This Statement is 100% in concordance with the Laws of Both Founding Documents.

Leaders of the BSA who also Love God and Nation: Do you realize you allowed attorney’s to change our Republic under God by violating the Laws of Both Founding Documents over a non- problem, given the Policy Statement of the BSA, of a living object — the anatomy, physiology, neurology of the organs of sex?

 This is The Applicable Principles violated on a daily basis by this current “Obama Regime” and since about 1968, the Article III Judiciary:
“Only individual persons or corporate “persons” which are composed of individual persons may be the subject of legal process.  Inanimate objects and living objects not capable of conducting their own defense in a court of law May Not Be Parties To An Action At Law.”.  Because

..A gun, computer, air for the wireless or just to breathe, body’s anatomy, physiology, neurology, is Meaningless, unless utilized or attached to deed(s) with Person or Persons involved – and living and inanimate objects cannot be right or wrong, good or bad, evil or saintly – unless a homo sapiens with essential cognitive attributes is attached, though there are higher animals who do quite well, compared to homo sapiens in their Souls.

Person Must have Both Body, but more important in our unique in mankind’s history - a Person’s Soul – his conscience – as Madison says “In its larger and juster meaning, it embraces every thing to which a man may attach a value and have a right; and which leaves to every one else the like advantage....In the latter sense, a man has a property in his opinions and the free communication of them He has a property of peculiar value in his religious opinions, and in the profession and practice dictated by them. ....He has a property very dear to him in the safety and liberty of his person. ..He has an equal property in the free use of his faculties and free choice of the objects on which to employ them. ...In a word, as a man is said to have a right to his property, he may be equally said to have a property in his rights. ...”.

Person is composed of Body and Soul. When the person dies, the Body dies.  Not the Soul in Christian Religion Scouting, Boy and Girl, is teaching; and may I remind you....the BSA is the sole source for continued learning of  the Founder’s admonishment,  “Religion and Morality” must be intrinsic to public education, remaining in this “Socialist-Atheist-Secular(courts and attorneys)-Sharia-Man’s Law” supreme to our 1789 God’s Law in Both Founding Documents.



Here’s the law violation in the Declaration: “and assume among the powers of the earth the 1. Separate and Equal Station to which 2. the Laws of Nature.. (Periodic Chart of the Elements, living objects, inanimate objects).. and 3. of Nature’s God, entitle them”... 4. “Unalienable” Natural Rights ( see www.lexrex.com; “The Spirit of 1776, The Twelve Basic American principles"“Religion and Morality of Patriarch Washington’s Farewell Address) – and all 4 do mean God’s Creation of this Planet in His Universe.

Here’s the law violations in the Constitution: Article IV:4 The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against invasion ... the word also means “An attack on the rights of another; infringement or violation.” (www.1828-dictionary.com; Noah Webster’s Primary, Original Text); Amendment IX, XIV

Here are the Declaration of Constitutional Principles: “The individual component of the polity is the person, which is defined as Any Being consisting of or having the essential cognitive attributes of a member of the species homo sapiens, including BOTH the capacity to compete with others for the means to exercise the Natural Rights of life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, AND the capacity to regulate its competitive actions to avoid depriving others of those rights and to sacrifice itself for the greater good of the polity as a Whole or for their common Posterity (BSA is posterity). Whole means, Nature’s Law, The Sum of Each One of its Parts.”

Understand, the “Obama Socialist Regime” is the opposition and attack against our Republic under God; though many people do not want to acknowledge the difference between the Laws of Both Founding Documents versus what BSA is experiencing with your Attorney’s.

The Attorney’s, like many of you, and really the reason for this letter, is that if you don’t learn the unique nature of our Republic under God — the young men are swearing an Oath and Pledge they cannot in truth state – for the words violate God’s Law – and those young people never learn this:
The fundamental principle underlying the traditional American philosophy is that the Spiritual is supreme--that Man is of Divine origin and his spiritual, or religious, nature is of supreme value and importance compared with things material.   Religious Nature:  . This governmental philosophy is, therefore, essentially religious in nature. The Individual's duty requires obedience to this Higher Law; while knowledge of this duty comes from conscience, which the religious-minded and morally-aware Individual feels duty-bound to heed. This philosophy asserts that there are moral absolutes: truths, such as those mentioned above, which are binding upon all Individuals at all times under all circumstances. This indicates some of the spiritual and moral values which are inherent in its concept of Individual Liberty-Responsibility.

An Indivisible Whole:  The American philosophy, based upon this principle, is an indivisible whole and must be accepted or rejected as such. It cannot be treated piece-meal. Its fundamentals and its implicit meanings and obligations must be accepted together with its benefits.   The Individual's Self-respect:  The concept of Man's spiritual nature, and the resulting concept of the supreme dignity and value of each Individual, provide the fundamental basis for each Individual's self-respect and the consequent mutual respect among Individual's. This self-respect as well as this mutual respect are the outgrowth of, and evidenced by, The Individual's maintenance of his God-given, unalienable rights. They are maintained by requiring that government and other Individuals respect them, as well as by his dedication to his own unceasing growth toward realization of his highest potential--spiritually, morally, intellectually, in every aspect of life. So many young have Not been taught the magnificence and beauty of our unique in mankind’s history – The Laws (and Lessons) stated in The Declaration of Independence and The Constitution of the United States of America — both very much from Scripture and Religion as defined in Noah Webster’s “American Dictionary of the English Language” at www.1828-dictionary.com .

The Tradition of the Boy Scouts of America, can save our Republic under God’s Posterity in all aspects of the separate and equal station to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God entitle them....Unalienable because God made Person in His Image, sent Jesus to teach us that if we obey Him, then whatever we ask, whatever we seek, whatever we want...will be given to us... and that our Soul is worth more than any ‘thing’ of the face of our earthly existence ---- except our deeds to love one another - to respect and not judge our differences - and to realize that a member of the species Homo Sapiens, does not have gender, nor any physical or enviromental descriptors — Our Constitution doesn’t care if your purple with pink polka-dots, with 50 cents or 50 billion dollars... because when the body dies the Person dies, but not the Soul...and it is solely One soul-  no-one is going to stand with you...just you and His son Jesus or God.

Please Do Not give up our Unique in Mankind’s History – Accountability to the Creator of the Universe, this Planet and Our Nation as a leader in His name and in the name of His son Jesus Christ, by playing tidily-winks, from Attorney’s who have also never learned, or worse, forgotten, what the 1620 MayFlower, March 12, 1770, Boston Gazette and Country Journal’s Freemen and Individuals; 1776 and 1789 Founder’s gave to both our Nation and our Planet we respectfully share in God’s greatest law, with other Nation’s of the World.
