To directly destroy the Constitution of the United States.  Our Nation’s soul and spirit, under God are being removed from all Americans by overwhelming all Branches of government with NO CONSTITUTION LAW - PLANNED through COMMISSION, NEGLECT , and Positive TRANSGRESSION (1828 definition of “Crime”).  The Implementation is occurring from local-city government throughout to Congress.  The main location of these non-bullet, “High Crimes” against the United States of America is in the ‘Appointed’ works of DEPARTMENTS, COMMISSIONS, AGENCIES, of government.

It is imperative for the destruction of capitalism as the life and liberty of both “person” and “person as business”, occur BEFORE the 2012 Elections; so that the results of that election will be null and void to the continuation of Socialism in Law.  BE CLEAR: Socialism Is Absent Divine Law – for the individual as “Constitutional Person” Shall Not Exist. While socialism cannot effect ‘person’ one with God because “spirit” transcends mortal existence; but the slaying of one-person-at-a-time right to life, liberty, and person definition of happiness - Freedom - can and is intended to be removed.  

The protections of “person” removed for the social justice visualized and experienced - daily now through Czar’s work throughout all government and even outside of government through manipulation of social-related beliefs as Religious Denomination; Banking policy and procedure changes to using ‘person’s property’ as money for exchange of goods and services as well as source of income; condo, leasing and renting housing for ‘persons’, ‘persons as business’, and ‘parents with children’ or extended families; by allowing law to cover unlawful acts and behavior....and as said above ALL LIFE, LIBERTY, and forget happiness.

The purpose is what it always has been: Socialism with control of all means of production and distribution of all life, liberty.  ...forget Pursuit of happiness..it belongs to the so-called Leaders of Socialism (“Zeitgeist - moving forward” on you Tube).

Agenda 21 with the UN are intertwined and demonstrate the application of ALL areas of life and liberty stated in the UN Charter - Mission Statements. Please read these documents  for the CRIMES of OMISSION with NEGLECT, COMMISSION and TRANSGRESSION stated; as well as the “opinion without interference” or reason DIVINE LAW is ABSENT from the Global World of Nations as members of the United Nations.  Thus allowing the UN to be the center-point of borderless nations and jurisprudence - already taking place through redefinition of parent, children, environment, etc all the above.  

The Actions of this President and his minions in Congress and in the President’s Cabinets, in much of State Government is treason for just because bullets are not used, doesn’t mean that ‘death’ has not occurred!  Everyone already this knows death of spirit is a much more lethal legacy than a bullet which kills mortal-body.  Death was a form of relief for the Jews in Concentration Camps; for the thousands killed as victims of their ‘dictators’.  Death, without removal of head, is wonderful for radical jihad Islam; and stoning to death..without justice to any human either as the person stoned, or the people throwing the stones because to refuse to comply to throwing the stones is as forbidden as wrong to ‘Allah’. On March 9, Brannon Howse of Worldview Radio interviewed author James Simpson. Entitled "Barack Obama is Destroying Our Economy on Purpose," Howse's interview of Simpson concentrated on Columbia University professors Richard Andrew Cloward and Frances Fox Piven who wrote an article in 1966 for The Nation magazine. "The article was published on May 2, 1966 and laid out what is now known as the `Cloward-Piven Strategy'. The plan calls for the destruction of capitalism in America by swelling the welfare rolls to the point of collapsing our economy and then implementing socialism by nationalizing many private institutions," explains a synopsis on the Worldview Radio website. "Cloward and Piven studied Saul Alinsky just like Hillary Clinton and President Obama."
Alinsky is considered to be the founder of modern community organizing in America. Alinsky's teachings influenced Obama early in his career as a community organizer on the far South Side of Chicago. Obama worked for Gerald Kellman's Developing Communities Project where he learned and taught Alinsky's methods for community organizing. Obama would later work for ACORN (the Association of Community Organizations for Reform Now.
According to Sol Stern of the Manhattan Institute, ACORN is a modern successor of the radical 1960's "New Left" and holds a "1960's-bred agenda of anti-capitalism" to be implemented through "undisguised authoritarian socialism."

Our Republicans are requiring: 1) the Bills pass a Constitutional Test before proceeding;
2) are funded without increasing taxation;
3) law is Not applied selectively...i.e. the rich over everyone else...neglecting the National financial benefits of every ‘person’ as individual and as ‘person in business’ Especially the Not Using 1 Cent of Taxpayer Dollars —to accomplish more for more persons than any government----anytime today, in history, and tomorrow (if the socialists don’t succeed in US and World takeover for continued, repeating since Biblical times-Chaos).

And notice the frequency of Executive Order is slowed or stopped!!!

Because Congress Is Affective to slow...not stop-just slow...Obama and cohorts, the 2600 Agencies with the leaders as EPA, FCC (source of truth in information for the informed “person” as American with duty to Nation), food and drug, Agriculture, Treasury and Federal Reserve effect on business which therefore connects  - life (everything about each one person) - liberty- pursuit of whatever....; the socialists have stepped-up the “inspector-czar” role to tear-down whatever is possible!  This is how the Cloward-Piven works...so much Anti-law, our system can’t respond or handle it!  It is just as effective as shooting guns (which also have to be removed and impaired from use by person).

There is not a Republican Majority in the Senate, but our Founders made it possible to add a protection because the Senate is only one part of legislation.

At CA State Level, this Socialist-Legislature has over-whelmed its governor with more than 600 bills on his desk.  I don’t think it will be possible for this governor to read or comprehend that much insult to both Constitutions.  He may not even be inclined to attempt.  All he has to do is sit on the Bills...the Bills automatically become Law!!!  The Governor of our State abrogates his representation of “We the People” and the Laws he took an Oath to obey.  Each One is Anti-Law - even if a good law, because inaction enhances Cloward-Piven bad law!  We can see and are experiencing Anti-Law based on Power of dictate-decree that the government from before 2009 has implemented.

It is with the Team Republican... Teapartiers and others.  It is Team Republicans who must continue to hold the Way, Truth, and Light of Supreme Law of our Land; because Soros-Obama-Cloward-Piven-Alinsky-minons/ with UN ‘s UNCONSTITUTIONAL ‘soft treaty’ known as Agenda 21 will continue to work to overthrow our Government. But there remain too many Americans who remain in denial, in grief, in disbelief, and worse in distrust of Americans who know what has already been occurring...!  Having said that, Republican Leadership does include Progressive Republicans..republicans who think socialism of Soros-Obama isn’t that bad and also believe for a lot of reasons - known to themselves - that statistics are best, the Constitution is outdated, and God may be a inconvenient truth which can be compromised! More important, agrees with the media, over Teapartiers, that Constitution-based candidates are a NO-NO. This is exemplified by Sarah Palin deciding not to run for President...”We the People’s” best and most accurate voice for our “Rule of Law”.  Disrespect by this part of our Party... is serious.

There could be something more going on which is not stated by any person as American Candidate, elected to office - agent of We the People.  It is not clear, but vagly discernable in the changes of commentary among those people themselves and the nature of monetary threat as the international debt with foreign powers as petroleum and monetary! Bet this knowledge is lingering among the knowledgeable and wise Americans.  So, Don’t think it will remain unsaid - socialists with progressive Republicans!!!  The Lord says obey me; and does give person, business and government seek and ye shall find, ask and it shall be open to you.  The Lord God Shall Not Be Defeated.  

This is yet another ‘first’ in United States history!  As all things between Spirit of Divine Law and Pharisee of Man’s blind-deaf-stiffnecked nature, the above are Both Opportunity of Adversity to learn - at least acknowledge we should never forget Divine Spirit of person - against the annihilation of ‘person-spirit’ for the excluding-group-defined-nonthinking-power of few over every, single person..including the people performing actions for the benefit of the few in power!!

Its predecessor, H.R. 3200 brought out 1.5 to 2 million Americans in Protest on the Mall & Tea parties throughout the United States of America. It's written by the President's extra-curricular medical assistant of many opinions, poor grammar, and unable to write a correct outline format. It was unfundable, duplicated, insulting in the assumption that United States Health care is of poor quality (First sentence: ...quality, affordable for all Americans..". H.R. 3200 supports the idea that Pres. Johnson and his administration did a terrible job in creating the 44 yr. old Medicare/caid health care for the Americans who used 90% or more of the of the health care dollars throughout the years and to date.

This Act Requires all Citizens & legal residents to have insurance. Then, over a 5 year period of time, phase-in the 100% Federal Control program. You must recognize, I know you recognize that this is The Taking Away of "All persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside. No State shall make or enforce any law(Act) which shall abridge the privileges or immunities of citizens of the United States, nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law;...(Amendment XIV:1, Amendment IV). There are fines to any citizen who refuses to obtain insurance which Medicare also does, but no-where near the huge amount from the Healthy Americans Act . Our person -- mental status & physical body -- couldn't be more life, liberty or property!

THIS IS THE SINGLE, MOST INSULTING ACT THAT ANY ONE MAN OR HIS ADMINISTRATION HAS PERPETRATED ON EVERY PERSON IN THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA! HE IS WRONG! HIS BELIEF THAT HIS DEFINITION OF 'CHANGE' WAS SUPPORTED BY NOVEMBER 8, VOTE OF THE PEOPLE FOR THIS ACT IS ALSO WRONG BOTH FOR THE PEOPLE'S SIDE OF THE VOTE AND FOR THE CONSTITUTION THAT THIS MAN THINKS HE CAN CHANGE WITHOUT USING THE SUPREME LAW OF THE LAND. THIS ACT CHANGES 233 YEARS OF 'WE THE PEOPLE'; TO THE BELIEF THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT CAN PERFORM DECISIONS 'FOR THE PEOPLE' BETTER THAN THE PEOPLE CAN FOR THEMSELVES! Even were this a true statement, this Act cannot change the Constitution (Article V) and is therefore illegal from its concept by President Obama. Any Congress member supporting this Act needs to be aware: 1) Your integrity for your Oath of Office is compromised; 2) You do not represent the United States of America FIRST, then your State. In the last few decades, Party has been the watchword -- getting re-elected becomes the watchword--- and compromise aka reaching across the aisle, my friend across the aisle, bipartisan as long as the partisan part of the word dominates the issues as well as there is only one side to the coin - it is double-headed!

Amendment X's instruction to the Federal Government regarding actions it cannot perform includes, as you know, that powers not delegated to the United States and not prohibited by the Constitution Belong to the States or TO the PEOPLE. Since Medicare/caid, are government programs, how is the "America's Health Future Act of 2009" excluded; i.e Medicare sets a precedent for this Act. Not correct. One: Medicare/caid did not enroll every American or naturalized American. By limiting its scope to only those in need - elderly, physically or mentally disabled, disabled due to trauma - accident when benefits from work or insurance end; genetic or developmentally disabled - Medicare/caid is able to enact a program which has and continues to serve these same people for the last forty-two years. Two: the Constitution isn't a traditional law book, it is law. Its law is Nature & Nature's God. Its purpose is not to legislate. The Founders were well aware of their limits as well as their strengths as leaders (an idea lost to many of today's leaders). Our Constitution is written, with its partner the Declaration, to address the integrity of the People for the foreseeable future of mankind. Yes, that is a mouthful; and to some, not possible that a truth could exist such as the founders were writing about. They were superb in condensing lessons of history, in describing why men(richer English) should decide for themselves: We are endowed by our Creator, people have separate and equal station which are entitled by Laws of Nature and of Nature's God. "It is the excellency of this Constitution that it is expressed with Brevity, and in the plain Common Language of Mankind (Oliver Ellsworthy)." Among its other purposes, is to protect the people's Declaration with The Constitution from a few men in positions of power, invariably misuse the power to their own ends. With Amendment IX: "The enumeration in the Constitution, of certain rights, shall not be construed to deny or disparage others retained by the people." Insurance companies are run by citizens of the United States of America - Amendments IV, X, XIV apply equally. Reminder to all Members of government at all levels and their supporting departments, bureaus, etc. the United States of America spent 191 or its 233 years of history Without Any Government Programs especially Health. An American's idea of personal responsibility included caring for the family in all areas of life. Further, contrary to popular governing, the Federal Government level of spending dollars is considerably more spread-out, to serve with less comprehension, than the same program managed by the State, i.e. shared Medicaid/Cal funds. Also, the State serves the same population as Medicare plus developmentally disabled, foreign who didn't pay into Social Security but purchased Part A of Medicare and serves them for years as compared to months, less often years in Medicare. The founding fathers felt and the reason the Federal Level of government is not used for service related programs (it currently & has used) is because it is too far away from the problem to define it State by State.

"America's Healthy Future Act of 2009", written by a Legislative Analyst, makes the Outline readable, adds what exists in general as well as Federal information. TITLE III Improving the Quality and Efficiency of Heath Care: replicates already existing programs. Adds cost list items like daily basic room charges, already available and given on admission or upon patient/family request, along with what hospital charges for Diagnosis Related Groupings (DRG's) which is actually the Federal Medicare Regulations for how long a patient can stay in hospital before transfer home or to another kind of facility - the cost is determined by the government - not the hospital. Most ill people choose their doctor, not their hospital especially since Joint Commissions has several Titles and Outlines dealing with quality and evidence based outcomes for care. Efficiency's section can't begin to recognize the millions of details including in systems the hospital uses internally and externally. The Federal Government should not even try. They simply are not knowledgeable and have little organization & cost controls in their own systems to recommend how medical systems should work. In TITLE I---HEALTH CARE COVERAGE:Subtitle A The Act also declares and regulates how private insurance companies shall charge for pre-existing conditions, how the charges will be indexed, and even the definition of what diagnoses or conditions will be recognized as pre-existing by the Federal Takeover of private industry. Because the Federal Government is having as much trouble funding $774,000,000,000 as they did $1,500,000,000,000, if there is a cost saving, it may occur somewhere between 2015 & 2035. Of course, there will be the annually since 1990, cut in Medicare/caid to fund the this Act as well as fines, excise taxes, penalties, and fees which are attached to every aspect of health care except hospital equipment and supplies at home or beneficiary's place of residence. With the Act, health care Shall Not be patient / physician centered care as practiced for all of Medicare/caid years. It is too busy doing statistics for its benefit. It will be consumer - beneficiary; but the government determines what cost, where, for what DRG or combination, for how long, which services, and even acceptable labs and x-rays. Since that way, government with statistician help, can control the part of costs government reimburses which does not and never will represent the actual cost of the service. There-in are the two major problems of preventing rising health care costs: 1) health care costs 100% of what it costs in real dollars private insurance pays. 2) Patients are not consumers. Patients only disappear when they die, or get better; nothing is consumed except the objects used in their care. Once in the patient care milieu, depending on age and condition(s) they rarely leave and more patients are added every hour of every day 365 days/year. The earlier preventative care starts the better; but there will never be government control of personal choice at this level. People have a right to be wrong. Government has a responsibility to "support its Constitution". Then there is a reflection of applying Nature and Nature's God to each member in government's work.

'We the people' have to work with the consequences of our actions because ALL Citizens - including YOU Congress Person - are responsible for what happens to Our Government. 'We the people' do not choose Pres. Obama's- his Socialist friends in and out of government in supporting this outrageous Act against the Declaration of Independence (The Premise) and The Constitution of the United States of America (the corollaries), the actions before and the actions planned by this man.
