Here's an interesting phenomenon in the world of 'church's..

 ..ecclesiastical denominations about our Lord, Soul of Person is well understood; but when attached to "and assume among the powers of the earth the Separate and Equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them"....the "We Still Hold These Truths to be Self-Evident"(Matthew Spalding), a.k.a God's Universe and Laws, Person is still recognized; but his Soul is different from the Soul of the Scriptures which derive from the 1620 Mayflower Puritans, the March 12, 1770 freemen and individuals writing Resolutions, the Crossing of the Delaware Christmas Eve; the fog on Chesapeake Bay that stopped the ENTIRE British Fleet; and the Debates which occurred in writing the Constitution.  We haven't even spoken of the millions of other events with individual person(s) alone or in groups suchas "Restore Honor" on our Patriarch George Washington's Mall by Millions -- August 28, 2010.

Which of course, the 'Obama-Atheist-Secular-deists-Sharia-of force over the collective, mass, robotron- people, absent "Religion and Morality", "Lets Give Up on the US Constitution" -- Georgetown law professor Louis Michael Seidman of the education with credentials, are already trashing on a daily basis through 92,788 Agencies at the Federal Level, an Executive Branch with 29,000+ of those Agencies, and a President who refuses to sign a budget, for 3 years, because the People's consent of the governed, House of Representatives Must give "continuation cash" to each Agency so they can spend it in  any Manner of their "ends justifies means /  opinion without interference way they choose -- especially with the directions by Executive Order's reorganization of Government ---ALL  absent the 5th Amendment.

And by ignorance and disregard of The Laws of Both Founding documents, those educated, by 'Seidman-type professors", so valued in emigrants who should be given Citizenship privileges over any other descriptor of Person in The Laws of That Founding Document and the Soul of that person in the Declaration....  Not one of those emigrants are required to comprehend "sovereignty" of Person, State, and Nation;  or..

 2) Non-governmental Organizations (NGO), SanDag here, which have legal authority absent election -- and are squeezed between County and State, in using taxpayer resources as collective group-think, absent law in accountability or in Both Founding Documents.  NGO's were in 11/6/12's election as Proposition 31 which was soundly defeated by California's Citizens; so the 'state' is reintroducing it through that part of violators of Both Constitutions - Senate Majority of force by government of, by, and for government, absent 'reason', knowledge, wisdom and Truth of the Republic under God and contents in Article XX:3 of the CA Constitution,, Senate Bills 1- government investing taxpayer dollars in "preferred" sustainable, 11 alternative fuel and vehicle taxpayer money supporting investments, 33 NGO's taxpayer money resources as "Infrastructure" which is An attack on the rights of another; infringement or violation.the removal of Article IV:4 Republican Form of government complete with invasion of " An attack on the rights of another; infringement or violation.".

3) Sen. Reid assisting Sen. Feinstein's  violation of "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.", through AMENDING IT into another Bill which the violation of Law and of Oath of Office, would pass un-noticed -- or at least with the opinion without interference of the "Elected robotron-think-of never question Senators among the despotic majority absent 'reason, knowledge and Truth - just obey - Obama's atheist-secular-Sharia-collective, mass Trash / give-up the Constitution.
