pres. Bush and his Administration would not have conceived of "What the government can do for the people"!!!! This statement in the Declaration is included here because for this Administration, its cohorts from where-ever, work with social groups where the decision for action has been completed (including implementation) before it ever reaches "We the People" as elected representatives in a Republican form of  "guaranteed" government.  Again, trading on the forgetful, misunderstood differences of the citizens elected or not, who aren't sure, but think it is OK for the Executive Branch of government to take control of: 100% of medicine with 6% of GNP; Chrysler Motors via the President without due process, probable, cause, warrant, private property for public use, seizure of person, property, effects of an American Citizen CEO; profit of Global Warming at the expense of tax payer's earnings from work (Legal Plunder) and ability to use "eminent domain" to declare land fit for solar panels or wind machines; determine the nature of a "risky business" outside of government and how to implement strategies to use 'tax payer's earnings from work' to support what the government defines as 'risk'.  This list is to name just a few of the Mostly Un-Constitutional Acts by this Administration Against the "I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the REPUBLIC for which it Stands, One Nation, Under God, Indivisible, With Liberty and Justice for all". The Pledge does not address, neither does either the Declaration or the Constitution, a determination of definition or meaning of the principles we exist to maintain for ourselves AND for humanity the world over; to the Greater Number (Progressive, Socialist, Liberal, Survey, Poll, individual's identification of political alliance with or without a Party's Platform, Mission or representation of our Founders, Our Documents of Principle and Application of Principle to prevent exactly what this current Administration with cohorts in white house, congress, the world at large with emphasis on oil producing nations or nation's without regard for human rights and privileges.  President Bush and his Administration ended January 20, 2009.   The Government became the "change" of Mr. Barack Hussain Obama, who with his Administration represent the greatest insult to the religion and morality and to the principles in the Declaration and applied in the Constitution; -  greater or at least as great as Pres. Wilson! Millions of Americans disagree with this President.  He disagrees with millions of Americans, in every area addressed here or not.

Every human being on the Globe, ....

 no matter how intelligent or how deformed, mentally disabled----it includes animals from viruses to whales---is Given The Greatest Gift of Learning. Learning Starts from the Moment of birth; and continues throughout each persons journey to death--and thereafter. Mr. Obama, First Amendment vs. Morality

That's fine Pres. Obama; if freedom of religion were involved.

What is involved came in the first sentence of your Friday the 13th speech: "This, indeed, is hallowed ground."
Then went on to talk about the First Amendment.  Because of this, Karl Rove said it was the speed required from your speech writer, but neither of you recognized that you did not understand the meaning of 'hallowed' when all you had to do was to look at The National Cemetery to understand completely.  No mosques. No Community Centers. Just Love and Respect for the individuals and their families who have sacrificed their lives for Radical Jihad!

Mr. President, you have already expressed your opinion of the Constitution of the United States; do not support any part of it, until you need it: Like for your friends at Ground Zero or your attack on the State of Arizona for protecting the Borders you (& granted, others before you) ignored because so many elected and un-elected individuals, yourself include; have no idea of the responsibilities of American Character and Citizenship, few of the illegal aliens even know exist.

But the Articles and Amendments of our Constitution, while for any individual; requires American Citizenship and loyalty to the fights or positions of America. Like those from South of the Border States, the mosque group think that they can have anything, like First Amendment, without taking responsibility for anything that is wrong with its own religion; but can judge America!?

American Citizenship requires:
>Duty - When a Long Train of Abuses and Usurpations, Pursuing invariably the Same Object, Evinces a Design to Reduce Them Under Absolute Despotism, it is Their Right, it is Their Duty, to Throw Off Such Government;
>In God We Trust - A Firm Reliance on the Protection of Divine Providence;
>America is Blessed - And to Assume Among the Powers of the Earth, the Separate, but Equal Station;  >Independence - That These coloniesAre, and of right Ought To Be, Free and Independent States;
>Gifts - Endowed by Their Creator;
>Law - The Law of Nature and of Nature's God;
>Sacrifice - We Mutually Pledge to Each Other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our Sacred Honor;
>Liberty - Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness;  Unity - We therefore, the Representatives of the United States of America;
>Accountability - Appealing to the Supreme Judge of the World for the Rectitude of Our Intentions (not transparency it's different);
>Service - "56 men made an accomplishment that has blessed millions of people" over the last 234 years with 235 - under challenge by a few individuals. No member of the mosque has contributed to the fight against radical Islam...actually information is that the ground zero mosque leaders sympathize with the prisoners on Guantanamo and elsewhere.

Americans do not give way to a group of Islam who cannot recognize evil and take action against it; but demand a right not earned or respected by them.  To Repeat, President Obama, you have no authority over the Constitution which is written to be used and read from Elementary School to throughout adulthood.  It is not for attorneys, judges at any level, or you alone, Mr. President.  I have said,  This American Patriot Dares You; and of course, your consistent 'Don't know what you don't know' except for Socialism with Islam which is Not A Republican form of Government guaranteed by the Constitution you reject!  Learn to Listen, Mr. President or become just a man with two legs like all the rest of America!

You, your cohorts, including the leader of the desire for the mosque on Ground Zero believe that the first amendment is free without any responsibility; while most Americans think morality with respect to America  is much more important than giving religious freedom to a group, who could care less about the contributions made to Iraq and Afghanistan.  Members of religions who Remain Silent; while other lawless, borderless, killers of innocent individuals - including the women and children, of their own religion, Share The Guilt of the lawless.  Silence is Agreement, in law and principle since Saint, Sir Thomas Moore.  Radical jihad; has no "respect for borders or  principles of world order (Dr.Kissinger)"; for our soldiers who have died in war;  or in capture of contract, news-people by death for any reason Radical Jihad defines;  and  in service of the people of Iraq and Afghanistan by our State Department, and for no other reason than teeth make a difference to the health and welfare of any person any where on the Globe.

IF THAT QUESTIONABLE LEADER OF MOHAMMED WANTS.....

 TO BUILD HIS MOSQUE ON GROUND ZERO, TOO BAD! REWARDING RADICAL ISLAMIC MURDERERS SHALL NOT HAVE A "MOSQUE OF WINNING" ON OUR SOIL!  BEST TO SHUT HIS MOUTH AND LEAVE, NOT ONLY GROUND ZERO; BUT ALSO, THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA!  YOU HAVE NOT EARNED THE RIGHT TO SHARE THE GROUND OF OUR RELIGIOUS AND MORAL PEOPLE; OR OUR SOLDIERS FIGHTING TO HELP WITH SOME SORT OF LIFE, LIBERTY, AND THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS OF, BY, FOR THE CITIZENS OF THOSE MIDDLE EAST COUNTRIES WHERE DESPOTIC TYRANNY IS THE RULE!

On Politics in Obama's Administration, The Constitution and Ethics...

Among the problems occurring with the Socialist-Progressive-Islamic Upper Legislative and Executive Branch of Federal Level of this government is the avowed refusal: to pay attention to Oath of Office; content of Constitution; unless of course, it is required to establish ongoing superiority in government by power; without immediate consequence of their actions; or attention to "..deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed.."; or respect for the wage-earner - unless he/she is a Member of a Union - or the Legislators of Congress. The list continues:
---or the Enumerated Powers of the Federal Branch from ---Article I:8:15 "..and Repel Invasions;" one-sided immigration to be on hold - 1 week pre-election; "but we want to be clear, there is nothing political about this!".  Of course, this administration doesn't define Arizona as being invaded by drug cartels; because that won't fit into preconceived notions of the Obama White House, or the Union members living in the Southwest. Alinski (the Judge probably knows nothing about Alinsky; but should recognize the prejudice involved)! There are numerous other excursions around the Supreme Law of the Land  this President has, is, and will continue to take. Even with the experienced of correcting and swearing his Oath of Office Twice; before the Chief Justice he loves to hate. Neither Obama or Senate Socialist are aware that business is an individual with all the rights of an individual in law (Citizens United  v...), so they re-wrote the McCain-Feingold Act so far away from Constitutional content - it deserved the death it received. The biggest help the Obama-cohorts receive is 'don't ask - don't tell' relating to the Violations of the Constitution of the United States. If Congress and everyone in Obama's group can keep Americans uninformed regarding the severe, constant, violations - the popular, survey/poll-based politics can reign as the best method to deal with this illegal Administration

So much for Ethics, except Do Not Expect any 'change' from this President, or the members of his group around the White House. Their denial of  "..to assume among the Powers of the Earth, the separate and equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent Respect to the Opinions of Mankind...".  Because the vast majority of Americans do respect and believe in Both Documents, after 234 years: "Is it not the glory of the people of America, that whilst they have paid a decent regard to the opinions of former times and other nations, they have not suffered a blind veneration for antiquity, for custom, or for names, to overrule the suggestions of their own good sense, the knowledge of their own situation, and the lessons of their own experience? James Madison, Federalist #14.".  Such is the accuracy of understanding the Nature and Nature's God of Human Beings by our founders.  They are and were very special men - women without race and with religion and ethics so much a part of their lives that this following Newspaper article from Boston Gazette, and Country Journal dated March 12, 1770 (reproduction fac-simile from original copy):

It is shared, to be sure every American understands that the Colonists took God, Ethics, and Education of the young in the same manner at home and at school, as was true of every Adult and of education through the 1950's.  

The meaning of 'Politic, Political' is Immensely Important for the attention of each reader; because TeaPartier's don't want any part of "Politicians" and have "Zero Tolerance of Racism".  Not All Politicians are bad; and because 'politician', sadly, as is 'racism' intrinsic to human nature, anytime at least two human beings are together for a purpose...any purpose..anywhere..anytime..any reason..husband and wife..boyfriend-girlfriend..competing in sports..referees in sports..humans advancing in their professions...well, you know what is involved.  More important, you can see from the top paragraph, that at least one Administration has put together all the wrongs from T. Roosevelt, W. Wilson, F.D. Roosevelt, the Supreme Court justices sitting as "commerce", taxes, 'elastic clause'. With no limits and no control and no thought of cost or reference to the founders who said taxes would lead to the demise of the country.  The word 'commerce' is so far from the Original Meaning it is successful in "instead of  trying what meaning may be SQUEEZED OUT of the text, or INVENTED AGAINST IT,  conform to the PROBABLE ONE IN WHICH IT WAS PASSED. Thomas Jefferson, 1823."  'Elastic' is stretched so tight it is threatening to break our Nation as a Republic because of the usurping power of this administration.

Many of the political opposition and uninformed, like to use Democracy in relation to our Nation. Granted by founders, that Democracy sounds wonderful and does have a place in government at home, community organizations, and city government; but for the State or Federal level government, here is what John Adams said: "Remember democracy never lasts long.  It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy yet that did not commit suicide.".   Opposition politics including new Justices Sotomeyer and Kagan: Federal Government is Not the determiner of life, liberty, or the pursuit of Happiness - the Individual is -- and it is the Individual that the founders are addressing in our Declaration of Independence; and are protecting in the Constitution of the United States of America.  Both Documents are related: What is written in the Declaration is also covered by Articles and Amendments in the Constitution.

This President and his Administrative Supporters Must Have the word 'politics'  to make any Argument for their unethical and irreligious decisions for the 'Main Street' of the Union members. The opposition politicians have no regard for the risk, management, innovative, down-right hard work of any individual at any level of business performs day in and day out/often 365 days - no vacation and no retirement; now no medicine because 2 cents on the dollar or less is not a living so you don't buy your own health care; and what all business is doing is allowing every worker to be a 'self-contractor' and or hired at will - their and yours!

Government With Union is so synonymous that when you see the paving of roads 'we put our taxpayer-work-earned money' into; you realize that Union members may pay taxes like everyone else; but they receive taxpayer money every time they work plus every time they retire; and they have a closed shop meaning the Only Right To Work Belongs To The Union Member in government at all levels Nationwide! That is the reason No Stimulus - Taxpayer money - will Ever Produce Anything to Help This or Any Economy Any Where In The World!

The other 'Politics' is Republican. It like all human nature has its faults. I guess the Socialists put their faults into the group so the faults are so buried in confusion, misinformation, lies, and race wars; no-one will notice or have knowledge. On the other hand, The Republican Party is the Party of Small Government; Personal Responsibility, low taxes,  that translates into duty and accountability with Service tossed in also for many who hold office at every level of local to Federal Government. Our Party Members took a little time to realize, as is true of a lot of Americans to this day, that indeed, it is our Constitution along with healthcare and Finances is truly at risk for destruction due to the Socialist party is taking over via 6% GNP in the Executive Branch of the Practice of Medicine with 100% government involvement in College Loans; along with 100% of the flow of the business dollar because without appeal, due process, warrant or any 4th or 14th - let alone 5th Amendment, this Executive Branch can decide without benefit of business knowledge or ethics; that the risk is too high and TARP and close or again, Use The Taxpayer money, to bail them out....!


It is essential that the violations of Oath of Office both opposition Congressional Leaders, White House with their czars Never Allow Open Discussion Of Constitutional ViolationS of Articles and Amendments throughout each and every Act, Bill, or Regulation Passed by this Progressive-Socialist-Islamic with Democrat in there somewhere!  Please realize that the polls and surveys utilize the popular newspaper, media and commentary, especially with the Obama Faction view of government; to keep opinions, commentaries, judgments , opposition to  Obamacare; Gulf Spill in front of the news to add 'distraction' away from the Constitutional violations.  70% may agree with AZ's law; but not this Administration, Los Angeles City Council, 'Obama Lemming Party of California', and Mexico  which continue using any tactic-means/ethic of Obama/Alinsky/Immanuel possible.  Obama and cohorts must not let the Constitutional violations occur in the media, must not let any more of 'We the People' get information and involved in the violations, and must have Congress continue the 'Don't Talk--Don't Tell' ignoring of the violations.   Although, it will be a challenge to ignore the discovered Obama White house Memo which states that the Administration is willfulling attempting to circumvent the Federal Codes and Constitution to make illegal ALIENS - LEGAL!

It is mandatory to say Neither President Bush Nor Treasurer Paulson would have handled TARP by taking the taxpayer losses into the Stimulus. Some of the interest is returned but returned to the taxpayer; but had Mr. Bush and Paulson stayed, 100% would have been returned - even with this Progressive-Socialist Agenda since 2006. The Stimulus, along with walking into private property to fire a CEO again without a warrant without due process, without any regard for security of person, property, home, and effects, would not have enter the consciousness of either of the previous gentlemen!

Republicans are among the majority of US(A) going through shock, disbelief, angry, but trying to fix an American mistake. Still have members who don't understand how anyone person, like Obama could cause and perpetrate the problems he has through Arizona and the Gulf Spill alone.  These Republicans, as well as others in parties, do not like to read 'talk like this'.  I don't like to write 'talk like this'; but if my or our Nation is attacked then "I believe it is my duty to my country to love it, to support its Constitution, to obey its laws, and TO DEFEND IT AGAINST ALL ENEMIES.  This Administration used "Target, Freeze, don't let go against Pres. Bush" for eight years; and they continue to Use it plus Alinsky-Cloward-Piven for tactics and ethics against US(A), Now! They have decided and planned this semi-end, point of a plan that started first noticed in 1962 by Pres. Eisenhower and 1971 by John Welch.  Mr. Soros is old enough to span the two. This Administration Owns the Consequences.

The Republican Party here in California and in Congress, has held both forts with the very best service they could give the Citizens of this State and of the United States of America; against the odds of the majorities of Both! In Congress, they have held against tax increases and against the Health Act - some joined the financial Security Act because they didn't know how to Use the Constitution; now Republicans in Congress are learning how to use Hamilton's Legislation Rules and the "Declaration of Constitutional Principles" by Jon Roland work.  While any member can doubt themselves, the action with attempts at changing the minds of some lemming Democrats of the reasonable kind --worked.  But the Democrats have "I finally got them back into line!" leaders who don't trust or like 'we the people' as individuals any where including and especially in schools.  Republicans do not fall for the survey-poll, media-type, popular ideas of politics as usual. Do not allow this Administration to Never Be Accountable for its dishonesty, irresponsibility to the American People and to the Two Unique documents in the history of ManKind!

Please regard and use the word 'politics' carefully, because Mr Obama and company, Shall Not!
