I. God in Law is superior and separate from any earthly, inanimate or living objects, number, time, money, or any earthly-temporal-body rule by few men over collective-people.  “1.  The Spiritual is Supreme”[1, 7, 12, 13, 21]
II. “ The Majority Limited for Liberty”[1] which combine for 1789-Article IV:4 the guarantee of our Republican form of government.:
"All, too, will bear in mind this sacred principle, that though the will of the majority is in all cases to prevail, that will to be rightful must be reasonable[22]; that the minority possess their equal rights, which equal law must protect, and to violate would be oppression."  President Jefferson
III. our Republic has as its basis in Both Founding Documents; including the “American Dictionary of the English Language”; Noah Webster;

I.  God’s Law’s = “Religion and Morality” of Person’s Soul: Why Both Documents are linked in Scripture; — but not in any way intruding upon the concept that a church’s governance, ecclesiastics remain separate from the governance of any part of the equilateral Federalist triangle comprising state[17].  In fact, because God’s Laws of Person are abdicated by the governance of state; while the governance of state declares society’s collective as the source and concept of all law; or government-over-man is much better than God at handling right and wrong, good and bad, or any opposite of life’s activities by homo sapiens with cognitive attributes.  This is best demonstrated by the Executive Branch of creative dissonance law characterized by oxymorans, by flipping definitions like socialist society’s equity” versus the Bible, or common Philosophy in ethics.

In the Declaration, “and assume among the powers of the earth the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them..” and in the entire document’s statements of ‘reason’ in “it is the Right of the People to alter or to abolish it, ...and laying its foundations on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their Safety and Happiness. .. But when a long train of abuses and usurpation, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is the duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.“; and

In the 1789, ratified Constitution, “I do solemnly swear (or affirm)[ - which this President should choose as he is not a Christian] that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.” “ So help me God” was added by President Washington and has been, traditionally stated by the following Presidents — except this current one.  This statement, and the Oath of Office in Article VI, are the connecting of Declaration to Constitution; for OATH means “A solemn affirmation or declaration, made with an appeal to God for the truth of what is affirmed. The appeal to God in an oath, implies that the person imprecates his vengeance and renounces his favor if the declaration is false, or if the declaration is a promise, the person invokes the vengeance of God if he should fail to fulfill it. A false oath is called perjury.” and is stated before each-one-Person which comprises the “Whole of the Polity of the United States. .The Oath, as it is for “each-one Senator, Representative, Members of the several State Legislatures, and all executive and judicial Officers,..”,  is also to the people; And in

The Constitutional Principle: “In a constitutional republic, the constitution is the supreme law, superior to all other public acts, whether by officials or private citizens. Any statute, regulation, executive order, [Treaty], or court ruling which is inconsistent with that supreme law and not derived from it is unconstitutional and null and void from inception.”[4]; and

“The General Rule is that an unconstitutional; statute, though having the form and name of law, is in reality no law, but is wholly void, and ineffective for any purpose; since unconstitutionality dates from the time of it’s enactment, and not merely from the date of the decision so branding it....No One is Bound to Obey an unconstitutional law, and No Courts are Bound to Enforce it.

Democracy: collective mass people intertwined with earthly-body of number as the omnipotent majority of force by government-over-man

Nomination for President, in the Republican Party, did occur by process of systematic-elimination of the Candidates[2] via coercive, inanimate-object: money; by coercive, reward/ punishment, bargaining, by the dominating ‘Politics over Nation few men’; and by the infamous RINO-a.k.a AINO or those who performed the ‘Deeds’ against the Republic at all its equilateral triangle levels; by using the ignorance and absent and misinformation of We the People and by “Alinsky freezing”[3] every one of the lawless acts taken by this President from entering office in 2009 and within the State of California and many other States;

WHEREAS, The consequences of Socialist-Secular-anti-law, of this man’s usurping regime becoming an absolute dictator of life, liberty, absent pursuits for:  “...A Democracy in America, as a form of government[2], would therefore provide no protection for these rights. Under a Democracy, Man is considered to have only qualified privileges permitted by The Majority in control of government and revocable by it at any time. This spells Rule by Omnipotent Majority, with The Individual and The Minority as well as all minorities victimized at the pleasure of The Majority, ..”[1].

Have you noticed how rapidly, those Socialist-Secular, RINO-AINO’s have capitulated? In fairness, there are many, very knowledgeable Americans who have forgotten the contents of Both Founding Documents and often, ignore their relevance to “The is No National or International problem which cannot be solved by Both Founding Documents.”  Do you, Reader, realize why our Republic based in ‘The Truth’  would not exist, were it not for “The Eternal”?

WHEREAS, Many elected “Persons intrinsic to our Republic’s Representative form of government-We the People” -Capitulated! Quit! Therefore, Deny the existence of those 102 men, women, and children of the Mayflower in 1620, 56 men in 1776, 55 men in 1789 and Every, single American from that day to this, while refusing to stand and support, in personal integrity before their own conscience and their own God, for the Founders and Both Documents They Wrote;

The Full weight of Shame On You!!!  You Must give personal care to  your most precious asset: your unique Soul;... or ...no more “words” are required...are they!?  And

Violated in all Three Branches of government Federal and State levels. In the House, as Mr. Kingston, a committee whose mission is to be sure Bills are constitutional,  justifies spending of non-existent We the People’s property as earnings, rather than eliminating that expenditure since it would be absent from Articles and Amendments of the 1789 Constitution.

The House also refuses to list the Party Membership of its 435 Representatives, who sponsor or Co-Sponsor Bills, as members of “We the People” and their positions of accountability to We the People since they do act of, by, and for EACH-ONE-PERSON as members of the “Whole of the Polity”; And:

WHEREAS,  that ---AG-gun-runner’s killings of hundreds; ---the completely, unnecessary deaths, murder, by this current government of State Department Personnel in Benghazi; and ---the insult to every American of God and Nation First contained in the “Socialist collective collaboration of Executive Branch usurpation by total force with new, 122 office bureaucracy, with power and force to define, determine and provide all medical care to the collective-of acute, chronic, and healthy of all homo sapiens from conception through and after death; and all production and distribution of living and inanimate objects required for that care, — otherwise known as “Patient Protection and Affordable Act” written by fools for fools on behalf of power for force and slavery; will be “Alinsky Frozen” so they “disappear” and the Other kind of American.

Each of these Acts fostered and directed by this President are in direct violation of : “In a constitutional republic, the constitution is the Supreme Law, superior to all other public acts, whether by officials or private citizens. Any statute, regulation, executive order, Treaty or court ruling which is Inconsistent with that supreme law and Not Derived from it is Unconstitutional and Null And Void from inception.”.[4]

WHEREAS,  the more important question: DO YOU, AMERICANS OF OUR REPUBLIC, REALIZE THAT THE ONLY WAY LAWLESSNESS OF GOD AND OF OUR UNIQUE IN MANKIND’S HISTORY - NATION, will survive IS BY WE – EACH ONE PERSON -ASSEMBLED PERFORMING AND AS AN DECLARED-ORDER — NOT A GRIEVANCE,--
THAT BOTH OUR FOUNDING DOCUMENTS  “ARE THE SUPREME LAW, SUPERIOR TO ALL OTHER PUBLIC ACTS/DEEDS, WHETHER BY OFFICIALS OR PRIVATE CITIZENS. ANY STATUTE, REGULATION, TREATY/AGREEMENT WITH THE UNITED NATIONS, EXECUTIVE ORDER, COURT RULING,  ANY ARTICLE III JUDICIARY DEED/ADJUDICATION, WHICH IS INCONSISTENT AND NOT DERIVED FROM BOTH FOUNDING DOCUMENTS ARE UNCONSTITUTIONAL AND NULL AND VOID FROM INCEPTION.?  And

This is never, never taught to any youth through the entire 14 years of State and Federal indoctrination disguised as education; nor is it part of Citizenship education:

“Information needed to make a proper determination is withheld or distorted in a way that is intended to mislead or which has that effect through negligence.”[4]

 WHEREAS, The combinations of the Political Party’s  collective and greater number -the absolute rulers of the rhelm, in agreement with the Anti-law of God  and Nation, have produced what we currently experienced between 2006, 11/6/12, and our Posterity, unless we Take Action; And

unless the Minority of American “People” of Love of God and of Nation, more than self, Act/Deeds, We The People shall continue into the dark pit of God’s Planet in Hell.

Yes, our Nation with our “Religion and Morality” is another “When in the course of Human Events it becomes necessary for one people dissolve the political bands which have connected them with another.. ”. .

The only difference, and that is not completely different in terms of man’s evil to man, is the name:, – the President among them located in all aspects of Life Form on this Planet expressed in the all the above “Political Depravity”.  You know what? That’s the shorter version of that long name: “The Political Depravity Party (P ee -
D eeds - P ee)!! BTW, the expressions “Deeds not words.” and “Political Depravity” are President Washington’s[13] who often described exactly what is demonstrated by the Political Depravity Party; and also demonstrates, in his Farewell Address, the timelessness of Truth in God’s word and in the words contained in both Founding Documents.

 WHEREAS, ---- This President’s person of  soul, like all homo sapiens’s and other animal species’ souls, are but  a grain of sand in God’s Universe which is not measurable at all, because ‘measure’ is for life on earth... not eternal life of our Soul with our Lord God.  Obama’s legacy of despair – will live on,... and affect his children and their children, as it will every member, on the planet, of PDP.

Unless We American’s of God and Nation stop PDP, the ‘deeds’ by this man, with his mentor and all national and international members of “The Political Depravity Parties”, have and will continue rule-in-darkness..  
 
WHEREAS, The Republic under God, of, by, and for the People shall not be overthrown and made extinct  by an inanimate object “number”, which can be located anywhere on the continuum of human right or wrong solely depending on man’s use of a Tool; or “Majority”as  the PDP standard of force, power, control, subservience, and submission to complete evil of Anti-law rule by government-over-man consistently violating the Constitutional Law and Principles while writing and signing, sometimes without one signature from the minority party (PPAA): “An unconstitutional statute is not a law, no matter how vigorously it may be enforced. Enforcement does not make what is enforced the law. What is Enforced is a Regime. In a constitutional republic, the law and the regime should coincide. If they do not, the regime is not law but Anti-Law.”[4 ]; And

WHEREAS, the long train of continued, vile abjection and eradicating abuses evinces absolute despotism [14]of the sovereignty of Person, Person’s location of residence Town within County, State, Nation; And

WHEREAS, Continued violations of Laws, civil and criminal, delineated in Both our Nation’s  Declaration of Independence and  The Constitution of the United States

THEREFORE, Upon all “FAITH” Stated and Symbolized on that statue at Plymouth Rock [16]; “And for the support of our Love of God and of our Nation above ourselves, we do hereby exercise God’s and Jesus’ Words of  “Right of the People to ..abolish..” and “... their Duty to throw off such government and to provide new Guards for their future security. ..”, against PDP’s number-elected Candidates of Anti-law, already present, about to be present, and planed to be present, in every aspect of  life, of inanimate objects and of living object forms,  whether or not within our Nation, or from false religious rites, and insurrections from United Nations, or any outside violations of “Religion and Morality” source  instituting past, present, and future,  violations of our Nation’s Laws;---

With a firm reliance on the protection of divine Providence, we this date and forever in our Posterity of, by and for”..the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity..”, inviting all Humanity,  in God’s Universe and wherever He and His Son, “Thy Will, not mine – Dear Lord,   takes US(A) on our Planet or Elsewhere;

We as Consent of the Governed and We the People intertwined with each Person’s Soul in accountability and obedience to “Religion[10] and Morality[15]”, Shall Be Obeyed and immediate, upon receipt of this Document, Shall Commence removing of PDP and all human forms which involve any aspect of living, including the Soul’s of God’s Animals - especially neutering or generically preventing reproduction of any species of his Plants or Animals in the air, above or below the ground, or under the waters of His World, and inanimate objects, including all tools absent the “Religion and Morality” of the Person(s) required for the function  mechanisms required for electrical or mechanical functions of those instruments; And...

...With at least two Americans of FAITH [16] And Understanding of the Intertwining of all 4 original Documents and Texts – Noah Webster’s “American Dictionary of the English Language”, 1828, drawn from each State, including our Territories, working on-line from home, stipend, be utilized by its own Representatives, on all Acts and Bills affecting life, liberty and pursuits of Happiness of Person(s), as a new-Check and Balance for accountability. The Political Party of these Nature and Nature’s God in relation to Both Founding Documents by each-one’s “Religion and Morality” will suffice.

THEREFORE, the Command from The Right of each-Person comprising, Consent of the Governed and We the People is all elected and incumbent Representatives, Shall obey our Republic’s sacred rule of “The Majority must be strictly limited in power, and in the operation of government, for the protection of The Individuals God-given, unalienable rights proclaimed in the Declaration of Independence and, therefore, of the rights of The Minority--of all minorities.” specifically outlined below, but not limited to contained herein, for Evil is inculcated in every imaginable manner on the entire continuum of all right/wrong, good/bad and  impossible to list;

While “no religious Test shall ever be required, “Religion and Morality” as stated in President Washington’s Farewell Address Shall Be Adhered to: “Of all the dispositions and habits which lead to political prosperity, religion and morality are indispensable supports. In vain would that man claim the tribute of patriotism who should labor to subvert theses great pillars of human happiness, these firmest props of the duties of men and citizens...Let it simply be asked, where is the security for property, for reputation, for life, if the sense of religious obligation desert the oaths which Are The Instruments of Investigation in courts of justice?”![caps added]; intertwined with the 1828 definitions of the words ‘Religion[17]’ and ‘Morality [15]”

THEREFORE,  That, “..rule by majority vote is always subject to the "sacred principle" defined in President Jefferson's First Inaugural Address, quoted: "All, too, will bear in mind this sacred principle, that though the will of the majority is in all cases to prevail, that will to be rightful must be reasonable; that the minority possess their equal rights, which equal law must protect...”; And
“..this principle applies fundamentally, of course, in favor of a minority of one: The Individual. No majority, however great even all of the people but one Individual--may properly infringe, or possess the power to infringe, the rights of any minority, however small--even a minority of a lone Individual..”.; And

“..Self-government's system of rule by majority vote is based on necessity. Rule by majority vote is a necessary mechanic of any government of the popular type, featuring rule by the people through free, periodic elections ...”; But                                                                                            We the People-who happen to be Officials, elected or not, at any level of government, in presenting any form of Bill, Amendment, Proclamation, Executive Order, any violation of the Bridge,  named: “Declaration of Constitutional Principles”[4] between the contents of The Declaration and The Constitution, Both of which are Supreme Law of our Land; And...

...Is God's Gift to Each-one Fellow-Country-Person, a man, a woman, a child, as an imperative opportunity of their nation’s people, with the Laws of Both Founding Documents,  for any Nation who wishes to follow ‘Scripture’ as The Bible,  “Torah”, or “The Japanese “Buddha” which recognizes Soul - but does not call the Holy Ghost by his name in Christianity, but by Each-Person’s Act of Meditation and Art of Philosophy, achieves a synonymous; and work together, respecting each-nation’s sovereignty, in Religion and Morality of One Person, as alteration and abolishment of the current United Nations of Communism, as a right and duty to “..institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall see most likely to effect their Safety and happiness.” .

RESOLVE That,  Lawlessness,  abdication of “Religion and Morality”,  the Laws of our Both Founding Documents, and the Principles of our Nation shall Not Stand or be Recognized!.

also the first paragraph and part of the second, on what would evolve to become, The Declaration of Independence, The Constitution, and The United States of America. Each Colony formed their Constitution with God as integral, as well as the Individual and Colony sovereignty.  Their "separate, and equal station" religions, would form according to how they interpreted, the most popular and available, King James with ApocryphaVersion (1611)* which is "on a par of the Geneva and Tyndale, Noah Webster Versions of the Bible".  In 2009, "The American Patriot's Bible, The Word of God and The Shaping of America" Edited by Dr. Richard G. The reasons for the above review of history is because it is missing from PBS "God in America". When I first read the definition of 'secular', my eyes popped out! I know and have been using for most of this anti-Republic under God's Regime's 7.8 and continuing given the Liar's candidacy for President of the Socialist-Deluded-Democracy of UDHR's Triumvirate., the definition of Universe.

Secular is Scatter, as is "ME'DI-ATE, a. [Fr. mediat; It. mediato; from L. medius, middle.]

The Revisionist need to arrange history so that 'groups' are more important than One Person talking to God or through the Lessons of The Bible, because it supports the need for government to force and control individuals, Justice, states, and Congress' Legislative Process. The strength of the Nation is the individual taking responsibility for themselves with each one member of the family. Democracy does work at the family and even at the City levels. That is why our Nation Is A Democracy In A Republic.  There are more messengers from God & Jesus, than we ordinary, honest, straightforward people routinely recognize. God with Jesus is The Father Of Everyone. Even criminals have rules: don't steal or cheat your own gang members; other gangs are OK,  don't shoot in the back, don't steal a horse, don't hit when a man is already down, don't shoot an unarmed person...].  People in America, continued to read the Bible daily or more often   throughout our history from the 30's, tapering down to nearly zero by the 60's; with exceptions in religions.  Dr. Bate's wonderful Literature called The Bible "..as if the matchless beauty of that translation lay, not in the diction and the phrasing, but in the profuse use of colons and semicolons; as for quotation marks, nearly all editors have apparently felt, for some reason not entirely clear, that there  was something intrinsically irreverent in their employment. ..:-)! Since the 60's, The Bible, itself, and its relation for an Individual's Journey through Life via Choices The Bible teaches; has been lost to the extent that public words or display of God or his words is forbidden. But learning about Islam is not forbidden at least one school in Boston. With the generation from the 1960's onward - here is a list of lose,  and/or misuse, distortion, ignorant morality, that has or is occurring:  TV; 'The Pill'; Computer's Yes/No - Open/Close - Black-White lessons in part/ disperse, tearing apart into 'Focus-think; loss of understanding regarding the importance of Adversity to the growth of an individual [but not because of CO2, Green, no oil]; technological and manufacturing advancement without respect for the individuals who achieved these advancements; or the unique leadership role of Patriotism with the sacrifice of lives, honor, and fortune for way too many; not only in war, but also in leadership representing public office at all levels of government and business (Individuals in business rapidly learn the importance of truth because they must be cognizant of every single event from on the globe to outer space with science, research, written and applied words, "Far From the Madding Crowd"; mixed with the contrasting accurate computer for storing, calculating, categorizing data and using information versus absent or blatant, dishonorable use of media as teaching and information regarding the 5W's and H of any 'thing'/ issues 'We the People' require to make decisions. 

With religion, itself making judgments best left to God, government, courts take precedence over the individual, abandoning or side-stepping the person,  especially the one intertwined with the situation (abortion, sex choices). People left the religions who practiced this form of judgement, formed newer religions which more closely reflected their beliefs. This method, leave what you feel you can't change or control as an individual; find like-minded people, and reform in another manner which is closer to the individual's God and Morality.  Likewise, in our current, reprehensible government, the ["minority"] opposition individual has left the majority party named 'Democrat' and is just now, recognizing the work of the Greater Minority called variously: Republican, Republican in Congress, Republican in California (AZ, NV, NY, Mass, AL, NC, FL +other States), TeaPartier, Independent, Libertarian, Patriot; and now "The Democratic Coalition"{Uh-oh, don't say that too loud, media isn't suppose to speak). The coalition was found by mistake while looking for something else! .....This is George Soros, Stern, Obama with his wife, and the posterity of their kids too, world of  "Global Socialization". They're coming close to obtaining; but God-Jesus are aware -- He knows all about the 5W's and H plus He is The Only Perfect Person Mr's Soros, Stern, Obama, Emmanuel Shall meet when their journeys end. He Is Active. He Has His Leaders, some won't realize until later because not everyone discovers The Father of The Universe, right away. His Declaration with Constitution about preventing Government too large to think rationally, to the detriment of mankind in America; and therefore, His Globe!  He Knows Saul Alinsky's Lucifer too! There Is No End; To "and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity....(our Children, for adults without children)"!  There is No End To The Word of God in The Bible!

Judas is the Prophet who denied God "before the cock crows 3 times, you...".  In the "Pledge to America" Trust comes from knowing and Stating in Voice, God's Lessons as well as knowing, enforcing and mandating Morality or the ethics contained in specific legislation or an Individual Member of Elected Representatives At Any Level of Government. Skipping over God or Jesus' name is to deny them.  It is fine that there are others who practice Freedom of Religion by not any relationship or even a different relationship; but this is the United States of America and The Reason We Exist Started With the Mayflower Covenant and God has been our Co-President and Guide since the Beginning of Anno Domini.

Ethics is understanding why a "Protected Class of America - Unions" may not continue to commit the fraud (duplicity, deception) of charging Earning, Taxpayer's not only for work, but also retirement with 'stickups', more than one retirement account, and totals which vanquish any amount, the earning, taxpayer of 'We the People' would ever obtain since many never get retirement, let alone vacation support. This fraud is the core reason for the financial, Red of 47/50 States and the Federal Government. If not Told To Stop --- Not Bargain, Nor Compromise! There isn't any Contract when Fraud is apparent. There is nothing to Bargain. We are Talking our Nation's existence versus The Union's Administration's with whatever threats it wants (SEIU video from 2009). The costs of Retirement are routinely clothed in budgets as education, water, electricity, laying off firemen or police; and what-ever the Union Administration can think of while fleecing its membership of its individual right to choose as Americans in collecting dues for more than operations of unions - delivering union votes to One Party going by the name of Democrat, right now! Poor Jerry Brown - Now you can visualize the backroom of America with Obama and Boxer! 

Morality is cemented into understanding The Republic Form of Government per Article IV - all sections, but especially Section Four. Faith is Belief in the Words of Our Founders Who Stated that this Nation could not be created were it not for the Presence of God and they were only 156 years away from Signing of the Mayflower Covenant. Morality of the Republic Is Demonstrated By The 211th Congress of Republicans Each and Every Time They Acted Together To Stop the current administration from further "Tyranny of the Majority" (Democracy in its worse form and does include Progressive and Socialist) which is Present In The One-Sided 'Patient Protection and Affordable Act of 2010' and Is A Violation of Article IV:4 along with  Article I:1 because there is NO Congress, if there are NO SIGNATURES From All Members of Ranking Party's In Congress; The Bill or ACT MAY NOT PROCEED to the President For Signature. And FYI it is at LEAST 2(TWO) or more Signatures. Definition of Congress includes: 'Harmony'. There cannot be 'Harmony' with only One Party's vote. So, From The Top Two Parties Sitting In Either the House or Senate, or Two From the House And Two From The Senate. Of Course, it seems ridiculous because it does not stop the majority's Vote Count!  That Is Why The Republican Form of Government Works: It is Not The Number (of Democracy with equal numbers of opinions and 'no consensus') Of Votes. The Bill or Act Must Reflect God as "religion(remember religion is Second to God's Word in The Bible, "Anywhere we are gathered in His Name He is There", or source of Common Law)" And the Morality for ManKind; with the Supreme Law of the Land's reflection of imperfect mankind requiring protection of the Individual from government!

 I had a very serious grievance with Credit One Bank. My one year old, online account was closed without any notice whatsoever. Upon attempting to reach “technical support”, I was informed there was “suspicious activity” on a $700 credit line with less than $100.00 available credit. I made more than 12 phone calls to “customer service”, with two calls to the same “account specialist,”who hung up on me twice, thus learning that ‘service’ and specialist’s jobs are to never live up to CreditOne’s mission statement of credit cards to Person(s) who have no credit and those who are recovering from bankruptcy by listening and giving reasonable doubt to the fact that maybe the credit card company is the one at fault – not its customer. Not one person among all these calls ever listened to the fact in evidence CreditOne made the error, not my Person. 12 days after this event a letter came stating “the account was closed due to this DoubleTalk: “unauthorized PAYMENT activity” and “continue to report the account..to “Modern-Man’s Debtor-Prison, 3 major credit bureaus as ‘closed by credit grantor’.
