The Czars of Obama’s Social Justice v. In God We Trust

[Constitution: “The individual component of the polity is the Person.  ”Person is comprised of “body” and “soul”.]

The state of government declares that shipping boxes via a private carrier, Fedex, UPS, Courier, requires the ‘shipper person’ to show an “Identity Card”.

But the state of government does not require that “Identity Card” if the ‘shipper person’ uses the public carrier named Untied States Postal Service.  AND

The state requires searches with seizure of property, with or without scanners at airports to be sure ‘person’ does not carry instruments of disaster on airlines.

But the state of government does not required searches of ‘person’ at bus, taxi, train, boat or other forms of private, ‘person as business’ transportation.

Now in many States, and soon to be considered here in California: “person” must prove they are the person they say they are”.  The proof is the “Identity Card” - an absolute for preventing voter fraud.

There is no prevention of voter fraud, because there is no possible prevention from fraud as the lie and misrepresentation with distortion of fact, available to man......EXCEPT as “In God We Trust”.

“Threat” is the Czar’s of Obama regime newspeak word for mandatory compliance. Definition of Threat - n.: “A menace; denunciation of ill; declaration of an intention or determination to inflict punishment, loss or pain on another.  Threaten - v.t.: 1. To declare the purpose of inflicting punishment, pain or other evil on another, for some sin or offense; to menace. God threatens the finally impenitent with everlasting banishment from his presence. 2. To menace; to terrify or attempt to terrify by menaces; as for extorting money. To send threatening letters is a punishable offense.   3. To charge or enjoin with menace, or with implied rebuke; or to charge strictly.

The state of government declares that by requiring ‘person’ to comply their Regulations carrying the weight of social, body-law to the tiniest, possible threat; it will never occur.

That the government can prevent wrongdoing, criminal activity, fraud simply by requiring the nearly complete majority of ‘person’ to prove for state agency’s purposes ‘person’ is absent criminality via fingers as prints and criminal record summaries;  and can  identify themselves via a card..

The Newspeak of the word “Threat” is ABSENT truth of Opinion as Probability.

Threat = minuscule evidence that the measure, regulate in law, whatever object of body-law, social justice is “..all the evidence needed and needs no more evidence to prevail over..(”Presumption of Innocence” at www.TIPMRA.com)..” .

THREAT of.... pervades all Life, Liberty, and Pursuits of “We the People” and of all aspects of czar - government control of animal, vegetable, and mineral assets of the United States of America - nationally; and both the United Nations as Agenda 21 and the European Union as control of nation’s financial systems with jurisprudence determined and defined by these entities.  UN and EU are 'body law' absent the 'soul' of Religion of obedience to God’s Laws.

The United States IS NOT ABSENT obedience to God’s Laws.

But, through “body-law” / social committee law of mass  over “soul-law” / sovereignty of person One with God and One with Constitution.

“Religion and Morality” - the basis of  “person” of our Supreme Law of the Land - lies “IN GOD WE TRUST”.  Jesus teaches “Love your neighbor as yourself”; and Shakespear states in “Hamlet”: “To thine own self be true, thou canst not then be false to any man.”.

To celebrate Valentine’s Day,  Noah Webster’s definition of Love is well worth reading from 4years of age to 105. Purpose of LOVE’s definition is to connect it to the word TRUST: “1. Prov.29.     2. He or that which is the ground of confidence. O Lord God, thou art my trust from my youth. Ps.71.
3. Charge received in confidence. Reward them well, if they observe their trust.     4. That which is committed to one's care. Never violate a sacred trust.     5. Confident opinion of any event.
His trust was with th' Eternal to be deem'd Equal in strength.     6. Credit given without examination; as, to take opinions on trust.     8. Something committed to a person's care for use or management, and for which an account must be rendered. Every man's talents and advantages are a trust committed to him by his Maker, and for the use or employment of which he is accountable.
9. Confidence; special reliance on supposed honesty.  10. State of him to whom something is entrusted.  I serve him truly, that will put me in trust.  11. Care; management. 1 Tim.6.

REGARDING "THE ARTICLES OF CONFEDERATION", Each One Person, in Each One City, in Each One 'county', in Each One Colony...... had been working and achieving all aspects of animal, vegetable, and mineral --- at each level ---- including between Colonial Bounderries   from 1620 to the Revolution.    When it came time for Each-One-Colony to add the level called  a Constitution, it was incredibly difficult to accept the notion.  The Colonies didn't and couldn't for much of the 8 years of war.  Couldn't because they hadn't, in advance of the war, decided how to use "God's Laws" for "The Sum is the total of Each one of Its Parts".  The Articles represent how the Constitution evolved in God's Law.

Obama has trouble with the Truth he expressed and with the intertwining of the Truths above with his insistence that  He alone will cure all evil of business and medicine, class differences,  weight - nutritional status - degree of contamination of environment of animal, vegetable, and mineral....   His "Christian" part of religion, written and supported by his minions, helps his miss the Lessons of The Lord ----- because Obama chooses not only the size of the bite of the apple; but also the location on the apple of where the bite MUST OCCUR or people will hurt and suffer.     

This isn't to compare Mitt Romney to Obama in any way...  There is only One Man - unique unto himself...named Barak Obama ---   But the CLASSES OF RICH - POOR  - MIDDLE -- HAVE OR HAVE NOT - ABILITY TO COMPETE IS DIRECTLY PROPORTIONAL TO HOW MUCH LIBERTY another "person" or "Person as corporation"  shall be "deprived of" in the interest of the "Special Interest of Executive-Federal level of governmental power sans Constitution".   It is the concept of social classes used by government to create groups which must and shall be determined, by government how much life, liberty, and pursuit of anything....shall be allowed!  It is George Soros. It is Mitt Romney and only Mitt Romney among Republicans who is expressing this viewpoint of the Obama, United Nations, European Union top - down; "opinion without interference" for the respective governments --- and small number of controlling leaders.... 

Haven't you noticed how Turner, Mitt, some commentators, talk down to you!  As if you required spoon-feeding of concepts they let fall-off their lips of distort and lie!

Don't get confused, Republicans of the entire continuum of principles........  YOU ARE, One, unique Person before God and before our Constitution with the Declaration.  IT IS your  Accountability to God... by "Oath of Office" or "Pledge of Allegiance" to which YOU shall answer too;  and to which you are leaving to the Children, and their Children, and their children....not even thought of yet!!!    Obama - Romney class of external world sans any need for "protections of our Constitution that is this Election of 2012.

Mitt Romney is not a winner --  nor a loser.  He is simply One Person who is stating that Class of degree of wealth, or union/nonunion administration, is much more important than Republican, representative government of ONE person protection under God and Constitution.  I think he needs the Hillsdale Course.  I know Santorum does -- he's the one who want to add a "Person" amendment to the Constitution.   

Obama's complete misunderstanding of  "to much who is given..." is not about his Socialism!

If you are a candidate, assisting a candidate, an intern, a State employee who represents a elected official, any person in government at any level; any person --- 8 years and older.  But is "We the People" are going to return to Noah Webster's Research, Relate, Reflect, Record and take action for "words which tell the truth of Republican Form of government" ---- Then Hillsdale is a good start....  Both Newt and Mitt are close to each other in their Day 1 and in the return to 'consent of the governed' government, but as Shawn says... going after each other doesn't help our Nation.


 Mitt clarified Newt''s Ethics problem because of its implications; Newt answered with a tidbit: "George Soros supports Mitt.", squeezed in between Shawn's Q and Newt's Ans. Newt doesn't hold himself accountable by owning what was at least some mistake and responds to Mitt with a sure "Don't vote Mitt!" comment. 


Newt has great plans and asks for input from "We the People". That's important! So is the fact that Pell grants or free taxpayer money is NOT removed. Right now, the entitlements for education at any level are out of the question - not at Federal Level - and neither Mitt - nor Newt are apparently willing to close Dp. of Edu at the Fed. Level. Though Mitt plans to return it to the States.


 Neither candidate has been able to recognize or address "tyranny of the Majority" not answerable to their "Oath of Office" to support the Constitution...so "Anti-Law" such as the National Defense Act, Obama's directive to enforce LBJ's angry IRS reg. to define, by government what "Free exercise thereof means.. in the 1st -- so Obama's socialism can receive more taxpayer money as Donations;  the 38% of States using coal for electricity shall end; and the EPA can still confiscate the property of "person" located for more than 50 yrs. on the edge of the FL Everglades.


 Meaning neither Candidate is looking beyond their 4+ (hopefully) years in office to remove any semblance of regulation by definition and enforcement by 'agencies run by unions' of appointment. Remove quasi-anti-law regulation.  Respect and Enforce our Declaration and Constitution's unalienable Laws of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness from State and Federal government .... and the Judicial System which defines and decides whether to even hear a case or not and then...too often has a totally predictable outcome before anyone enters the courtroom!   Our Declaration and Constitution are not broken.  "Religion as obedience to God's Law and Morality" of a Republican, Representative government is what is broken!!!!  Our Flag is Up-Side-Down....and every Citizen Knows it!  It remains for ALL candidates to work for our Nation of Constitutional Law....not party, rich man's purchase of influence -rather than support of principle; and  Listen to the voice of the People!

Brokaw is a man who job is to report news.  There is no "political gain" involved.  Journalism's other name is "Educate and Inform the WHOLE MASS of THE PEOPLE. They are the ONLY SURE ALLIANCE for THE PRESERVATION OF OUR LIBERTY."  Mr. Browkaw owns this responsibility as a Person with Cognitive attributes and member of the species Homo sapiens.

If Mr. Browkaw is afraid of the information he imparted to the public, he should resign his job description.

One the other hand, pointing out sin and wrong-doing of "person" is useless; unless connected as a pattern or predictor of future abilities to make decisions outside of  the politics against "Religion and Morality".  The other part of  'person' attacks is ..... "Let he  who is without sin or mistakes.....cast the first stone".  ----Especially granting that in Islam the stone shall ALWAYS BE THROWN for man as Mullah is above animal, vegetable, and mineral --- including air and water and even fire!

Mitt, Ron, Newt, Sara, Barak, George S., S. Alinsky,  or any 'elected-we-the-people or just plain-tax-paying citizen-unending connection to government's self-ownership-Special Interest group producing $76,000/citizen debt; are all "One Person before their God" and "One Person before our Constitution"; and In Noah W.'s #4 definition of Congress: "Republican form of Representative government under Constitution".  The Constitution is written from the Declaration which is an expression of man's covenant of rights from our Universe Creator - The Lord God and therefore Scripture.

Each person--alone --  is accountable.  Some have already met their "accountable to God" status.

Accountability to God is; and was at the time our Founders NEVER A QUESTION - a Fact of "Eternal" and mankind's life here on earth.  Each Founder, and for that matter colonist who fought against all odds, worked and devlivered Both to Give a Most Wonderful Gift to "their Posterity is US(A) 2009-Future fate to be decided on 11/6/2012.

The Enemy is not 'person'. The enemy is not "politics".  The enemy is not "person as corporation". The Declaration and Constitution are not what is broken.  One Person's accountability to God, to Nation, to self, and to "whole mass of the People" as one person's unalienable right to Life, Liberty and pursuit of happiness.

The enemy is "Special interest, self-sustaining, monster-out of control government school board to to legislators of social plunder and anti-law with dictator control State, to lemmings in Congress, to God's Justice by "Opinion without interference absent Law", to the Departments by Czar of their form of  Regulation by decree "unfettered by Supreme Law.

To justify their existence... a sort of ‘fox in the henhouse approach’ because The House already has Mr. Kingsley..whose job it is to determine if Bills, Acts meet Constitutional guidelines. ...Mr. Kingsley works extremely hard to continue justifying the current Federal Government’s action in all spheres of Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of...  

Paul is the only candidate who specifically will “eliminating five cabinet departments (Energy, HUD, Commerce, Interior, and Education), abolishing the Transportation Security Administration and returning responsibility for security to private property owners,..”  BUT “..abolishing corporate subsidies, stopping foreign aid, ending foreign wars, and returning most other spending to 2006 levels.”. This last part, while not enumerated powers, also is Not a Black-White computer-think, issue especially in the same sentence with socialist czars-group-think-anti-law regime on the world order of United Nation’s open-borders and jurisprudence as a reality—not a “threat”.

 ALL THREE GET THAT GOVERNMENT IS WAY OUT OF OUR NATION’S PROTECTION OF AND CONSENT TO GOVERN with RELIGION AND MORALITY which established...(actually continued because the Colonies had their own Constitutions and were able to work with each other, before Article of Confederation ever were though of...150 years 1620 to 1779!).

But Both fall short in closing-down some of the 2600 Departments.  None recognize that the Departments under the President’s cabinet use to be ‘referees’ and ‘coaches’ — not robbers of life, liberty, and pursuit of....happiness (an definition inherently “Person” decided). 

 The better approach to closing the 2600 Departments is outsourcing! Imagine 15% increase in jobs - not TAX PAYER WAGES AND BENEFITS union! Union with Constitutional “Rule of Law” becoming the watch word....Admin. has absolutely no decisions in striking....it is membership.....dues are sliding scale and if a strike occurs...a member’s life as wages is not removed from the member — box-boys do not received red, negative dollar checks. Members ELECT LEADERS for their Administration...and the leaders have a “Term of office”. Unions are a mini-government which mirrors the Federated form of government----doesn’t eliminate the “protections” from government via what is currently the “administration of top-down boss-obedience of “opinion without interference” socialism. None address taxpayer money in a closed-shop union -- especially as relating to the very, very unlawful 'recall" of Wisconsin's governor and senators flat-out by tax-supported unions!!!!!!!

What put Gingrich over Romney is simply a difference in personality: Romney is a more quiet, observing, empowering individual responsibility to God and Nation; while Gingrich also empower’s personal conscience of Internal Government – ‘Religion and Morality’; but when he gets attack in the ridiculous manner of the ‘so-called debate moderators - individuals of conform or die personality and avoid Socialism - constitution violations - ‘civility’ with tear-apart from within - which worked very well in destroying the “Democratic Party of Constitutional Law” which is now subject to the anti-law of socialism.  

None will call this administration socialist; but the very, very, very apparent control, definition, redistribution and production of animal, vegetable, and mineral government – including exploration and assets of our nation as removed and licensed out of existence.  Naturally, media isn’t going to buck the socialists they have been supporting since 1989 to date...please note that engulfs the entire 6 years of G.W. We do have all the support of our Lord, of the fine Candidates above and of all “Person with cognitive attributes who can compete for the Natural Rights [freedom] of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, and avoid depriving others of those Natural Rights. Socialism cannot exist with “person” and “natural rights”.  improper practices that affect elections..(Article II:4)”;  but our Secretary of State shall determine by its “opinion without interference” that “number” which qualifies Initiatives and or Referendums.

Therefore, the state of external control, force, and dictate, determines the “consent of the governed” by ELIMINATION of:   “We the People in order to form a more Perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic tranquility.. AND “..that to secure these rights, governments are instituted among Men, deriving their JUST POWERS FROM THE CONSENT OF THE GOVERNED..” as 'person - citizen's vote and REFUSAL of Legislation of "anti-law"!!!!

The Secretary of the State - has preserved and sustained, the Legislature’s “Anti-Law” contained in “sexual deviated behaviors to be educated to Kindergarten to 14th year of ‘indoctrination by legislative-socialist political party “justice” ’;   And

That “Undocumented” alien is Not Synonymous with “Illegal” alien...;   Therefore

“We the People” shall not be allowed to place these two (and more) Referendums on “consent to govern” ballots; This determined

By State decree, dictate, and qualification of ‘number of citizen count ’- otherwise known as: The State’s - in the Person of Secretary!  The State is the determiner of the State’s Legislation as conforming to God’s Law:  “We know the Law is good, if a man use it wisely”, because of number to qualify -! That "number" is the determiner of the Vote or outcome of the 'question' the Referendum is asking; and the State as its Secretary....has the sole definition.

The State, as government, protects itself from “We the People”...thus continuing its unsatiable appetite for control, power and absolute determination of the distribution and production of all goods and services (edu) in this Socialist State of California..including its Posterity by content of education and the use of taxpayer resources to give “privilege” of tuition and support for H.S. and college edu. which inherently allows “immunity” from arrest as illegal, while attending edu.
