Constitution under continuous attack

Wilder Publications, with all Liberals, Progressives, Socialists, this kind of remark demonstrates the core concept that both The Declaration and Constitution represents, but these political philosophies cannot and will not accept: "..to assume among the Powers of the Earth, the separate and equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent Respect to the Opinions of Mankind.."; and "..WE hold these Truths to be self-evident,...that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights,...; and "..And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm Reliance on the Protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our sacred Honor. From the Constitution: "..and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity..". The following original sources are missing from Wilder's Publications: The Bible, Common Law, John Locke, Montesquieu, Sir William Blackstone, Adam Smith " Wealth of Nations". "Self Government is rooted in religion and morality. This self-governing spirit was called the American Character and it can be learned by examining the lives of our founding fathers. ("A Guide for Learning and Teaching The Declaration of Independence and The U.S. Constitution, by Joseph Andrews, pp. 29)".
Wilder Publications can hardly use a do not reproduce founding documents, but maybe is saves embarrassment for whoever is responsible for the narrow, single issue viewpoint of two documents written from the huge, general world of Human Nature and mankind in leadership - governing - doing right according to God's teachings which was the imperfect but also daily world of All Of The Founders Involved In Writing Our Two Unique in the World Documents representing "..a deeper understanding of our country which has turned out to be the longest lasting Republic known in history"; at least until Obama, Wilder Publications and many other revisionist historians who have a popular trend to debase the founders and other contributors to the founding and growth of America through its twin, founding documents each relying on the other for The Promise or Declaration and The fullfillment of the Promise - The Constitution.
Wilder Publications has little respect and even less understanding of the men and times resulting in The Declaration and The Constitution Unfortunately, this absent or poor understanding is rampant in our elected representatives at all levels of government; and includes many commentators, interviewers, the current Federal/executive interlopers into the privacy and safety of person, property, effects fulfillment and home. It is our lack of knowledge because of public education over the last 45+ yrs.., that has contributed to the loses of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness because once religious and moral principles are lost to ourselves and our young, the idea of a republic is lost to all mankind as evidenced by the disasters caused by opinion and judgement of the self-interest of a few men.

Throwing out the baby with the bathwater is as useless as allowing the 'current State and Federal opposition-groups' to make continue decisions as legislative either from Pelosi or Reid or from the current Democratic (in name only)CA State Legislature re: 'watch-dogging' United States Finances, 'Patient Protection (it doesn't) and Affordable Act(are you laughing yet?! except for the sickening feeling in your stomach!), carbon chips, Global Warming, using our tax money to create jobs which demonstrably Does Not Work; increasing taxes, or Energy With Science Designed to support the Political, Progressive Agenda.
Never-Never any relation to fact or to The Scientific Method; and always argued from single specific to general while general is what defines the actions, or lack of same, by Human Nature. Human Nature is the subject of our founder's writing to protect and defend the individual because: "If men were angels, we wouldn't need government.(James Madison)" and "Suppose you were an idiot. And suppose you were a member of Congress. But I repeat myself.(Mark Twain)" Politics isn't easy. Life isn't easy. Maintaining principles and still holding office isn't easy, but Republican's try and against the odds!
Voters forget to ask: Who has been upholding the principles of small government, lower taxes, decreased spending, personal responsibility = integrity of belief in The Universal Truth the Progressive-socialists must deny? When voters refuse to see the role of the Republican Party Elected Representatives at Both the Federal and The State Level - outnumbered, but still using every method possible to slow or stop the Progressive Socialists from continued damage in Central CA, in ObamaCare, in the United States Financial System, or in the Private Oil Business taking a huge risk-benefit in the Gulf - our closet friend, support, Allie in spirit and belief who's last election reflected America more than America did!
The Republicans can be distracted, as can commentators, and many who do not heed lessons that our own history has taught.
Prop. 14 is an excellent example of Democracy-Progressive in today's usage - that John Adams and James Madison disparaged: "Remember Democracy never lasts long. It soon wastes, exhausts, and murders itself. There never was a democracy that did not commit suicide."; and from Federalist #10 "Democracies have ever been spectacles of turbulence and contention; have ever been found incompatible with personal security, or the rights of property; and have, in general, been as short in their lives as they have been violent in their deaths.". Prop. 14 is a measure of a candidate ONLY! It counts numbers! It cares not one wit about who the Candidate is; what the individual represents; what the individual is willing to stand for or equally - stand against! The Candidate can be of any party that exists..or not...doesn't matter! The Single, only thing that matters is the most numbers for #1 and #2 spots! Prop.14 is the most empty-headed piece of writing that has hit white paper since Frederic Bastiat's "Property and Plunder" in THE LAW! It represents another tool to dilute the power of 1 man : 1 vote! Prop.14 is a strange contrast to the goal of 2011 redistricting which is the balance of 1 man : 1 vote taking into consideration location, race, and many other aspects of demographics to protect 1 man : 1 vote!
Recommend to readers: Continue to read or reread and study the founders work on Both of the Twin Documents with the original writings directly from the Founders. Don't stand still until you can demonstrate to your own person the importance of the individual - his honor - his belief in God and the Son of God - along with: Who was Judas - Do You Recognize him-Today!?

STEVE POIZNER: SERVICE AND INTEGRITY - FIRST
Steve Poizner’s did support Proposition 39 in 2006 sponsored by Pete Wilson, which allowed “Construction Only for Education Building’s Bond Issue costs” be Added to Home Owner’s Tax Limits from Proposition 13 or 2%+ whatever Education Construction Only for schools were passed by voters.
Whitman’s roll-over TV presentation, repeated as often as possible in agreement with Saul Alinski’s “Rule 8: Keep the pressure on. Use different tactics and actions and use all events of the period for your purpose. And Rule 11: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, polarize it. Don’t try to attack abstract corporations or bureaucracies. Identify a responsible individual..”. Thus spending more Money than ever in history of Primaries because Whitman believes like many politicians, that numbers and money are the Single Most Important Activity a Candidate Can Give or Get For Themselves! Like Obama and other members of the ‘survey, poll, and most number of votes brigade’ which rules our Nation, including absence of a Candidate’s ability, ethics, or knowledge of service and religion as a measure of service ability to local, county, state, federal positions. Yes religion! This is part of a candidate - because it is intrinsic to America since the landing of the Mayflower and writing of both The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of the U.S. But, this is only a background to one area of the ‘roll-over TV’ presentation of Poizner v. his main opponent ...Whitman. For Whitman, notice the cost and the number of hours involved because of the intensity and frequency!
In those same kind of hours, the Working for The State of California, Commissioner Steve Poizner has held more than 10 Town Hall meetings; delivered speeches to several organizations; and continues his full-time position as head of the Department of Insurance - serving tax-payers at 15% across the board less than any other commission, Department, or Bureau in the State of CA.
Whitman’s roll-over TV presentation does serve, among all the non-, inaccurate-, partial- statements 100% from commentaries in newspapers or secondary sources, to Demonstrate Engineer Poizner’s ability to get to the elements and heart of a problem; then make a decision regarding the best direction to take with consideration for risk-management. Here was Steve Poizner’s choice:
Support “Construction Bonds for Education purposes only” and add the cost of the Bonds
to the 2% annual limit to increasing property taxes from Proposition 13–
and
Obtaining additional funding for Charter School and home schooling alternatives to
the problems of public school education (recently argued in Texas textbooks) and the
nature of socialization vs individual learning needs with the more effective ‘Classical
Learning Methods: Research, Reason, Relate, Report’ which in 2006 needed more
funds to grow...
Or
Go along with Opposition to Proposition 39 because of the attack on the much needed and
otherwise supported Proposition 13. In terms of risk-management - the much safer road to
as a Republican.
Poizner took the road less traveled, much forgotten, in the 2006 noisy world of politics before anything: The job description of a founder of Charter Schools—although cost to taxpayers through school construction bonds was important----so was and is the declining nature of public education with socialization, revisionist history, and the ethics of desensitizing to name-calling by swearing, by sex, by the same tactics presented in Whitman’s rollover TV ad. Too many young people were and are graduating from public education without the basic principles ethics from the Bible - much more than only the 10 Commandments – and unable to recognize, let alone decide, on Reason and Relate, for holding any responsible position in life or government.
Poizner knew what he had to choose..and did. Some of his party have decided to distrust him - even in view of Whitman’s own non vote in 2006; inability to determine her personal presentation to the Voters of California with anything like a plan to change the terrible financial status the State she lives in is experiencing. She has spent more time and money decrying Steve Poizner, than she has in presenting what she might do to help CA out of financial disaster! She has chosen to flip-flop over illegal aliens and over border protection required.
We have left Whitman’s money, decision-making ability(?) - greater number of whatever, in the far removed world of principle and value don’t really matter unless you have sufficient number of votes from people, legislators, or what-ever number works! - So that getting elected is much more important than the job description of Governor of the State of California at risk for and very nearly complete financial disaster. Steve Poizner has demonstrated skills at problem solving with Proposition 39/13; with the purpose of his Book "Mount Pleasant High" and his soon to be utilized interventions for Union Retirement Accounts; the unexamined or reviewed costs of 300+ Commissions, Bureaus, and Departments of the State of California; along with the multitude of issues before our State most of which he has already examined in his desire to return California to the great State it has been. Then, because he is a working Insurance Commissioner, why a part-time legislature is a good idea.
Vote for Principle, Service, knowledge, and judgement. Vote for Steve Poizner for Governor.

Gulf Oil Spill and British Petroleum
BP Engineers forgot to tell FoxNews.com about the 3 leaking sites. Anyone following the technical reports knew about the 3 sites, but it was 'Brand new' for fox.news. And the FoxNews reporters could visit www.bp.com and would have found the answers before putting foot in face! Although the number of accusations, the yelling, and Obama's need to attempt another Saul Aliski's "Rule 11: Pick the target, freeze it, personalize it, polarize it. Don’t try to attack abstract corporations or bureaucracies. Identify a responsible individual. Ignore attempts to shift or spread the blame." But the attempt to 'ignore attempts to shift or spread the blame' aren't working well because BP has more at stake when you realize the shear size of the oil and gas. No spills in the last 20 yrs. in over 2K wells. Americans, without the need for money, continued political power + force of this very arrogant, individual Mr. Obama, can realize that after visiting BP's website, that they are even more concerned than any of the coastal states or the President.
No-one-Anywhere is happy about the birds, fish affected by the crude! "Lesson 1: The Purpose of Adversity" from "A Guide for Learning and Teaching The Declaration of Independence and The U.S. Constitution, Learning From the Original Texts Using Classical Learning Methods of the Founders" by Joseph Andrews (p.34-37). There was little reason to believe the drill collar would fail. There had never been a failure of the collar; and collars have been used for more than 20 yrs in more than 2K wells at 1000 ft or greater. "Some people are more concerned about avoiding the discomfort of a hardship or finding someone to blame rather than learning a lesson from each experience. Our form of government was not meant to be a safety net to protect us from personal adversity. It was designed to provide us with the freedom to stand on our own two feet and overcome the obstacles. In the field of outer space, the product developments with the progress in living in a Space Center in Space is a real development; and there have been terrible accidents and wonderful work of scientists-engineers working to get the space capsule back to earth in spite of adversity. Your original Corning Ware is the same material the bottom of the space ship is made to enter back into the Ocean. From the first day of the spill, BP has had every expert in the Oil Field from all over the world involved, to take one step at a time while we (BP and other oil companies) learn what we need to do to correct the spill as well as understand that cause to correct the accident! BP is recovering crude; but is burning off the Natural Gas. BP and oil professional engineers the world over Shall find the cause and shall drill to 5000 feet again...because the risk will be much, much less than the reward to BP, GB, USA, and many other Nations! Of course, that shall cut into the Arab Oil Cartel which has been cow-towed to by all Administrations; but never bowed to until Mr. Obama arrived with Rahm Emmanual and Mr. Stern of Union control of American Workers.
Also, how about the reason why (from the 5W's and H) BP has to go slowly with the new cap and why there will still be leaking, but not as much: Yes, newspeople finally realized the drill is nearly a mile deep; but apparently that is all. "Paul Harvey's The Rest of the Story..."...go back to the drawings of the well and its location in relation to the Mississippi Canyon's layers of rock, sand; and then the layer of Natural Gas: The white in the BP live video is from the gas. Now, put it together: Almost 1 mile down, into and through rock, sand, mud; the depth of the water; that robot submarines Must be Used = tremendous pressure from the natural gas + the Area Size of the BP Gas Site = the size of QualComm Stadium! We're talking about a drill of approximately 21.5" diameter making a pinpoint hole in relation to the gas and oil under Pressure beyond the huge number - and a more than rubber - more like the gaskets on Enterprise or rockets - to guide with the hose already in place and continuing to remove both gas and crude oil (the thick, high density demonstrated by the land fall). I sure hope that reporter either relieved suffering or helped the pelican and littler pigeon size bird! To just stand there is ridiculous!
Laura & Bill every expert in the oil field, competitor or not, is involved in fixing the spill! Just any engineer even from out top research universities, cannot help unless they know what is involved in the gas, crude, rock, mud, water, and delicacy of a robot submarine because of what may be much more than the failure of a collar that has never failed in more than 2000 wells 1500 - 2000 feet deep on the Gulf, Atlantic Seaboards. Oil off CA in in less than 1000 feet! In other words, Leave BP alone to continue to take responsibility - Even Though The Cause Cannot Be Known Until The Collar Can Be Removed!

There's $5mil for exercise the overwt. kids need plus the community needs for other city programs. Another way to see it is: there was $26Mil in grants but because the Fed. has no way to know what exists for the 10's of thousands of counties throughout the USA; to utilize any taxpayer resources with any responsibility for the use of this money!!! But local, city, county, states often celebrate the grants, stimulus, jobs-but never for all 50 states that this Progressive Socialist government defines and misuses since it entered office but make it 2/1/09!! They have not yet, written a Bill or Act which does not - violate the Constitution of the United States.
Today, Glenn Beck said "Come on America; you gotta help me out!" Our leaders of the opposition want to "..are more disposed to suffer, while Evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the Forms to which they are accustom. ...". 'We the People' must vote the Progressive-Socialist with the member of Islam out of office ASAP as possible; must continue to learn the contents of Both Our Documents; and Learn Saul Alinski and Cloward-Piven so you can recognize what is happening with immigration in AZ; BP with oil spill; Kangarooo Court of Socialist Leaders who are participants in the "kangaroo crimes"; the new BP Kangaroo Court about to take place - without benefit of fact (not important or necessary) - because the Islamic President is caught between his own Alinski Tactics and the Facts of the British which are much more knowledgeable and own their strength of their law and experience in international affairs over time! Last but Not By Far Least, The Sovereign Right Of A Country surrounded by not just enemies, but enemies who want Jews erased from the face of the earth and have not changed since Hitler, to be self-protecting by Taking War-Like Action Against a Ship Known to Aide Hamas - Iran - Borderless, Lawless Radical Jihad the Muslims refused to speak against (except here in America) or take action against because their religion forbids them to initiate "Mankind are more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable.." so they displace their responsibility on the US and European Countries to act for them!

do not pay any attention. I have not and do not endorse ... at least so far. It is interesting for me to note, that of all my opinions, the Candidates I do support - don't have sidebars on the left side of my blog. I noticed removed I wrote to the sba-list.org ... I am aware that I do not have to reveal who I support or not...; but this election is too, extremely important - and this Nation at all levels of government is badly leaving Nature and Nature's God with The Bill of Rights. It is extremely important not to join voters who think of TeaPartiers as Revolutionary Against the Declaration and Constitution which is that part of the United States Beyond Party interests!

Rule 3: Whenever possible, go outside the experience of an opponent. Here You Want to CAUSE CONFUSION, FEAR, And RETREAT.
Rule 8: Keep the pressure on. Use different tactics and actions and use all events of the period for your purpose. “The major premise for tactics is the development of operations that will maintain a constant pressure upon the opposition. It is this that will cause the opposition to react to your advantage.”
Rule 9: The THREAT Is More TERRIFYING Than The THING ITSELF.

2. Have They or Do They Refuse To Address the Issues With Specific Plans beyond 'all the people'?
3. Do They Give Expensive PRIVATE CAMPAIGN Time to the Other Candidate With Inaccurate, Flat-Out False Statements, or like the Media----only One Side of 5W's and How which Agree With Their Opinion?
4. Do They Address the words 'Constitution', but never address Our Supreme Law of The Land with Current Events? Examples: Why 26 States are going to the Supreme Court against the "Patient Protection and Affordability Act" or Why calling the Arizona Illegal ALIEN Law Enforcement or the Illegal Alien Sections of the FEDERAL CODE OF THE UNITED STATES have "potential" (see inaccurate above + confusion to the Elected Representatives of the Sovereign State of Arizona) for Civil Rights abuses? Never mind this government's common practice of ignoring Civil Rights aka: Health Act, Financial Act in House.
This "potential" is one of the Code Words that Progressive Socialist's must utilize to justify actions which are not justifiable under the 324 yrs. (minus a side road of 'No Universal Truth'): "Promote then as an object of primary importance, Institutions for the general diffusion of knowledge. In proportion as the structure of a government gives force to public opinion, it is essential that public opinion should be enlightened. And The name of America, which belongs to you, in your national capacity, must always exalt the just pride of Patriotism, more than any appellation derived from local discrimination's." These quotes are from The First Glorious and World Renowned Leader of the Founders -- you should be able to identify. If you can't and you graduated from a public school system in the USA within the last 46 yrs., then you have learned, sometimes, the words "Today's society relies mainly on lower tiers of information for truth" commonly utilized by revisionist historians (A Guide for learning and teaching The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of the US using... by Joseph Andrews; 2001; p.10).
Another example is relating to the Gulf Spill as "Old Spill is Worst in US History" without even considering BP's work or the Not Determined cause of the spill in the first place! Totally forgetting the remoteness of Prince William Sound, that the coating oil from freezing and the ecology of Alaska continues the 1300 miles of shoreline damage and 11,000 Sq. miles of Ocean. "However, one of the most stunning revelations of Trustee Council-funded monitoring over the last ten years is that Exxon Valdez oil persists in the environment and in places, is nearly as toxic as it was the first few weeks after the spill.
This was not expected at the time of the spill or even ten years later. In 1999, beaches in the sound appeared clean on the surface. Some subsurface oil had been reported in a few places, but it was expected to decrease over time and most importantly, to have lost its toxicity due to weathering. A few species were not recovering at the expected rate in some areas, but continuing exposure to oil was not suspected as the primary cause. (Exxon Valdez Oil Spill Trustee Council)." And as a result of Union's cost on every level of government in the 58 Counties of this State with abandonment of CA Constitution: "Article I: Declaration of Rights: 7:1 b) A citizen or class of citizens may not be granted privileges or immunities not granted on the same terms to all citizens. Privileges or immunities granted by the Legislature may be altered or revoked.", does the candidate, proposition, taxpayer gain or who gets the most money at what cost?
Here are some of the ethics of 'means': In a separate chapter he suggests that the perennial question, "Does the end justify the means?" is meaningless as it stands: the real and only question regarding the ethics of means and ends is, and always has been, "Does this particular end justify this particular means?" = both examples above.
Alinski continues by stating several rules of the ethics of means and ends:
--Judgment must be made in the context of the times in which the action occurred and not from any other chronological vantage point.
--The judgment of the ethics of means is dependent upon the political position of those sitting in judgment.
--Generally, success or failure is a mighty determinant of ethics.
Alinski takes government by utilizing Using the People's ignorance against them.
A positive way to judge candidates and your vote is read the "Voter's Pamphlet" especially the way the Law Shall Actively Read - in the back. "..This exercise should provide the students with knowledge for deciding on candidates whom they believe are in tune with the true meaning of the Constitution. This is only proper since they (Shall) have to take an oath to support it, if elected. Interrogating candidates from a Constitutional viewpoint will accomplish one of two goals: it will either provide constitutionally minded candidates with an opportunity to elaborate on it, or it will encourage those who don't know to learn more about it. It may embarrass some at first (I often wonder how many have ever read it), but it will gradually send a message that may encourage them to understand it and follow it. It may embarrass some at first (I often wonder how many have ever read it), but it will gradually send a message that may encourage them to understand it and follow it. The Continuing Saga of this Executive Branch's ability to make Executive orders, cabinet regulations without regard to factual information....

Unfortunately, like The Declaration of Independence and The U.S. Constitution, too many Americans Elected, holding public office, working America are not informed of the nature of the flow of actual dollars from Main Street = Obama's Unions and the majority of working America through the government's discounted, irresponsible use of taxpayer and borrowed money, through banks, loans, insurance of every kind, investments to the Stock Market which goes by the name of 'Free Market'!
I have just heard the "do not forward" the false information going thru the internet by the Executive Branch of government, the Ad Council, and a couple of other Federal Government-type commercial. Since, KFI, KOGO feel the need to discontinued Rush because of 'The Truth' v the judgement from "those in position of political power absent fact so grossly presented in the Gulf Oil Spill, Arizona's Law, and so many more insults to the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and ITS HISTORY!

Arizona's Immigration Law, the Oil Spill, defining who the bad guy is and .....
We all know the Obama Government is incapable of arguing for anything that promotes America or American ideals which include the Federal Government's responsibility to secure all borders including access by water-ways. It is unconscionable that the one-sided, blind, deaf, and unable to read Federal Code of our current U.S. Attorney General that allows him the force to get angry at a Sovereign State of Arizona for taking action to protect its own sovereignty, safety, and economics from illegal aliens crossing the border. Illegal Aliens are not limited to those people from Mexico although a majority are because of propinquity. Illegal Aliens also involved human slavery, bondage, drugs, common thieves, kidnapping including white, young women who simply disappear south of the border; terrorists and enemies of the United States of America. The other illegal aliens here in California, are worse in terms of enemies of the USA & drugs via planes and ocean; but since the California Legislature is made up of Obama Lackeys, there is no conscious thought on their part, of how wrong state to state sanctions would be primarily in terms of the ethics of sovereignty but also the Constitutions of the United States and both States. Although it is interesting to note that the last Dec 09 airplane mis-bomb and the man who stood in front of the street camera, presumably because he didn't know it was there - except he stands in the middle of the alleyway and knows which-way to position his body so his back faces the camera. Otherwise, he wouldn't have known, should have been more nervous, and doesn't expect to be punished (per smirk in his photo) by the same US-AG who doesn't recognize Federal Codes 8 Sections 1373(c), 1304(e), 1306(a), 1229(a) and that only gets us to page 4 of the actual Arizona Senate 1070 legislation with clear statement of the intent and goals; which is not to attack skin color or race let alone civil rights - which are not attacked at all! Arizona People of whatever skin color, race, or what-ever, are people of human nature they like legal immigrants, they do not like finding the dead from dehydration in the desert. Protecting sovereignty is equally important as an individual's civil rights, but not 'the other-civil rights defined by Progressives'. Just like the reigning of this very inconsistent, faulty Administration with too much Executive license to force, demand, usurp, and judge all people not of their progressive-socialist mind-set.
Should we even mention the lack of traditional life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness absent from the Obama health act - which also dictates that all Medicare/caid recipients Shall Be Members of The Patient Protection and Affordable Act- per the dictates of Obama, Pelosi, Reid, Emmanuel, Stern, Czars, Bureaucrats that exist now and are planned in the near future - unless our Supreme Court can work with both the Declaration of Rights and the Constitution of Law - Both are at Stake! So, Mr. U.S AG, don't talk about civil rights for people who break United States Law as well as the security, safety, and economics of one of 4 Border States on the South side. All the sovereign citizens as well as the 4 sovereign States are well aware that borders with illegal aliens are something that has been constantly ignored for more years than Obama has in age; but that does not excuse this Administration's idea that somehow, these illegal aliens are separated-out for so-called 'civil rights abuses', so that the votes they represent and the future union members they might become, should amnesty be allowed for your Progressive-Socialism's requirements to dominate all American economics, development, medicine, including removing each individual's sovereign property named Automobiles via environmental terrible oil!
That brings us to this President and the Governor of California's - need to close off shore drilling for oil due to an oil spill of not than 16.36% of the Valdez Oil Spill at Prince William Sound - a much more remote and colder area to clean than the Gulf. Comparison to Valdez was made on Monday's 4/26, 11pm CBS news "This could be worse than the Exxon Valdez spill of 1989!". No-one anywhere has made the equivalent of 1 Gallon = 0.024 Barrel of oil with the comparison of the fact that Valdez spilled 628,571.43 barrels on colder, more remote area land - the oil is thick and sticks to what it touches! Not so in the Gulf. Plus, everyone is working to minimize the damage of approximately 39,000 barrels spilled, but with 3 months to go. Since our President and our State's Governor do not know the difference between the oil in the Mississippi Valley of the Gulf and the 3 mile deep at most - TAR based oil offshore California -- it is extremely incorrect to make any comparisons of either risk, danger to habitat, or anything else here in California. Tar doesn't run off. It isn't deep. And slant drilling is used which is remarkable for its safety. In view of Our State's economics, especially with the Federal Judge for this Obama Administration with its league of environmental ethics of animals and plants before the needs of humans to an extreme, beyond reason degree directed to both nuclear and petroleum; then destroying of homes, person, property, effects through unreasonable seizure of water; and the effects on the production of local, State, Federal, and World supplies of food --- it is hard to imagine any reasoned, ethical purpose in stopping either the off-shore oil needs or the Agricultural requirements for water here in California; except to destroy California's economy by doing more damage than California's Progressive-Liberal-Union Legislature has done while working to make laws, the union's bureaucrats write the Regulations to support; and both vi to see who can get rid of the most of California's people or businesses in the shortest amount of time.
We have spoken of California's broken borders - ocean included - but our candidates for Sheriff sure do know the score - California zero / illegal aliens what ever you want. But that is just like our taking care of the homeless to the tune of 35% especially during winter months; and something like 1/3rd of the inmates, another Federal district judge declared unhealthy for prisoners, are from Mexico. Our Federal government doesn't support the Mexican Inmates. Mexico won't take them back! Just like Arizona, California- in fact none of the Mexican Border States -receive Federal assistance for economic costs and losses to legal immigrants and citizens. Just the votes illegals, just the votes!!
Like always, this writer shall continue to point-out the connections between Arizona at the receiving end of this Administration and its blind supporters, who only recognize civil rights violations against illegal aliens and war criminals. Never, never Americans naturalized or natural, but always accused and fingerprinted, scanned, searched, generally held up, as the bad guys continue: the 12/09 bomber, the NY amateur. It is much easier for a too big, tyrannical government that has way over-stepped its boundaries, to track the good-guy Americans; as opposed to defend the bad guy illegals and prisoners of war. It also results in spending more money than any taxpayer has - so this Administration gets to destroy business right along with the workers they try to employ with tax-money gone to pork barrels and only certain, nicely conforming States - not those Tea Partier extremists defending the Declaration, Constitution and the United States of America.

So, the yelling, screaming, shouting, running differences between the anti-Senate1070 in Arizona; the mountain out of mole-hill resulting in a Everest of outcome in petroleum located off-shore; the terrible, planned support of Obama-Emmanuel - Stern defined social justice vs Declaration of American Principle and Constitution of American Law. This against exactly what the founders were trying to protect the individual from: the Progressive - Democracy of this over-stuffed, self-aggrandized, defined law only as the progressive's decide that results in the worst for our Nation: no integrity - no Nature and Nature's God - No with the consent of the governed - no "And for the support of this Declaration, with a firm Reliance on the Protection of divine Providence, we mutually pledge to each other our Lives, our Fortunes, and our Sacred Honor.". No belief or even respect for the Power and Glory of God. The harping is because this kind of thinking Shall continue with this Socialist-Progressive-Democracy, Obama-Alinski, Emmanuel/WhiteHouse gang with czars, and Cloward-Piven for kangaroo courts which include AIG, Chrysler, Private Medical Insurance, Profits of Wallstreet vs the union meaning of Main Street, for as long as they are permitted to be holding office in 'We the people in order to form a more perfect union, establish justice, insure domestic tranquility.." ooops!
Remember, the number of votes to win an election DOES NOT establish any one individual's right to change the Form of Government of the United States of America according to both the Declaration of Principle and the Constitution of Law to protect the individual from too large a Progressive-socialist group of few men!!
The Form our Government takes can only be changed by We the People with Article V! Remember the Progressive-Socialist Obama Government is in Violation of Article IV:4 which Shall Guarantee a Republic Form of Government. 100% of Americans with 6% of GNP in One Branch of Government - Executive where only One Individual is Elected - is Not a Representative Republic form of Government!!! Nor is the Judicial Federal District Courts elected - all are appointed with force of the majority or the 'tyranny of numbers'.
That is why it Shall remain very important to recognize that the word 'Congress' coming together in 'concert' or harmony Means There Must Be Two - Not One - Votes From The Opposition Party! So Republican Congress-members - Do Not Join and Do Not Compromise any more of our Declaration of Independence and our Supreme Law of the Land than you have to....Please uphold your Oath of Office! You have been performing exemplary and I count myself as a Very Proud Republican!
