Comment - Person - Nation re: "New York legalizes same-sex marriage in win for gay rights advocates"

This is no surprise given all who have strayed from God's Word as the Sanctity of Marriage: One rib from Adam to create Eve.  After God had made Adam --- He didn't require Adam's rib to create Eve, did He? The selection of the rib bone which protects heart and lungs, the essence of life, is God's Word of the Sanctity of Marriage between "person" created in God's Image.


Adam, Eve, the entire Bible, Senators as members of the species cognitive-Homo Sapiens, each is God's Lesson Book for 1-person-1-at-a-time whether as individual or as Nation;  beautifully demonstrated by music: You can not play Beethoven's 5th Symphony unless you have at least one drummer.  The Lord doesn't expect; and it is totally unsuccessful governance to work for agreement, aka compromise. What governance means is 1828 Dic. definition of  'Congress': ".. particularly a meeting of several courts to CONCERT MEASURES for their common good, or to adjust their mutual concerns. ".

When government at any level, takes upon itself to be the judges of what 1-person-1-at-a-time must in relation to obligation to God decide; government fails abysmally.  Our Constitution is 1-person-1-at-a-time - exactly as God intended: sovereignty or "The individual component of the polity is the "person"."; with protection from just this kind of 'group-mind, power-force-dictate more important than principle, human-kind judges of images and government-interest definitions & actions.  You can't have government without at least thousands of taxpayers, including the blank check signed Amendment XVI: "The congress shall have power to lay and collect taxes on incomes from whatever source derived, without apportionment among the several States, and without regard to any census or enumeration".!  Though this is 1913, this first of the "modern" Amendments is example of human-kind over principle... It throws out all of the first 7 Articles; can't through out 'Natural rights', but certainly can affect 'life, liberty, and happiness' of virtually 100% of Americans as person and 'person of corporation'; doesn't it...?  Also, example of not defending God's Law intertwined with both Declaration and Constitution....and the Reason balancing the budget; or XVI contributing to removing the word "elastic" and replacing with 'whatever the taxpayer[government] defines and determines'; as the watch-word definition of using taxpayer citizens in the name of F. Bastiat's "Legal Plunder". Not that balancing the budget isn't the correct action; but because government-entity, is totally incapable of "..regulate its competititve actions to avoid depriving others of those rights,..[Declaration of Constitutional Principles" by Jon Roland]", obedience to God's Laws..because Only The Drummer, Himself as a member of the orchestra..is able to perform, support and maintain the Principle. This is The Republic of The United States of America - The voice and actions of 1-person-1-at-a-time in obedience to God's Words and Laws - so maligned and misunderstood.     But to refrain from more digression...

Religion means, among all mankind of God's Universe, "..revelation of His Will to man; man's obligation to obey His commands, in a state of reward and punishment, & in accountableness to God..[Webster 1828 Dic]".  When man-kind decided that God did not belong in court, that opened a 'canyon of opportunity' for Satan', a regular court attendee.  More important, in not allowing the intertwined God's Law with Declaration, Constitution and Bible, condoned, supported, and encouraged exactly what state, federal, civil and criminal courts perform this day, with some notable exceptions by the remaining judges who understand their boundaries, throughout our Nation.  Now Piety-morality means whatever human-kind says it means, does not include integrity; and ethics depend on the statistics or count of number; direction of  verbal-wind; along with re-definition of the word "right" to include man-kind's declaration, in spite of God's Word and Law.  'Right' of those 'societal concepts' which fit into government's requirement of power and force with taxes; and into the 'group-mind' of  "person" choice of life as 'sex-behavior' , 'illegal' individual, and 'regulations of exclusion from taxpayer(government) programs' which assist in defining 'group-mind' of rich, poor, health, aged, chronic mental- physical, plastic bags, sun's energy OK - nuclear part of energy - not OK; fishes much more important than life, liberty and happiness of 10's of thousands "persons"; locations of all Crosses-Star of David including an attempt to remove from cemeteries of 'persons' who are with God by ACLU.

When Government aka taxpayer-money gets.....

so large that it makes laws and regulations regarding the flea on the mouse's back; but can't recognize which mouse the flea landed on, because of the number of mice living within the confines of that government[taxpayer-money]; then the government[taxpayer-money], especially State and Federal, breeds more fleas,  or government itself, to overcome any taxpayer-money..; AND each "person as individual" polity if very free (from life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness) to imagine the 'real time' number of 'live fleas-mouses with cousin rat' there are in the confines of each State Capital and the of the 2600 Agencies of Government - flitting about in Washington, DC or any State Capitol city!

---Do you think, 'Fellow-Citizen of 'Religion and Integrity', some of whom are facing 'bankruptcy' at the 'person-hood level of homo-sapiens' living in real time;
--with the above tragedy of loss to 'Each-one-person-regardless-of-age-or-circumstance-in-pursuit-of-happiness - in or out of elected office;
--each-single-flea-on-each-single-back-of-each-single-agency-of-each-level-of-all 3 Branches of government-state or federal;
 - Shall Actually Conceive That It is The Government USURPING* "person" and "person as corporation"; that is devouring those mice; and forgetting TAXPAYER or "CONSENT of the GOVERNED" AS THE SICK FLEAS CONTINUE.....?

This, nearly bankrupted-unemployed nearly 2 years, with unemployment insurance denied because of one of the flea's with a name: "volunteer" relating to the time and placement on the mouse's back determined; although this usurped-fellow-citizen, since among the 'taxpayer-usurpee's of government-determined largess', should probably thank the 'lucky(?) stars' that not included in the unemployment-rat(because both state and federal come together via taxing not only paychecks but also income) to create this mouse!

Also, this taxpayer 'do-na-tor'[think prefix] to the Department of Fleas, prefers Noah Webster with Thomas Jefferson and many of our Religious-Integrity of Past-Government-of-Davy Crockett and the Admiral's Widow', for "We the People's" respect and consent to use the 1828 American Dictionary of the English Language to assist with the definition of some of the above words....since the concepts attached are impossible for the non-entity, non-accountable-for-outcome, non-accountable-for-years-of flea-food-from-mice-and-rats, incapable of responsibility because that is why 'government' is hated-form of obedience to dictate and force written by human-kind...a la George III; but long before him with World History ALL FOUNDERS WERE WELL-VERSED IN right along with the lessons, direction, purpose of ALL PERSONS AND STORIES HELD IN THE BIBLE - GOD'S LAWS! Yes, The Ten Commandments; Yes, The Sermon on the Mount; Yes, the hours Before Christ's crucifixion; Yes, all interactions between each Disciple and Each "person" touch, healed, recognized, supported, corrected, condition of 'refusal' to come to God at ALL...It is all there, beautifully; and Remember, It Is The FirstTextbook!

That "supreme power" is amazing apropos when you think about the Constitution's other name. Kinda, makes a "person" sick because if the group-elected-We-the-People, would simply respect the beauty of Bible or God's Law intertwined [not derived -- intertwined!] by the genius of the men who wrote it; follow Thomas Jefferson on "Construction" especially the part of "..trying what meaning may be squeezed out of the text, or invented against it, conform to the probable one in which it was passed.". 

Unfortunately, once committed to the gods of power, $$$$$, force without control, it will take some "Founder" type CITIZENS of WE THE PEOPLE, to turn this snowball around...though 'We" all know that a snowball requires smashing...or melting... 'Keep the Feet to the Fire' of the correct "Constitution of the United States of America" ... not of Justices who deny God's Law in favor of Freedom of Speech AND don't even recognize that a Law of God violated is the Same as a Violation of Our Beautiful and Magnificent Constitution; deny a natural resource - water - to hundred-thousand in One State of Agriculture - to destroy it; who allow a President of very questioned loyalty to Nation and to a novel idea regarding "..to the best of my Ability preserve, protect, and defend..." while attacking a State for obeying and supporting a Federal Law...not directly in the Supreme Court "..and those to which a State shall be party,...have original jurisdiction.."; Mt. Soledad [if you haven't been there --- go!]; or any trapping which attacks God's Laws----with these attorneys and judges or justices, not even batting an eyelash, at the wrongness, any American-walking-any-street-natural-or-naturalized-would recognize!!  That is the Reason---Fellow-Citizen-We the People---We Can and We Must Perform Our Duty to the "..blessings of liberty to ourselves and OUR POSTERITY..." --- THEY ARE NOT LEARNING RELIGION AND INTEGRITY IN PUBLIC SCHOOLS. IT IS 'RELIGION AND INTEGRITY' AS PART OF EDUCATION FOR EVERY CHILD IN SCHOOL  why there was a plan for a school within every jurisdiction via population!!!!!!

There is NO NEED to ADD an Amendment to 'balance the budget' for at least 3 reasons: 1) it will be a source of continuing, constant disobedience; 2) 'balance the budget' is inherent in The Bible, In Article I:8:4[bankruptcy among States  because the writer's were businessmen and farmers who knew how hard it was to keep money and respect its value to the mission statement of this Nation]; 3) the Amendment that didn't pass legally which allows the unfettered taxation of We the People is another example of disobedience in the name of government-cancer via tumor to justify the so-stretched-'elastic clause' that its name is now "Usurp" clause which let the fleas out of the barn and into every-person-regardless-of-age-circumstance-or-position for Their Life, Liberty, and Pursuit of that more elusive than ever...happiness (not government defined, created, supported, allowed, profit from, demean, disrespect, interfere, et al) or "Religion": "1. Be sure you have ALL information with correct definition of important concepts like "exigent circumstances"; and the reason 'exigent' word Must be used.  Otherwise, any suspect person, followed by police; and then interrupted as cause occurs, must be OK to act for the suspect.  Remember probable cause... and the word "unreasonable" in the 4th. Here is Mr. Webster's, 1828 American Dic. definition: "2. Exceeding the bounds of reason; claiming or insisting on more than is fit; as an unreasonable demand.".  'Bounds of reason' were not exceeded.

Here is 'probable cause': "probable cause is the standard by which an officer or agent of the law has the grounds to make an arrest, to conduct a personal or property search, or to obtain a warrant for arrest, etc. when criminal charges are being considered.  It also has standards before a judge will issue a warrant.

No harm - No foul on the Supreme Court Justices on this one. The opposition to the search and seizure is the extreme side of example of OK to do wrong... as long as you can get away with it...which is the argument in this specific case. In other words, the path isn't "unreasonable"; but Not acceptable for suspect to take responsibility of the reason the suspect 'person' is having his door knocked-on... in the first place.

Unless, we can teach and instruct our "elected-We the People" to challenge in court; and respect that when there is no drums to play in an orchestra planning to play Beethoven's 5th; then there is no Beethoven's 5th ["dum-bum-dee-bum, bum-bum-dee-bum" for those who don't know this opening part].  That relates to Article I:1 ".. a Congress" which is also defined in 1828 Dic. in very musical terms...because: In a Republic - the voice of one person is important. When that voice is absent from the Bill, Act, Statute - that it cannot proceed for signature to law.  There is no "concert of measures for the common good".  The drums do not represent the greater number of instruments in the orchestra; but there is no Beethoven's 5th without them!  

There is no law, when the minority party refuses to sign onto the opinion of the majority. Minority and Majority do not refer to number, but to the constitutional principle of "capacity to compete with others for the means to exercise the natural rights of life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, and the capacity to regulate its competitive actions to avoid depriving others of those rights and.." with the Biblical "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you." and much more.  The reason Not to increase the "debt ceiling law"; The Dream Act, The "America's Financial Stability Act", most of the Regulations formulated by the 1300 Agencies and Departments under the Czars of this Administration; and the Administration's acts of spending beyond the history of mankind on this globe---any nation-, are all examples of the violation of sovereignty of person -- of person as corp. business --- of State --- of this Nation, as well as many other Nations held under the despotism of demand government; and those who aspire to borderless Nations and Jurisprudence.

This is what Ithis 'person' wants to Teach Everyone.  Yes, "We the People" can make judgments and decisions, given information --- else: Do you really need a judge and attorney to read The Bible?  The persons, nations, parables, laws, Psalms, and virtually every part of The Bible -- is meant to be used Today, Tomorrow, and Forever.  The Bible with The Book of Mormon with The Declaration and The Constitution are all the work of Jesus Christ through the many "Persons" great and small who gave, live, lived and will live for His word with God for Life, Liberty, Happiness and with Obedience to The Father, His Son, and Our Holy Ghost.  The magnificence of these relationships to 'doing right' because one person is important one at a time with Our God and every person related to continuing His Teaching and Labors on our behalf....including the Crucifixion of His Son. That, in itself, an example of government...washing...for number of people. Only Their Magnificence could create such a world for physical homo sapiens with much more important "temporal soul".

we have the government at 2 largest levels which thinks 'it' can use greater number of citizens as votes and green backs as dollars to use its force to dictate to 'We the People' regarding continue invasion of life, liberty, and happiness because 'it says so'.  This is the 'Democracy' the founders so hated...rule by 'mob' rather than principle.

Mob because government choices include controlling letters, numbers, archiving, "person" for Education before "person" of aged of age, disability, and need, and usurping money as taxes without regard for "..actions to avoid depriving others of those rights and .." so amply illustrated by Prime Minister Netanyahu speaking with our President. The absence of:   the 5w's & H with the 4R's of learning;  with principle, virtue, integrity, and religious values of God's Law since the Mayflower Compact chosen by to many 'person's of 'number over principle'.

The San Diego County Board of E..d..u....just

took the "Leading First Prize"   in the socialist view of government control by utilizing spoon-fed information from Fallbrook's "Governing" Board in the 4th denial of  'Charter School' formation for Fallbrook Elementary School.. But "it is OK" because the 'partitioners can still go to the State Board; as if that would be an improvement over the Socialist, spoon-fed, distorted, withheld, and flat-out wrong use and reading of Charter Law per CA's E...d...u..code, at the San Diego County Board tonight. Do yourself and your children's children a favor: Take your first opportunity to remove these one-sided excuses of human kind from the responsibility of definition...not to children they sold out to!

Minds made up before the speakers for Fallbrook's petition arrived at the meeting.  All Board Members with properly sealed lips of dismay and sadness, over the sincerity of the over 400 proponents to form the Charter School. As one gentleman Board member said 'We understand how you feel and even agree with the Charter School concept; but we are mandated to follow the recommendations of the governing board'.  Since the vote was decided before the meeting occurred, it could be asked "Why Bother" presenting the concept in the first place.  Charter Law notwithstanding, this Board already decided it would Only consider that part of Charter Law which agreed with the Governing Board - the "Financial 'pull up your pants', Consultant" and its governing board "attorney" which specializes in how to word the law to avoid having facts and truth interfere with the preconceived notions prevalent in today's, union-think, schooling, of not even - politically correct - , simply totally distorted, withheld, and absent the right to speak to change information; or refute the lies prevalent from the governing board's self-defined and righteous indignation that anyone would have the gull to call them irresponsible for ...ooops!  They forgot who they're in business for!  Remember, 5 to 13 year old children - the posterity of Fallbrook and our Nation's future!  Governing Board forever! Union forever! Truth, Sorry Charlie, your not small enough"!!!

Remember that old way to run a meeting?  It's called "Robert's Rules of Order".  It was not necessary at the San Diego County Board of E..d..u.  In fact the proponents of the Fallbrook Charter School were informed their Attorney and Financial Consultant would not be allowed to speak!  How does that grab all of you left-over Americans of Declaration and Constitution ilk!?  I'm furious ... and I did tell them so, during the break!  Hope they have fun looking at themselves in the mirror tomorrow morning!

The Governing Board had about 30 minutes to start, presented their determinations as existed since Day One of the whole Fallbrook Charter petition. Granted, they did lay the groundwork and repeated the law from the appropriate sections of the Edu. Code. The Fallbrook's Governing Board's  stating no less than 3 times, that ONLY what is addressed in the Charter Law would be considered - even though, much of the law is written with "flexibility" because much cannot be done until the Charter is in Place.

The Charter group didn't and doesn't refute any part of that. They don't need to. The Charter Leader refuted the Board with a total of 3 minutes time.  The County Board Chair or President asked for questions or comments from the other Board members:
      A Board member did ask for extended time for more specifics regarding the financial aspects for Fallbrook's Charter, without the financial consultant. 2 minutes more were 'allowed'.

 Sure enough, Robert's Rules abandon! The motion to, again, deny Fallbrook Charter School, was presented and seconded. The Governing Board, to be very clear, was allowed to have Both Attorney and Financial Consultant Input after the Motion is on the floor for the vote!  Fallbrook Charter was not allowed to refute the missed and distorted information presented by the 'financial accountant'.  Fallbrook Charter was not allowed to answer or refute,  after the governing board's person of money management spoke to deride the charter.  And, equally 'stating by the very loud action' as both governing and county board denied the Fallbrook Charter's Attorney and Financial Consultant time, that these two representatives of law and of charter school finance, were not intelligent or well qualified or good enough to be 'allowed' say in support of Fallbrook's children..

 Robert's Rules review:  Present your arguments - both sides - with comments (Fallbrook had one citizen speak for the 400 + ) governing board - no one commented except the presenter. Leader asks for questions or comment from the voting Board.  Financial pro charter is given 2 minutes more - not with attorney or financial consultant -. Motion to "Deny the Chartered to Fallbrook Elementary is made and seconded.".  Governing Board then gets both Attorney and Financial Consultant to speak. Financial consultant gets to deliver incorrect information - because of the '3 times only what is in the petition for Charter' - and continued ignoring of how to read the law from other than the Governing's Board with their self-interest attorney - defining what the Charter School Law states.  So even when Fallbrook presented evidence to support there viewpoint of the same law, that was ignored and the Charter attorney and financial support were disbarred from presenting.   The Single Leader of forming Fallbrook Charter School was also denied the Robert's Rule of answering, the misrepresentations of the Governing's-antichildren in charter school-Financial consultant; as part of discussion in relation to the motion on the floor.  A voice vote was taken and called 'unanimous' by the county board's leader; but then you couldn't really hear - only she could. This listener thinks there were 1 or 2 abstainers who didn't say anything as they looked downward into the the desks they wished would swallow them up!

The Charter School Leader provided evidence in direct relation to the Charter School Education Code as Written in CA Law to completely refute the governing board.  The Fallbrook Charter school was damned before it ever arrived.  The County Board's minds were spoon-fed, unquestioningly made-up, conforming very beautifully to the deaf-wearing blinders-group think of socialist unions.

For each individual member of that County Board: Integrity, be damned! Go for the opposition to those successful for children's education Charter Schools,  and perpetuate the failed education represented by Fallbrook's governing board... by pulling out all the stops. Lets kill [not the literal as in ending life, but kill as in living defined by a few 'human-kind', a.k.a living death of  thought]  those 400+ and more, American-types that think they can get away with stopping union, socialist, "cultural-social-non history-no classical learning of the 4R's with relating and reflecting banned from those 5 to 13 year olds, "zeitgeist" group thinking!

Like so many who have been if office in Wash. DC --- Forget the 10th Amendment and forget that State and Federal Governments are so large from being involved in what belongs to the people as 'persons' or 'persons as business'!

Notice, it addresses trade and traders...not the US government, because the founders would not have acted so irresponsibly as 'elected agents - We the People' representing their lives in agriculture and business; not would they have done so to "We the People's" life, liberty, and property via unlawful financing of non-government affairs; ie those not covered in the the Constitution, not delegated to the States, are reserved to the people!!! The Obama-Soros government prides itself on utilizing the life, liberty, and property of "We the People" in unlawful, forceful, usurpation of persons as citizens of the US. The Bible source for this paragraph:  "Do unto others as you would have others do unto you."  {The Bible Old and New Testaments are about one person with God and Jesus teaching 'Governance' For self, village, nation with law and morality).

If the owner of the NY Property were just an owner who happened to be Islamic, that might pass; but it is a huge stretch! 1828 American Dictionary also defines "religion" as "1. Religion, in its most comprehensive sense, includes a belief in the being and perfections of God, in the revelation of his will to man, in man's obligation to obey his commands, in a state of reward and punishment, and in man's accountableness to God; and also true godliness or piety of life, with the practice of all moral duties. The Islam supported by the property owner of the NY land; does not support this definition of religion. He may use the word; but that has no relation to the fact. When you include the External Government of force and control exemplified by "Sharia Law", then you can see that Islam's religion is Islam's government and does not reflect Obedience to God's Laws which is the definition of "religion" the founder's were referring to when they wrote "Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof. .." Isn't it convenient for the owner of the NY property to USE the word religion to get his way while ignoring Islam as the government attachment in "Sharia Law"; while the founders and the United States know 'religion as obedience to God's Laws represent the basis of sovereignty in justice for the conscious of 'A Person' and law is derived from God. Not the government of opinion of law via committee or by one Imman who decides...everyhting!

An education that gives all time necessary to learn about "Zeitgeist" of the heart of open society with production - thought - finance - controlled at a level even Marx would blush at! The pure lie of evil this represents to the innocence of youth...who really do want to do the right thing - if they could only receive the direction the 'Old and New Testament's offer' with understanding "Internal Government" of conscience. Individuals who are working on their life's jouney to God and Jesus, with history's great leaders renonowed and unknown except to those whos lives they touched; know and see to it the teachings continue; but because of the human nature ability of Man to cause and support "Myths" and "Mysticism", in this the 'separation of church and state' and a little because of 'forgetting' the words or emphasizing the symptom without the history, physical examination which can lead to a diagnosis of the disease; allowed this 'high wall of impregnable separation'. Then "We the People" allowed themselves to doubt their person of character both present and as heritage. Now, we are a Nation ruled by doubting Thomas and those who would, for their own person of money and power, lie about what this represents to the Posterity represented in the truth and innocence of the young. Yep, young arrive with truth. It's after they get here, among men, that truth gets messed-up. Knowledge and Wisdom are truth, not stagnant, dynamic, challenging, exciting, despairing, and probably every emotion any Individual wants to define within the sphere of his/her world...and I don't mean electronic! Computer is a tool, just like a wheel in importance. Don't be fooled by that newer 'myth' of invicible thinking machine! It is stupid and requires 100% of an indeividual or groups of individuals to make its internal wires for it can only work on wires...until human kind commands nuclear energy. Young people, tied to their little 'myth of thinking' machines are badly mislead...and we see this daily..especially of the generation spanning radio only to television and so forth. The senses returned to so many people by Jesus, are now able to be performed by men. That's doesn't take one iota away from Jesus who is teaching that man is not only made in God's image; but also can attain 'knowledge and wisdom' only limited by their person. And it does not matter the location on this globe of the person meaning full well - the center of Hamas, of radical jihad, of serial killers, of disasters, and of all manner of adversity experienced by human kind. Learning the risk-reward of life's journeys is what is set before us for our 'self' and for our offspring - whether parent or not..has nothing to do with the getting of 'knowledge and wisdom' for each 'self'.

"Counselor" means just that. He will never leave any one of us as 'self', village, city, county, state, and even federal .or whatever the nation looks like. Mankind is now and often leaves God; but He doesn't leave us. What looks like a mystery to mankind is just another 'bumping along' as a counselor. But You, singular and pleural, must get Knowledge and wisdom...for Everlasting Father with "My Father and I are One" can only cousel you so far on the journies. Example, just because Budda was on earth in B.C., doesn't mean that God had nothing to do with him; for there is a lot of God in Budda who is loved as he should be.

Learning is getting 'knowledge and wisdom'. While you learn, among the 5W's and H of research and jounalism (ignored for modern..n.n..n work] or the 4 R's of Classical Method; then accomplish, then relate and reflect, and all the time the 5 W's and H of 'The Almighty God'; as Jesus teaches, You, singular or pleural, Shall receive rewards beyond measure.

That's the Truth, isn't it!

One Wealthy person who decides to build a house, or anything else for that matter, employs more persons at less cost with greater satisfaction in life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness; than any government in the history of mankind...bar none [exceptions to bad governance do occur with individual leaders: Genghis Khan, King Richard and other British kings and queens, and many of our Presidents, Governors, Legislators throughout our history]  Think about it, while the President of GE, during his 'turn in office of management-leadership'  likes to play with Obama's group-think, regardless of the GE President,  his corporation continues to expand opportunity for internships, inventions, improvements, management of loans, risk, rewards of investments, many small and large business which combine to produce a special product...often for the unknowns risk-benefit-rewards to be gain by exploring the unknown worlds above and below oceans and in the universe.  God's Gift of Nuclear Energy is as great as the wheel to mankind; but to power-monger, self-aggrandizement, knowledge control few who require guilt to rule knowledge and wisdom..especially in what is occurring in Japan after the hundreds of large and small quakes, without respect for the knowledge they gain at great loss and even greater loss to person, that is the courage of adversity which brings the greatest of God's rewards.  I'm not leaving Jesus out.  He is God's son. He is God's messenger for this the next 200+ year phase of person learning governance from family throughout this globe to government for each Nation..with respect to mankind as person.  One at a time, every hour of every day,....until the next Lesson.

CRP Chairman Del Becarro creates forum "California Speaks Out"..

Real Ideas from Real People in Real Time! 4/7 was in Fresno. Thursday, April 21 was at the Mission Inn in Riverside complete with protestors against cuts in IHSS across the street; and voices from ALL available Real People viewpoints inside. CRP members, guests and All Available listened.

There were, at first, Real People with the need to "yell" their view. They were asked to wait, that they would be able to speak when their turn arrived. This meant allowing the ongoing issue and question to finish. Then, the subject was accommodated for the viewpoints of  'deceit' in the use of  Redevelopment Agency Funds; need to stop Obama from his attack on Free Market System; SEIU computer leader who asked about correctness of the cost of duplicating resources from computer analyst as union members in favor of outsourcing; attack by Liberals on "We the Citizen's" Redistricting Committee by loading it in favor of their interest software for district redrawing v. the other software redrawing; high schooler who expressed the loss of teachers would continue to adversely effect quality of education with co-students who have trouble caring about learning, anyway; and a private Real Person who said she flip-flopped from one party to another and wanted to know "What are you going to do for Me?"; and a very nice, young Republican who wondered what the party was going to do to attract people from other cultures. This was one of the best answers by Mayor Lane "It doesn't matter the color of your skin, where you come from, how old you are, or what country you are from".

Apologies to the Master of Ceremony ?name  who help identify problems and the plan of the program. Ch. Tom introduced the City Council Member Melissa Melendez from Lake Elsinore; Randon Lane, the Mayor of Murietta; Assemblyman  Brian Nestande, 64th AD; and CRP Vice-Chairman Steve Baric.

Ch. Tom then spole of the issues that the governor cannot or does not recognize or have plans to correct...union pensions, size of CA government, and poor CA education.

It was a most informative and "Californian" speaks group. Excellent with more opportunities to come: June 9 here in San Diego; August 25 in Los Angeles; Sept. 15th in Orange County; Sept. 29 in Bakersfield for our southern area.  More are planned.

To the independent citizen of "What will you [Republican Party] do for me?":  get the government off your back so you can pursue your personal definition of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness without paying the state and federal governments money they utilize as a mind-less eating machine called a Killer Shark. Giving you something - not unless you mean the rewards of your own efforts for yourself and family.

To the high school student:  As was brought up- merit raises without any merit combined with unable to fire teachers who cannot and will not maintain a standard for teaching subject matter remains a problem to change. Assemblyman Nestande pointed out the following: If the Los Angeles Unified School District wanted to hold a 'One-day Meeting to update and get employees on one page of action plans' the district would have to rent the Los Angeles Coliseum to hold the meeting for the bureaucrats for that school district!  There is a lot wrong about the interior workings of our state which, if corrected, would go a long way toward reducing state debt.  Tests of achievement don't use the test 'tool' for the individual student to make his/her own learning progress...it is used for adults only and as such don't really measure anything at all.. since the student is simply the pawn... not the king of learning.

Everyone, and I do mean everyone- citizen - of this State with a stake in California's Future for themselves and their children's children!  It is no different here than in Obama's spend, spend, spend...and then spend some more without the slightest respect for foundations, employment, trading in business and the marketplace, internships and training programs that the "rich people or people as Corporations" contribute to every sector of every states's economy and therefore the revenue for the Fed.  California citizens take this opportunity to have your voices heard in a more effective manner with the effect extending to the candidates for office we nominate in 2012 - including redistricting, Article II: 5 "..All voters may vote at a voter-nominated primary election for any candidate for congressional and state elective

office without regard to the political party preference disclosed by
the candidate or the voter, provided that the voter is otherwise
qualified to vote for candidates for the office in question. This is the origin of the word "Rhino" or 'sheep skin covering the killer shark of group-minded, non-history, few men mentality. Go to these meetings and learn to recognize the person of Who, What, Where, When, Why, and How of the integrity of service as a representative of State, Federal, City, County or any elective office of government at any level.  We can't change government if we don't recognize the integrity of the person requesting your support; but not planning to respect you once elected. [There are approximately 436 Agencies in California with many duplications, connections, and not useful parts.  These have never been reviewed. Using CA's Sunset Plan doesn't work because the owner-employees of the agency are the determiners of report content which determines the life of that agency!]

This part is opinion, but also reflects many expressions from many Republicans all over San Diego and in some, balanced newspaper 'letters to editors'.

The Republicans, some more State-Federal Constitution aware than others, do want less government as invasive, counter-'person, property, papers, and effects' via taxation beyond sustainability; has no regard to its own size and lack of response, disorganization, absent accountability, and regulating via appointment spending machines known as departments, commissions, bureaus, boards. 

Regardless, if you want to know the 5W's and H of The Republican Party...come and join-into Ch. Del Beccaros's "California Speaks Out".
