The Establishment Republican Party is following the lead of the Obama-Alinsky groups by skin color, college attendance, culture minus the English Language of the government of, by and for the People -- naturalized citizens are denied education --- Sovereignty of Person Protected from government-over-man, as noted in just one of several areas of life, air, land, water, minerals, petroleum, nuclear and the future for our Posterity -- the next Frontier - God's Universe.

Our Party's majority in the House; the teapartiers, the conservatives, and most Americans do not realize the above statements in "Majority Limited for Liberty" are the Republican Form of Representative government:  The 11/6 election, the tax ceiling, absent the word 'ceiling' which is Obama archaic, the responsibility of Each-One-Elected We the People, BEFORE party affiliation, and each member of the People's part of the Federalist-systems to protect the individual-through party process which start at the polling place; go to the District/location of delegates as Republican Central Committee; and then become divergent away from the people, disintegrating into what occurred with the Rules Committee at the 2012 RNC Convention of leaders who didn't think "We the People" would notice, and even if they did, leader's will is supreme --[Nature's God in that mankind often becomes conceited, arrogant, wearing blinders and earmuffs, to that the common ground, shared with the "Socialists disguised as Democrats at their DNC Convention; ....And

Republicans use to take pride in the "indispensible supports of political happiness "religion and morality"; But now

We among our Party must choose: establishment Centrist Rince Preibus versus conservative Mark Willis.

A reason/reflecting, relating person might say "Isn't it about time, leaders throughout of 50 State's party, we pay attention to "Spirit is Supreme"; "Government-over-man is absent knowledge, wisdom and truth and the same is forbidden our Posterity in State and Federal indoctrination disguised as education and in ALL, with few exceptions, our Article III Judiciary; and our Article I Legislative is bowing in fear and subjugation to a majority of despotism (use 1828-dictionary.com to look this word up...you really need to...along with religion -- it is Not the same as Church); and so everyone gets sad at losing, when We the People ought to be exercising "When a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariable the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty to throw off such Government....".

This is also true at our State Level: Tom Del Becarro is a Conservative, long before the Teaparty existed, and knows what love of God and Nation First..means. He understands dealing with party of 'Opinion without interference' with 'preconceived conclusions', absent the fact of our Republic under God is what is being overthrown; and it has absolutely nothing to do with Mitt, except he knows exactly what is, and what is not, going on. He stated it, beautifully and succinctly, as the first statement of his acceptance speech:  silence, waited for that huge audience to become quiet........."Freedom of Religion" silence....then followed with equally important statements of understanding.

Tom has received in-house, party opinion-without interference, degradation because of spending money on the Initiative to attempt to remove the egregious gerrymandering of our State Senate for the June 5th, top two vote getters regardless of political party affiliation stated by the candidate or voter (CA Constitution Article II:5(a)(b), election. The Initiative was approved for June 5th vote by the largest number of signatures in the history of the State; but Tom did use the Party's money for the purpose of the principles to protect the vote of the US Constitution Article IV:2 citizens of the State.  [Actually, I'm not sure if that's the origin; but know enough about the people involved to make an educated guess; but I might be wrong. Not about what Tom did; wrong about the reason there wasn't enough money at the State level.]

The opponent, Mike Brulte, is like Rince Preibus: first priority Money -- that comes under an inanimate object / Nature's Laws; for its only value derives from how man uses it; and right now, with or without Tom's spending, there isn't any money in CA for politics as donation to party, which is never verbalized within the hearing of anyone; --- except for the union administration's PAC dues with its guarantee of income because of usurpation from Taxpayers completely absent separate and equal station with both the Laws of Nature and Nature's God -- a union's administrator complete disregard for its members, unless they absolutely obey their bosses in the top-down, vertical form of governance of "do as I say and shut-up, or else".

There's a lot more about the Republican Party, but because it won't help the attacks against our Republic under God, the understanding the because our Laws are for One Person protected from government-over-man; the majority must give-up to the minor party which is the closest to the Laws of Both Founding Documents; or the Party's Duty and Responsibility is to itself and to We the People, regardless of political party, to Learn and Teach The Declaration of Independence and the U.S Constitution with attention to how Bills, Issues, "Deeds, not words." impact "and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and to our Posterity do Ordain and Establish this Constitution For the United States of America.".

The Party kids itself into believing it will win in 2014 by ignoring "top-two vote getters regardless of political party affiliation resulting in Districts of same Party members in the top-two spots with more Districts DEM(Socialist)-DEM(Socialist); than our minor number party; and the Greater number majority -- guaranteed ignorant of the Socialist versus Republican form of government, who vote as told, rather than most Republicans, Libertarian, and Independents who often choose their own positions and candidates.  Allowing the "despotic Majority" to continue to determine the political standard of right and wrong; allows the myth that they will be beaten in 2014. Though it might work!  In history the odds are often greater against righteous side compared to the evil side.

Party Leaders, it is very, very past time to follow the Conservatives of Mark Willis and Tom Del Becarro; for our God and our Nation Shall be First in our Hearts; or we will lose everything including our babiy's, you now carry, children and their children are made subservient and "cooperative" and obedient to the collective group-think of the mass controlled with the force of government-over-man.  It is not the person of Obama, it is his legacy and those who have been so mislead, deceived and lied to, the youth of our Nation's future.

..of “veterans” and  “experts” as medical doctors to continue Secretary Gates’ refusal to award a “Medal of Honor” to Marine Sargent Rafael Peralta because “the 2004, servicemen eye witness accounts” of Sargent Peralta are over-ruled by the  “8 years later, collective committee who swear that the Soul of Sargent Peralta is of no consequence in laying down his life for his friends; that body evidence is of supreme importance over those who were present with their lives and fortunes at risk in the intensity and compulsion which is inherent when ‘volunteer soldiers’ pledge their lives, fortunes and sacred honor to each other.

While the words of Jesus may be unknown to the “Panel of Pannetta experts” of after the fact, what a Soul of Person can accomplish, while technically, physiologically dead – is part of the faith and strength in knowing that life, liberty, and pursuits of Happiness - even in sacrificing the last seconds of life, – can and do occur; because in the end, Each-Person’s Soul is what returns to God, though His Son Jesus for those whose “free exercise thereof” believe this earth-measure of God’s and Jesus’ promises.  That relationship recognizes that the Soul exists after the Body dies and indeed, can perform exactly what the “eyewitnesses” Know in Fact Occurred.

Government of Laws means person is protected in the Laws of the Declaration and Constitution. The Constitution’s Protection derives Solely from Article II and VI the binding to Oath of Office which is God’s Laws; but recognizes some whose supreme power lies in deism or ‘ morality in atheism’ - (affirmation).

Probably you don’t notice the “NewSpeak” but its there, “Areas of Overlap” “Emerge”....and it goes downhill from there as our Republican form of representative government’s One Person and All minorities have equal rights, with any majority which must be strictly limited in the power and operation of government, folds and capitulates to ‘a number’ and word “Majority” which has no intention of ever involving itself in First Table of Law and Second Table of Law: the Separate and Equal Station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them, ... and unalienable rights, let alone the 1620 to 1789-Oath of Office in Articles II and VI.

“Consent of the Governed” has the opportunity for the benefit of Sovereignty of Person, State, and Nation to prevent this Anti-Law from continuing: Before Friday, 12/14 – Instruct Each One Electoral College Member who is an American of Love of God and of Nation before Party – to Note cast their Ballot for this president – against the Laws of Both Founding Documents. We the People need one third or 18, minor-number, State’s Electoral College Members to refuse to cast a ballot for this man to remain in office.

Another, front page article “New Study Examines Brain Trauma”—Ken Belson, this one from NYT, demonstrates Socialist-group think in scientific method. The group in the study is comprised only of athletes, military veterans, and others of repeated head trauma which adds to the evidence that repeated brain injury consequences over time.

This study is only 4 years old; but there have been other studies not of athletes as the dominate reason, just repeated brain traumas back about the late 80's.  Mr. Belson and the study does note that this study cannot prove definitively that head injuries sustained on the field caused CTE (Chronic Traumatic Encephalopathy), especially on 83 expired athletes; and that athletes who may have suffered brain injury in football or military but do not have CTE, the “percentage”,  probably Will Not Have brain tissue for comparison because “less likely to donate their brains to science.  This in itself is not a scientific method – already you cannot produce the cause of CTE to the result of effect.

In addition, “It’s a gambler’s game to try to predict what percentage of the population has this.”.
The study is suppose to “dispel doubts about the likelihood that many years of head trauma can lead to CTE.

But the General public, especially the parents of H.S contact sports ‘assume’ the conclusion – even with “All concussions are not created equal”.

The point, risk/benefit with opportunity / threat reduced or redefined, not based on evidence, but on the idea that CTE could occur.  The Benefit is the learning in competitive sports, in music and band, and in life — the interactions of adversity with opportunity equal mental self-reliance of one individual as a member of a team of individuals- each one doing their ‘job’, and growth, as well as aspects of physical health and understanding how a brain can be repaired in and of itself – which is absent from consideration by researchers and parents who read this article. Mitt will reduce spending and taxes which will not only return to the individual the means with which he can assert his freedom and dignity, but also guarantee to the nation, state, county, and city, the economic strength that will always be the ultimate defense against foreign foes.

As the able Administrator he is, he “will develop clearly stated and clearly understood priorities for national programs. We cannot do everything at once and there are many things the Federal Government shouldn’t be doing at all.”  The Tenth Amendment with the enumerated powers for both State as Federal levels of “Consent” and “We” must be respected. – as must the skills and attributes, “Religion and Morality” – the most sacred property is conscience.

 Announcement was made last night or early this am on CNN, but it’s removed from the news. Apparently this 'president' said there were fill-in dots that were not correct on the Ballots. That another "Presidential" election might occur before the end of December.  CNN did report that Mitt Romney had lunch with this ‘man’ today.

This ‘president’s’ announced fraud in the election is Not Contained in the 'number of collective people' who cast their ballots for him. If the fraud occurred with his name; it occurred with every candidate and issue of all the 50 States.

The Districts in the majority, certainly the "swing States", Are Gerrymander if only because fraudulent number of the census, leads to fraudulent number establishing the districts; and fraudulent number does not disappear from wherever and whoever its applied to count.  It is necessary that We the People be on the same page: the Definition of   “Evil is natural or moral. Natural evil is any thing which produces pain, distress, loss or calamity, or which in any way disturbs the peace, impairs the happiness, or destroys the perfection of natural beings.

Moral Evil is the underpinning for removing our Republican form of government under the Laws of Both Founding Documents; for God and man’s most sacred property, conscience, is contained in the Declaration; and the Only Location of God’s Laws, President Washington’s “Religion and Morality,” in our Constitution are in the Preamble of “do ordain and establish...for...: Articles II and VI Oath of Office (affirmation).

An interesting fact about the Person(s) who write history, before the revisionist, anti-truth brigands, is that everyone of them is writing as if their audience accepts God’s Law as the Way, The Truth, and The Light; and back then that was a safe assumption. Two days ago I wrote about the massive rocket attacks from Gaza against civilian targets within Israel over the weekend.

Yesterday our Prime Minister called all the foreign ambassadors in Israel to a meeting at which he explained the situation in the south to them, expressing his anger at the world's silence when for 13 straight years over a million Israeli civilians have been regularly targeted by missiles fired from across the border in the south. He talked about the homes and schools and kindergartens which have been hit. And just in case they didn't understand what he was talking about, he had also invited to the meeting several school children from the south, who told their own stories. Bibi told the foreign diplomatic corp that no other nation in the world would put up with these conditions, and neither would Israel.

And I would remind everyone that Israel COMPLETELY pulled all its military forces and civilians out of Gaza in 2005. So what is the reason why, 7 years later, Hamas continues to attack Israeli civilians and call for the death of Jews around the world?

This afternoon at 4 pm the Israeli air force assassinated Ahmad Jabaari, the head of Hamas' military wing. This is a man with the blood of hundreds of Israelis on his hands. This is a man who planned and carried out countless terrorist attacks. This is the man who planned and carried out the attack on an Israeli tank in Israeli territory, killing three soldiers and kidnapping the fourth (Gilad Shalit). Gilad was kept in captivity without benefit of Red Cross visits, mail, medical care, etc. for more than 5 years. He was only released a year ago, at the cost of the release of more than a thousand terrorists held in Israeli jails. Many of them have since been re-arrested for continued terrorism. Jabaari was also the man who turned a small group of fanatics into a well-armed, well-trained army. He is the man who literally threw the PLO out of Gaza and turned Gaza into a police "state". And above all, he was the Hamas' long-range missile expert. Thanks to him, Gaza is now the home of thousands of Iranian Fajar missiles capable of hitting Jerusalem and Tel Aviv.

The official response of Hamas was: "Israel has opened the gates of hell and they will pay."

It is now after midnight. Missiles have been falling on southern Israel for 8 hours, with no end in sight. In one hour this evening the city of Beersheva got hit by 20 Grad rockets. My 17-year-old was in the Beersheva train station at the time everything started. The city of Ashdod (Israel's largest port, just south of Tel Aviv) has also been hit several times, as have nearly all the communities in the south. Over one million civilians are yet again targets.

More disturbing, rockets have also been fired from Sinai, which is Egyptian territory.

Instructions from the Homefront Command (in charge of domestic protection against terror attacks and natural disasters) are the following:

1- Everyone within 7 kilometers (4-1/2 miles) of the border with Gaza needs to be INSIDE a bomb shelter or protected space until further notice. A protected space often means nothing more than an inside room with no windows, or under a stair well. Some residents of an older, poorer neighborhood of Beersheva feel that they will be at less risk sleeping in a park than in their buildings.

2- People living up to 40 kilometers from the border need to be within the recommended time from a bomb shelter or protected space. The farther away from the border, the more time you have. Those 40 kilometers away (25 miles) have an entire minute to get to a protected space!

The US State Department/US Embassy in Tel Aviv (the US Embassy to Israel is NOT in our capital city of Jerusalem) sent out a notice to everyone on their registration list basically telling American citizens to listen to official Israeli recommendations about safety and security.

In addition to the air strike on Jabaari, the Israeli AF has been doing pinpoint bombings on Hamas weapon stores, tunnels and missile-launching facilities in Gaza. Our AF is very professional, but they are working with a handicap. Gaza is one of the most densely populated areas in the world, and unlike the Hamas, we try to avoid civilian targets. In addition, Hamas deliberately uses schools, mosques and hospitals to either store weapons and munitions; they have also built missile-launching facilities underneath kindergartens, schools and mosques. So the Israeli AF has been targeting those they know are not under vulnerable sites. Our navy has also been operating off the coast.
